I've completed two low voltage lighting projects on my property using Volt products. In both cases my experience was good. High quality products combined with excellent support made for excellent results.

i bought 54 of the infiniti 35. within 8 months 10 of them have failed. i have been doing lighting for 13 years and i know what im doing. i would waste your time buying this junk. just because they have a lifetime warranty, doesnt mean you wont be replacing them all the time.

Excellent customer service, within 10 minutes after placing an order, I get a call that my order is ready for pickup. On a second order my local Volt warehouse was out of stock on the lights I wanted so they called to tell me I could swap for another product or they would ship what I ordered from another warehouse directly to my house at no charge .. and it came in 2 days! I'm very happy with the quality of their products.

Volt might be the best customer service company I've delt with ever. For sure they have great equipment and unbelievable low prices.

So far so good. I have put in six of the walkway lights. Everything works as well as I could have expected. And every thing goes together very well. This is a very nice product and I feel like I got a really good value.

Not an expert, but products are the best I have seen. Have only had for a couple of months but expect the products will be long lived with little attention. Look and feel well made So....I recommend!

I have been buying products from Volt Lighting for several years and finally got around to writing this much deserved 5 . It is probably the most efficient company that I have ever dealt with. Most of the time when I place an order it is shipped with an hour or less. The quality of the product is superb. On only one occasion did I have to have a fixture replaced. It was about three years old and just quit working. Upon calling them they promptly sent me an RMA and the replacement was shipped quickly. Volt Lighting is a tremendous company and I would not consider shopping at any other lighting company.

Let me start by saying, I never write reviews.

Installation was simple and straightforward and everything just worked! My wife, ever-critical of my ability to complete DIY projects, has been extremely complimentary of the result - which was an unanticipated bonus.
These fixtures are expensive though. I did get a price break on the first order and only wish that I'd planned ahead so that the discount covered the complete purchase. I still have more to do, so I'm hoping for an end-of-summer sale to finish the rest.
I have no hesitation in giving the product and company a five star rating.

I have started a project to light the front of our Ranch style home, and have moved forward to light up the oak trees as an accent. I have purchased several of the Volt "Top Dog" fixtures for all the up lighting tasks. I started with one as a sample to help me decide on lamp wattage, color and beam spread. I like that I can customize each fixture by only changing the LED bulb! I have quite the mixture of wattages and beam spread to serve the different locations. AWESOME fixtures! My wife and neighbors are blown away by how well they are made. I had one bad fixture that was replaced immediately. Great Service. What more can you ask for?

Great customer service on the phone to help me select the proper bulbs for my lights. They look terrific in my yard.

The lights were made of really sturdy material, was really surprised because of the low price. the shipping was super fast, I was hesitant to do next day, and decided to go with the slower/cheaper option, but still got it within 48 hours. everything went together smoothly with no issues. I bought a kit with 10 lights and transformer and it was perfect.

Called for a warranty light bulb replacement, talked to a real human, they sent it out USPS who always mis-delivers packages in our area. Package never came. I called volt back fully expecting to have to purchase the bulb. They sent out another new bulb, but used UPS to send it to be sure that I got it. wow!

Love this company's products, very durable and there customer service is top notch. I purchase a starter pack from Costco and the install was quick and easy. Had some problems with two bulbs and they replaced them without hesitation. Since then, no problems. Purchased a bollard light and the install again was super easy. The shadows this light produces are fantastic. I plan to purchase two additional bollard lights in the near future. You WON'T be sorry if you purchase from Volt Lighting.

Superior quality and lightning fast shipping. The only issue I have with the website is that ordering single lights is unnecessarily complex. How do I know which selections to choose? The list price is generally $20 or more less than your out-the-door price because the list doesn't include bulbs, finishes, differences in stick length, wire lengths and more. It's really hard to go for a $50 purchase and then end up with a $100 light. It's great stuff, though.

Have bought numerous well lights and one wall wash light from Volt for a backyard lighting project. Much higher quality than the products found in the big box stores and well worth the extra money. I did have one well light get moisture inside as a result of the heavy rains we received from Harvey. I contacted customer service, they emailed me the necessary paperwork to return the light and I had a new light within a week. Great customer service !

We love our Volt outdoor lighting! We completed our entire home landscape lighting last year. I was surprised to have a couple of bulbs which should have lasted several years by our calculation, need replaced after 1 year. I asked the question to a Volt about the fact we have had two bulbs expire, but did not get any answer other than they should last for so many hours, etc. It would be nice if someone was able to confirm if these only last 1 year, why are they needing replaced, and should we expect to replace all of them?

Have struggled with random solar lights and low quality landscape lighting for the better part of a decade of home ownership... Sure wish I would have found VOLT sooner. Outside of digging trenches under some hot sun, the install process couldn't have been simpler. Oh, and they look AMAZING. Super high quality and the light it puts off (I went with the 2700k LED) is perfect. Best part? All of the comments from the neighbor (and the Mrs).

What's not to like.

Great company, great products. Four years after installing my outdoor lighting system it still performs flawlessly 10 to 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. In all that time I had one bulb go out and it was replaced free of charge the day after I called to report it. I've expanded it several times without any difficulty. On-line tutorials help to produce imiganitive and professional results. Highly recommended.

Nice and rich look with brass material, looks very sturdy and easy to install

Satisfied. The installation is simple, to lights are bright, the light color temperature is nice and the metal construction should be durable. The ability to focus the beam pattern is nice too.

All my dealings and equipment from Volt have all been first rate.

Good solid designs, but shaky quality control. I ordered 20 path lights. When they arrived three of them had broken glass lamp housings. One has a bent shade and one had the set screw missing that attached the lamp housing to the stem. They sent replacement parts, but the replacement set screw was the wrong size. I bought a close match at the local hardware store.

I like the company and its products but the handling needs work.

I probably should have written a review years ago about the quality of landscaping lights I purchased from Volt as well as the service I've received over the years. To put it simply, they are an outstanding company to work with. With their professional advice & the quality of the 24 low voltage Led lights I purchased and installed myself, our house is undoubtedly one of the nicest lighted homes in our community, so my neighbors & friends say. Most of their products have a life time warranty and when one burns out, they've been quick to overnight a new one to me.
This is my 6th personal home I've owned and I've been down the road with the less expensive plastic lights in the past and unlike the solid brass lights I purchased from Volt, the others tended to fade & required continuous repairs or bulb replacement.
If & when we buy another home, I will solicit their professional advice and buy from them again. Great company!!

Two to three years ago, I installed landscape lighting from Volt. I opted for LED bulbs. The hardware is solid and still looks perfect. Some LED bulbs have died on me, but a quick email to Volt and they would ship me replacement bulbs right away on warranty.

Why did I wait so long! Quality products and simple to install! A great experience and outcome.

Quality and well thought out products for the DIY'er. I bought a whole kit to get me started, then called back looking for advice on a couple of additional lights that I needed. The support person was very helpful and set me up with the right stuff for the job. Saved lots of money, and it was a fun project that enhanced my home's value and looks.

This review is for the VOLT Pro Junction hub and the VOLT Pro Nano-Junction direct burial connector.
Couple of minor shortcomings. The Pro-Junction hub cap remains loose since his does not have a latch and does not stay snugly down as designed.
The nano Junction direct burial connector accepts 12 gauge wire and no larger. The Pro Junction hub excepts up to 10 gauge wire. This has to be taken in account in the design configuration.
Both are excellent products. These two components made the wiring of my outdoor lighting project very simple and secure.

High quality products, excellent customer service with knowledgeable reps. Shipping process was fast and returns were easy. Great lifetime warranty. I bought a 300 watt transformer and 20 lights and it looks great. Only minor issue is the plastic spike mounts. They are strong but may crack if driving into hard clay. Be sure to hammer over the underlying support to reduce chance of cracking the plastic spike. Would definitely still recommend these products and use again.

The lighting and accessories are top quality. The 300W transformer box was really easy to install and set up. Mine is mounted under shelter but it seems it would stand up to almost any environment. I had my first set of lights installed in a single afternoon and lighting up the architecture on the first night.

I placed a good sized order of like 14 lights, transformer, cable, stakes, LEDs and I am not lying, the box showed up the very next day even around holiday. I am still confused by it. This isn't Amazon and the label on the box said UPS Ground. Just weird.

Add to all of this a holiday sale and it was an awesome experience. I am about to place another order.

I've had my lighting system in now for about 18 months and am very happy with the quality of the products. I've had 2 LED bulbs fail but Volt replaced both of them immediately under warranty with no hassle whatsoever. They are a great company to do business with!

The quality of the fixtures I ordered is well designed and built for a long life. However three of the nine fixtures I ordered had to be rewired at the base apparently due to an overzealous assembly process. Simple field repair but should have been caught before shipping.

Descent product. Quality is import quality, lasting but not forever lasting. Ship time is of lighting speed.

I bought Volt Electric landscape lighting kit from Costco. I had no experience with this type of work, but was able to set it up within just a couple of hours. The quality of the product is amazing, especially compared to similar products offered at hardware stores and it looks great. My experience with Volt Electric directly started when I ordered additional items directly from their website. Delivery was quick and the product just as described and massive. Somehow, the bulb quit on me just about 4 weeks later. After sending one email to Volt asking if that was normal, the sent a new bulb in the mail free of charge, no questions asked. I thought that was impressive.

I love the products. So far we have had minimal issues with the three products we purchased. The technical department could use some improvement with customer service, but in all we are pleased.

The service at Volt is exceptional. I had called to purchase new fixtures that had gone bad. The salesperson looked up my orignal order from five years ago and told me that all were under warranty and were replaced at no charge. Had replacements in two days. Awesome company.

Wonderful products and extremely helpful staff. We bought over $1500 of lighting, including path lights and spotlights, wiring, wire connectors, and thermostat. The brass lights are beautiful, of excellent quality, and solidly built. We had one issue (not with the product but with installation) and their staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

From the product to service I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Volt. Their friendly and extremely responsive service has been noteworthy. Highly recommend this company if you have outdoor lighting needs.

I really like the way it looks, but installation instructions are poor to nonexistent. I had to take the base off, which involves taking out 4 small screws, and put the anchor stakes on the base, and then carefully drive the anchor and base assembly into the ground with a rubber mallet. Then reassemble the upper tower portion on the base, which involves reinstalling 4 very small screws. The other concern I have is although the base is really secure in the ground, the upper portion scroll work tower has a lot of free play in the manner it attaches to the base. Those 4 small screws just do not stabilize it well enough. This design really needs an internal support that runs from the base to the top of the unit. Since this post customer support has contacted me. I sent them photos and a video of the the unit rocking back and forth on the base. I really hope they can resolve this issue, but I have my doubts as no one I talked to has actually ever installed this light!

I have had my system for several years. There is no corrosion with the brass fixtures. There has been no problems with anything. I even installed everything myself. 7 Floods in the front yard and 14 walkway and 3 floods in the back yard. I have not found a better price anywhere else for the same quality.

For no confirmed reason, the last four "Lifetime Warranty" LED bulbs on a 24 bulb driveway circuit went out. I assumed it was my DIY electrical connections. After reworking 3 of the connections without success, I decided to replace the bulbs, and all four of the bulbs were bad. A friend of mine guessed a lightning strike might have been the cause.
I then contacted Volt Customer Service, was provided return instructions and labeling, and received the new bulbs within a week! Exceptional service!

I only ordered grease to make my cords slide in better in dry outlets. The price of freight was way more than that small product and I had in mind to wait when I would be going to the Tampa area and pick it up, but then I saw the offer for free freight and after I ordered it using that free freight code, I received the product promptly which I really appreciated. I consider that great service and appreciate it very much. I would really think of Volt Lightning in the future for future products.

have to say with this last order not too happy so far (2) of the pathway lights had screws that were broken and was a real pain in the ass when your trying to finish a project ... where is your quality control
