This review is only rating the customer care side of the business not their products. The company offers active duty military and veterans a discount on their products, which is outstanding. Thank you. My disappointment is with their system or lack of even trying to accommodate. I wanted to order some landscape lights that were on sale but also wanted to order a transformer and wire which were not on sale. I completely understand not doubling up on the discounts, but there is no way to make one order with the lights that are on sale and the remaining non-sale products with a military discount. You have to make two separate orders which in turn makes your shipping cost go way up and voids any type of discount. I even tried calling customer service and the answer I received was "well that's the way it is". It would be nice to be able to make one order since it is all shipping to one address.
