Customer service second to NONE! When it seems all is lost, there a few GREAT people who do business the OLD fashioned way! Yes, you do pay a bit more than a big box store, BUT you get a great product and unsurpassed customer service.I wish they made MORE products!--Just to add to the GREAT customer service, Called the factory and another problem (small) RESOLVED with SUPERIOR customer service-Great company!!!
