Junk! Got new volt light from costco and one is already dead on arrival, called them and they did not want to ship me a new one right away. Good thing i bought them in costco where i can return their junk no questions asked.

Edit: I was willing to send the defective product back but you asked me to send it in first and would not ship a replacement, that is not how it works. I paid for a new item and i expect them to work, I'm not going to go through all that bs sending stuff back so you can confirm it doesn't work and send me a replacement whenever you feel like it. Send me a replacement first and I will send the broken one back! Also, your customer support sucks!
