Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in the workshop of the garage itself and the associated service. Helped very well, with good advice.

Last March 30, we were stressed in a parking lot along the highway because suddenly the wipers went on and did not go out and also got two notifications in our dashboard in the vein of urgent, service required. First we turned on some other tools that could not help us further. Finally called the Volvo dealer in Heerenveen because we were close by, spoke to us kindly and we could go right away. Friendly welcome on arrival and we were able to take a seat in the waiting area with a cup of coffee / tea while our car was checked. Not even half an hour later everything was resolved. Had been looking for a Volvo V70 young timer for some time, and came across the Schaap site by accident. they had a well-maintained V70 from 2001, a picture. Made an appointment for a test drive, take it easy, they said. After the test drive, we spoke to both sellers in a friendly and friendly manner.
