Volta Spa Review

Booked for one hour deep tissue couple massage through groupon and I must say I was really pleased with the service. Booking the appointment was very easy and I was able to choose a day according to my availability which was great! The staff was very professional and polite. I must actually say that the beauticians who looked after us were really lovely! the massage was great and was really done properly. I also received 20% off any facial treatment which was a great surprise. Already planning my next visit

I went there for a couple massage of one hour. The staff was very very friendly and welcoming. They offered hot drinks on arrival. The massage was very good, done in a very relaxing atmosphere with calming music. The only negative point is that i was not in the same room with my partner. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

Really disappointing, I booked a one hour elemis massage and received just 45 minutes, when queried they first tried to deny it and lie about when I arrived, they then realised I was right so offered to make it up next time. There won t be a next time.

I just had a hot stone massage with Elda. Elda was extremely professional. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and took away the stress and tension in my shoulders and upper back. I was also very impressed with the spa. It was a calming environment, extremely clean and they are following all the social distancing guidelines which made me feel so comfortable and safe. Thank you Voltas and Elda for a great experience! I would highly recommend both Elda and the Volta's spa!

I have been here a few times for a massage. And it was one of the best massages I've had so far. Its a nice intimate setting and I would definitely come back again. I highly recommend it!

I got my Gel Manicure recently and I honestly have to say it was one of the best I ve ever gotten. The staff were so professional and ever so friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a manicure. Will be visiting again very soon.

Very poor management! We booked a couples massage through Groupon ... we were told on aarival that they don t have a room available!!!

No attempt was made to accommodate us they just simply declined to serve us!

When we asked about when can we come back rather than proactively trying to find a slot that works they simply said they dint have anything for two weeks!

Horrible experience ... very poor management .... lean to take an appointment if you are running a spa!!

Bought a Groupon voucher for a "one hour couples massage". Went to book it for Sat, and told fully booked this Sat and the next two Saturdays. Went to book it for midweek but then was told we couldn't use it at all, as i was an existing customer. As I explained, my partner wasn't an existing customer but the person i spoke with ( who became quite patronising when talking to me) said because i was, this voided the voucher but as i explained, it is a voucher paid for by one person for a couple. It shouldn't matter if have been before as my girlfriend hadn't and i was actually wanting to take her as had previously enjoyed my experience and wanted to spread the word but this ridiculous outcome and the patronising receptionist i spoke has left me out of pocket and very dissatisfied and i will not be returning again. Very poor customer service, especially to an existing customer!

Eyebrows and eyelashes done brilliantly. I ve also had a massage here which was excellent. Highly recommend.

Varsha is a great Therapist, I would strongly recommend Volta's if you want a great massage and Facial with instant results. The ambience was a plus point, very calming. I have brought their Facial and massage packages, so I will be visiting regularly.

Went for a hot stone massage which was nice but the lady who done it was clumsy and noisy, she kept dropping the stones on the floor! numerous times this happened so the experience wasn't very relaxing! This ruined it for me which was a real shame

We booked a couples massage (which is not together as such!) and went along earlier today.
My girlfriend said it s the best massage she s ever had! (And she s had quite a few and has some back issues). Ask for the Mum!! (Though mine was very good too).

I had the worse shellac manicure there. It all came off within 2 days. They offered to redo it again, and that was another very poor quality job. Also had a misunderstanding about a groupon voucher on which I had to pay extra money on top. Massage room was cold, and whilst my treatment, someone just slammed the door open. Won't go back again

I had a greek woman give me a massage and she was super professional, she ensured that I was always comfortable and she gave me such good insight about how I can maintain a better wellbeing for my back. Volta is a pricier than many but it was worth it, especially since they even have package deals and give you a discount if you opt for the package that day of your massage, even if you just pay a deposit. Love it and will be going back in a couple weeks.

so please with my visit to this spa, i got a gift from my friend of deep tissue full body massage receptionist Kritika was very welcoming and friendly, she even gave me some tea and biscuit while i was waiting. I was advised to come early by another person who booked me in over the phone, she wasn t as friendly though. I even thought of cancelling the whole thing at the moment of booking appointment , but decided to give it a go. Atmosphere in the salon was great, peaceful music, white / clean decor made me feel good.

My therapist wasn t well probably - she was coughing trough out my treatment and that didn t let me relax properly, but I can t blame her on that. However, I was very pleased with treatment what she has done, it made me feel so much better and less tired. Overall a good experience and I will definitely come back.

Bear in mind - payed parking is on the street and usually very limited. Plan your time accordingly when visiting the spa. Also be aware that rooms where they do massage aren t spacious. Quite cramped to be honest.

I was genuinely and sincerely interested in coming here. I saw couple of groupon vouchers/ deals and I called up to inquire so I could know further details. As soon as I showed interest on this deal-I couldn t purchase the deal anymore on groupon and when I refreshed the page....the deal of the price increased. I personally found this quite sneaky - knowing that a customer was genuinely interested and then quickly increasing the price on a discount page. When I called about this, there was no sign of empathy about this. I personally wouldn t be coming to a place that cares about the greed of money than showing great service to customers.

Had a lovely hour aromatherapy massage. Was brought on Groupon. Would defo go back. Lovely staff, lovely warm beds.

Just booked an appointment via the website for my heavily pregnant wife, then called to confirm it had gone through when I heard nothing back. The lady confirmed the appointment was booked and going ahead. 10 minutes later they called her to cancel the appointment after she had booked her Uber to get there which she has had to pay for without getting her treatment. Will never use this salon again disgusting service.

Strongly recommend Volta's. We were greeted and offered tea. Both me and my husband's therapist were amazing, we felt so relaxed after the treatment that we purchased the massage packages which they offer. I also got my gel manicure done as they offered vegan gel polish. Overall a very calming and relaxing experience. Thank you Voltas!

As soon as you walk into Volta's Spa & Beauty the atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the modern stylish interior is inviting. I met Kritika who was very friendly and professional, she created the spa with her mum and that warm welcome really comes across. Varsha looked after me and my Elemis Swedish back massage was extremely good with just the right amount of pressure to effectively remove the tension and relax me...this was followed by an Elemis facial. These products feel so luxurious and the marine cream really nourishes and feeds the skin - I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you ladies! and what a lovely way to spend a Monday lunch hour...

Amazing massage, we were looked after very well. It was hard to get the Saturday booking but then we booked in advance. Myself and my husband also purchased the subscriptions they do for massage. Will be visiting again very soon. Thanks Voltas

This is the best place for a massage in London. I've had Swedish, hot stone and deep tissue massages and they all have been amazing.
I cannot recommend this place enough, especially Elda and Jenny, they are absolutely amazing!

Terrible service. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go for a massage. Rushed and lack of experience in my opinion. Did not feel any difference. An hour massage was in fact 40 minutes. Certainly better salons within vicinity. Did mention to the front desk wasn t happy with the service and asked for contact information, however was told that they have run out of business card and to take a photo of the magazine.
