Quality, Material, and Ease of Installation. Factory direct makes it simple. Shipping was fast. I have a problem - love how the illumination makes my house look at night...I keeping adding more and more lights!

Only suggestion I have is to make your pricing a bit more user friendly. The original fixture price I saw was very competitive, but then I discovered that price didn't include a bulb, which made it less competitive. Most landscape lighting that I have purchased in the past from other manufacturers, has always included some type of bulb in the fixture price. Also, I didn't feel your online ordering information made it very clear if the stem was or was not included in the fixture price. I had to call to make certain that that was not another add-on cost. Lastly, I had to input the same billing information 3-4 times before it finally accepted the information. It kept prompting me to input certain key information which I had already entered several times. I almost gave up, but then for some unknown reason, it finally accepted and processed the order. Very frustrating!

Customer service very friendly and professional. Love the quality of their products... and especially the lifetime warranty on the led bulbs.

Junk! Got new volt light from costco and one is already dead on arrival, called them and they did not want to ship me a new one right away. Good thing i bought them in costco where i can return their junk no questions asked.

Edit: I was willing to send the defective product back but you asked me to send it in first and would not ship a replacement, that is not how it works. I paid for a new item and i expect them to work, I'm not going to go through all that bs sending stuff back so you can confirm it doesn't work and send me a replacement whenever you feel like it. Send me a replacement first and I will send the broken one back! Also, your customer support sucks!

Installed 2 brass spots to illuminate a new 25 flagpole which turned out to be great looking. Your staff suggested the proper wattage for what I wanted to do which allows for a nice illumination without being too glaring and certainly is neighbor friendly . In fact he now wants me to give him a crash course on what/how to do the same because he was so impressed. Small negative, bulbs a little difficult to install, but got past that easily

You guys are super..not only are the products top-of-the-line, your service in incredible. After I bought my pathway lighting system it turned out the transformer had a bad switch...I had a new unit in 2 days. One of the glass units was broken..again a new one in 2 days. When I needed assistance your phone tech's were super and answered all my questions..even the dumb ones. I highly recommend VOLT lighting to anyone who wants the best on products and service.

One of the best mail order experiences I've had to date. I replaced our entire landscape lighting and found that this is THE PLACE to get the material. Everything was superior quality down to the led bulbs and wiring. The outdoor fixtures (all brass) are heavy metal and well worth the price. You simply can't go wrong with Volt.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the junk carried in the hardware stores and get something that will last a lifetime (did I mention everything has a lifetime warranty?).

Great product, fast delivery. I purchased the 7W floodlights to use as a wash on the front and sides of my single story home and they worked great. I was considering the 10W but am glad that I stuck with my original choice. I will definitely be purchasing more Volt lighting in the near future.

It took almost a year to complete our pool and dock project. After completing our master piece we ordered some spot lights for the palm trees, 14 Path lights and a couple of flood light to make a statement in our Bamboo wall. We wanted to illuminate a 6 foot dolphins statue that is the accent to the pool. Our backyard looks amazing, we purchased the 300 transformer thinking in face two to illuminate our rebuilt dock. My next project will be the front of the house. My husband and I loved the results, we hired a landscape professional to install. So far everything works wonderful!! Definitely will stick with VOLT

I got a quote from a landscape company to install 10 halogen lights for $2500. I then found Volt and ordered brass spot and path lights, transformer, LED bulbs and connectors 8 spots and 4 path lights for way less. Installed them myself in an afternoon and have had the most impressive night lighting on my street for over a year. Had a couple of bulbs go out this summer and was ready to order them when Volt let me know they had a lifetime warranty. They sent me 3 bulbs and I am happy! Next is up lighting in back yard for palm trees around the pool. I highly recommend Volt for the do-it-yourselfer.
Update: Added 8 LED up lights and a transformer to the backyard and WOW it looks like a resort at night around my pool. Kits available through Costco and I highly recommend Volt. Well made products that make your property look like a million bucks.

After getting a quote of almost $5000 from a local company, I decided to do my landscape lighting myself. I purchased about $1200 worth of lighting and wire and wound up with a great great looking landscape lighting. Volt's pricing and products make it easy for the DIYer to get the look of a professional job.

You threatened me, telling me to remove my negative review because i wasnt a customer. i told you i wouldnt and I never claimed to be a customer. You then said if i didnt, you would call my ex employer to tell on me. Then, like a parent who can't control a 5 year old you started counting to five, like that could scare me. Then, i asked you if you were threatening me, laughed in your face, and then hung up on you. After that, I updated my review with the original comment.

Which part specifically do you believe is untrue?

You dont have to be a customer to leave a bad review. Maybe, this is why you needed the social media help so bad. Next time, schedule an interview with a candidate that you dont look down upon because their experience doesnt match what you need, and stop wasting everyones time. And last, grow up.

I bought Volt Lighting products for my landscaping project on the advice of my landscaping contractor. It was his assertion that the quality of product from Volt Lighting would be far superior than what can be purchased at a typical big box store. This was excellent advice! Their products are of very high quality and their selection is full of out-of-the-ordinary products. Above and beyond the product quality, their customer service is top-notch. A PERSON answers the phone when you call. :) How refreshing! I purchased my products about 5 years ago and everything looks like it did the day it was installed and all of the products are performing properly. Within the last few days, I contact Volt, as my landscaper had knocked off a couple of my path lighting heads and the finials were lost in the grass and I could not locate them. They were not parts that could be ordered separately on Volt's site, so I called them and the gentleman that answered the phone (Trey) indicated that my path lighting had been discontinued, but that they still had some finials in stock. He offered to ship me 3 finials at NO CHARGE! Sure as sugar, 2 days later, they arrived. You can't beat that kind of service in today's climate. When I re-landscape my front yard, I will not look anywhere else beside Volt Lighting for my lighting needs.

Hardware and accessories are excellent - quality of customer support varies depending on who you contact. The returns process is very customer friendly and reasonable - We enjoy our lights in the TX evenings.

I used to buy cheap solar and low voltage lighting but always had problems including poor performance, failure, and throwing them away annually. You may pay more for Volt lighting at first, but will make up for it in the long run. I have also found customer service to be excellent.

Volt is my top landscape lights supplier due to product quality and customer service. Always get the best price even discounts based on previous sales that expired. Follow up emails and shipping are very fast, shows me this company has its act together.

I m totally satisfied with the purchase I made in choosing this landscape lights especially the lifetime warranty it comes with. It beats buying cheap lights that ll give out in a few months or fade out it s color due to the climate. The connection process was easy but what I love the most is the transformer/photocell that turns them on and off automatically. Though I still have more to install, I can t wait till I m done to really show my work and see how great they light up my front landscape. I ll be posting pictures later on after I m finally done. Purchased new transformer and a number of LED bulbs to upgrade my existing landscape lighting, replacing a 900 Watt transformer. Two bulbs proved to be defective, so I called Volt on a Saturday to check on replacements. Not only was my call, answered [surprise], but the technician was exceptionally helpful, actually sending two new bulbs the very same day! Since then, no problems whatsoever, so put me in the camp of absolutely delighted customers!

Installed my first landscape lighting in my back yard using all VOLT products & supplies. I did a ton of research before picking these lights. I wanted to replace the lights the previous owner had installed which were old and many of which were not working. I had a contractor come in and give me a $6k estimate to do all the landscape lights in my yard (26+ in total) - that was just for installing the lights to existing wires in the ground. Installation is very easy and the lights are very high quality. Also you get a lifetime warranty. I am using all the Infiniti series lights in my Florida home. Shipping was really fast. So far so good and the lights work great. When ordering I had accidentally purchased some extension poles that I didn't need and had to return - supper easy to do that and they responded to me via email in less than 5 minutes!

Today I spoke to Mitchell, he was able to contact Brilliant Nights (the contractor) who installed my landscape lighting 11/14/2016, Mitchell's customer service skills is exceptional, he contacted the contractor and called me back in less than 5 mins and got the ball rolling in sending a return envelope. I was surprised to hear that all my bulbs have a lifetime warranty. Going forward I will ONLY purchase additional lighting direct from Volt. Thank you Mitchell again 5 + stars for sure.

Quality fixtures and accessories, fast delivery and competitive pricing make Volt my preferred supplier for landscape lighting. I particularly appreciate their range of LED bulbs, especially the MR-16's with narrow beams which are difficult to find anywhere! Fixtures with integrated LED's that offer interchangeable optics are also a real plus. With Volt equipment, I can get the look I want for almost any job.

I saw these 12 volt LED lighted trees on sale and ordered 3 of them. They arrived the day after I ordered them! Well packed, easy to assemble and very impressed with the build quality! They make an amazing addition to our landscape lighting!!!!

I purchased a kit to install lighting in the front of my house. The kit contained all the necessary components for the job. The install went smooth for some one who never took on a lighting project. One last thing, the quality was supper, the lights where of solid brass with a nice 4 foot lead. My house looks great.

The products are great but the customer service is amazing. I called several times before making a purchase and the people I spoke to were incredibly helpful. The fixtures and equipment I purchased from VOLT was also very impressive and high quality. I hadn't ever done an outdoor lighting project before, but I did have experience with house wiring and some 12V DC. They talked me through what I needed to do and the install went wonderfully. As a woman I'm often dismissed and talked down to by electrical and plumbing companies, but I am delighted to report that this did not happen with VOLT. The customer service folks quickly heard that I was not new to electrical work and answered my questions professionally and helpfully. I will happily order from VOLT again in the future.

I drove an hour to visit the store at 330pm on a saturday. Store was closed even though this site gave saturday closing at 600pm.

Superior quality when you open the box you know it s going to last.
I needed a part thrown away from a transformer by a contractor. Not easy to find. I was sent the missing part for my 2 transformers for little over the cost of shipping.
I will only purchase from volt for my landscaping needs.

UPDATE: Volt reached out to me and did the right thing. Replacing the poorly made aluminum lighting fixtures with cast brass ones'. I am paying the difference in cost. Great customer service.

I have a lot of Volt lighting... the brass products I own are great. Very durable. These Modernelle aluminum ones' are very poorly made. I have had three break off at the bottom while installing, with very little force. Also apparently there is no warranty covering these as I contacted Volt and was told, too bad.

This review is only rating the customer care side of the business not their products. The company offers active duty military and veterans a discount on their products, which is outstanding. Thank you. My disappointment is with their system or lack of even trying to accommodate. I wanted to order some landscape lights that were on sale but also wanted to order a transformer and wire which were not on sale. I completely understand not doubling up on the discounts, but there is no way to make one order with the lights that are on sale and the remaining non-sale products with a military discount. You have to make two separate orders which in turn makes your shipping cost go way up and voids any type of discount. I even tried calling customer service and the answer I received was "well that's the way it is". It would be nice to be able to make one order since it is all shipping to one address.

I purchased their system, approx 35 total lights, after my next neighbor installed at his house and highly recommended them. This was a few years ago now and although I have had a few lights go bad due to water intrusion, the system seems to be robust. And each one that went bad was sent back and literally in a few days I had a replacement light at no cost. That s no cost to ship back and no cost to replace. Never any questions asked, they really do stand behind their product. I replaced my plastic lights from those home improvement stores, spent a little more on this product, but they are worth it. Professional quality!

I am glad I took the time to buy from Volt. I recently bought a house that had exterior lighting from a Big-Box Store, and they were shot. I figured "going cheap" with another Big-Box set would not be worth the time & effort as would only last a few years.

This was the first time I ever installed outdoor lighting and not being able to "see" the lights prior to installation was a little intimidating. That being said, I ordered a few different lights and decided which would work best for me, and the rest was history.

Although the lights have only been in for a few weeks, the quality seems top-notch, and the lights look great -- particularly in my backyard!

Had two interactions via email and on the phone with Volt. Each was for a different reason. This company provides AMAZING customer service! They respond to emails fast and work to provide accurate information. I would base my next light purchase based on if the product used their bulbs-that is how great their service department is!

Poor customer service via website. I tried to place an order for international delivery and they insisted on large minimum even though I have done $1,000s of business in past. They were totally indifferent to my raising this. I have transferred my business to a supplier who appreciates it.

This company hands down is the best when it comes to customer service. Their customer service should be a model for all other companies. As a complete novice working on my own landscape project, these guys have been with me all the way with technical support and advice. Sure...their items are a bit pricier than the chain stores....but its been worth it given the service that i have received. In addition, their lights and accessories are of extremely high quality.

Although i started working with them years ago, I was prompted to leave this review on today after i emailed them several technical questions. Barely even 15 minutes later, all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Purchased 2 different kits, all the lights are nice and fairly easy to hook up, and quality is superior to garden store variety. Last kit has a 75 watt transformer that is small but not as user friendly as the larger 15o watt transformers. Missed that in the advertisement and no photos of the transformer. All in all happy with their products.
