I can't praise enough about how amazing I was treated my Vikki. She contacted me directly after finding my CV online, helped me through teh whole recruitment process, got me a job of my dreams. She was very professional but friendly and personal same time. Something you dont get very often these days. Would always call and text to check on me and if I was happy with the whole process.
Go get the job with them!! Highly recommended. If I could give extra star I would!

I worked as an employee for Jacob Thomas Associates from November 2016 until April 2017. Throughout my time working there I was given support from all members of the office if and when it was necessary. I worked in correlation with various members of the team who helped fit my work schedule around my university studies. They made me aware of work as soon as they were informed and gave me the opportunity to work for a variety of businesses. Overall they are a helpful, reliable agency to work for and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for both part-time and full-time work.

I had signed on with JTA (Jacob Thomas Associates) at the start of January this year, within a week they had got me a placement working in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

The way they got me back into work, was done in a professional and respectable manner, I would recommend JTA to my family and friends if seeking employment in the future.

Ive give this agency 1 star purley because of thier new temp devision manager Ollie who told a company i was available for work. Bring back Lewis Cherry

Don't bother with temp side, ollie there new manager, pure rudeness put the phone down on me as he didn't like my response, but I was clearly still taking to him about hrs I'm after, phone went dead in my hand, and when he did get me work was told few weeks, 2 days later the company I was working for said at end of day 2 no more work for over a week, agy dictatorship, and not what's best for the people that are looking for work. Very poor in my eye's, think he needs alot of training. 1 of the worst agy I've signed up to for ages for rudeness and dictatorship,

Always really helpful and try there hardest to keep work coming to your great Communication and always keep me up to date with what s going on The fact Ollie went beyond the moon and back to keep me working during the lockdown was utterly brilliant and he s a top lad for doing so.

I have had a very good experience working with Jacob Thomas twice over a period of time. Ollie and team were always extremely helpful finding me jobs, if they were available, and they would always make sure I was happy and got on fine in any current working environment. The payroll is also outstanding and I never had any issues regarding the pay or the punctuality of it.
I was really lucky and have been taken on permanently by a company and I can only thank Ollie that he got me the assignment for that role in the first place.

We have been working with JTA for at least 3 years and have found them very professional and responsive when dealing with our recruitment needs. Unlike other recruitment agencies who seem to have a high turnover of recruitment consultants, which I find frustrating in that you never end up with a consistent consultant contact, JTA are clearly employing and sustaining a loyal and consistent team which makes a big difference to the client. Would recommend to other companies.

Was approached by Vicky who found my CV on line for a position they were working on. Unfortunately I wasn t successful with this company but she advised me to keep looking and to check on various social media sites. I applied for a job offer at a local automotive place, i did my induction and was given a different job offer for a job more suited to me (I'm an IT/tech person with years of experience in administration and imports) which i accepted as i dislike heavy lifting and i'm better suited at data entry and administration tasks.

I turned up the next day to start work, forced to wait 30 minutes for someone to collect me from the employee entrance, only to then find out that the job i was offered had been given to someone else who was not even there.

I contacted Shaun from this agency and he ignored my texts and calls, so i apologised to the team leader/shift manager, they apologised for the confusion and for the agency having wasted my time, and i left.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE USELESS AND WILL MESS YOU AROUND AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

I was contacted by this Agency for work at Sheriffs foods in Market Harborough. I got there on time the following Monday. I was met by a rep who showed me into full of fellow workers. However i was left alone to fill out forms. While the others where shown around the factory. I was told by the rep he would contact the office and get back to me. Since that time 2 weeks ago. Not a peep.
