Salespersons was very accommodating and patient with regard to a complex out of state purchase. I needed to delay the purchase of the car for a couple of weeks while I established residency during which time he did not inundate me with calls. Very considerate of my time.

Great leasing experience with Roland Merhej and the team at Jack Daniels....will go back again for another VW!!!! Quickest car lease and a great price!!!
Horrible experience here. Purchased a used car from the dealer, but they somehow lost the key to the wheel locks. Went to sales manager to request set of wheel locks and manager was extremely rude and unapproachable, then sent me to service center. Got to the service center and they wouldn't help me because I was missing some kind of paperwork from sales manager. At this point I demanded that they call the sales manager themselves and straighten things out as I wasn't about to run back and forth between facilities which is about a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic.
Service manager and sales manager start going at it over the phone and finally the service manager convinces him that it's good customer service to give me a set of wheel locks so I can perform maintenance on my new car. Duh... Call ends and they bring my car into the garage. 20 minutes later I get called up to the counter and was told they don't have the wheel locks in stock and that they'll have them for me in a few days.
It gets better. A few days pass and I get a call to come by to have the wheel locks installed. I go there, they install the wheel locks. About 30 minutes later my car comes screeching around the corner revving like 5,000rpm into a parking spot. Man in VW uniform comes through the door smiling, looks at me and keeps walking. Yes, it was my car he was driving. At that moment I decide never to bring my car there again!
I get home and realize, they hadn't left the damn wheel lock key in the car!!!!!! Call the service center and am told they are closing in 15 minutes and that they will send someone to deliver the key to me next day. Next day comes and no call or delivery person by 2:00, so I call them. They forgot! So they finally send someone out to deliver the key to me and I finally get it.
The people who work at this place seem overworked and under appreciated, talking about management in front of customers and complaining about how horrible their situation is. Not a pleasant experience and I certainly expect more from a company like VW. Love their cars, but this dealer needs to improve.

Worked with Charlie Shin to buy a 2015 used golf sportwagen tdi, to replace an older vw tdi. It was an overall pleasant experience, a bit of a wait on a Saturday afternoon, but happy with the whole process and with Charlie's service and honesty.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Salesman Name that starts with an E! He knew how much I had to put down on a car, Gave me a car That was in the price range of my deposit , took my deposit then told me to come back in seven days to do paperwork so that he can help me get a better deal from a bank. I Trusted him, and was excited about my NEW car! After taking the car , I found out that the car had engine problems ( of course he denied it ) so I took the car to get serviced and was told there s been problems with the car for two months! Long story short , (E) told me to bring the car back , he had other cars for me, And again I believed him. After taking the car back (E)attitude had changed and it seems as if he didn t want to help me anymore. I caught him in about 5 different lies , about the car , the bank , and then he told me he couldn t find me a car if I didn t have MORE money for a deposit and I d have to wait 10 business days to receive my deposit back! Which is understandable, but this is not what he promised me when he took my deposit. So here I am, with no car , no deposit to go out to find a better HONEST company today to get a car. This was the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have bought 2 Porsche's, 2 Audi's and 1 Volkswagen at this dealership and it was always about them and never about the customer. Experiences with this dealer varied between horrible to mediocre at best. Experiences ranging from a 'diagnosed' expensive oil leak which turned out not to be an oil leak at all, not honoring an agreed trade-in value when collecting my new car and forcing me to swallow the lower trade-in price or keep my trade in (which I did), the repeated 'service' for not being able to solve the problem (the check engine light was a real cash cow for this dealership), and it did not stop there. I did not feel I was one of their 'preferred customer' while you would think that spending over $250,000 they should reward your loyalty and business. Absolutely no teamwork and they do not seem to care loosing customers. The result of a very questionable 'tone at the top' operating within a very wealthy marketplace. I just traded in my last car bought at this dealership and realize it feels good. I usually do not write reviews but do see that other customers still have similar experiences. I sincerely hope that they listen, learn and act to make things better.

Terrible customer service at the service department. I was told I could pick up my car today but when I arrived it was not ready. A guy named Richard said it would be ready in 20 minutes so I decided to wait. I asked if they could set up a key as well which he said it would be fine. Took around 2 hour for them to have my car ready. Richard didn't even keep us posted on what was going on and even gave us some attitude when I asked him for updates. Never have had such bad customer experience. When I went to pay I asked them to break down what had been fixed and Richard seemed to be annoyed. I even told him how terrible their customer service was only to have a fake apology. Great job Richard! Never going back to this dump ever again.
Did VW buy-back here. Manager was unfriendly, he detached plates from my car and when I said I need to make a trip home to pickup missing paperwork he gave me a screwdriver without screws to reattach it myself. When the process was done he quit without even saying good-bye.
Can t imagine what would make me returning to them if I to search for another VW...

I had specified to this young man that I did not want to go over that price and wanted a good car with low mileage. He approached me asking me a few questions about what I was looking for. I Although I didn't know he did a great job informing me on a few things about different cars and their benefits. I felt that he was honestly helping me more than just trying to bombard me and sell me a car. I walked away with a satisfied visit and a car that will last me a long while. I leased my first convertible (Eos) from Jack Daniels in 2012 and after three years loving that car, when the time came to turn it in, I returned to the dealership and Greg Jr. in sales. He's a nice guy, feels like you're chatting with a friend and a real professional -- even helped me get less expensive car insurance while I was there! Over the course of many days, Greg (and Justin in fiance) did all he could to crunch the numbers and try to make something happen for me. Then I saw a great looking white gold Eos on the lot that turned out to be a good deal for me in the long run. So after a test drive and some paperwork, I ended up buying it. David Dimor in sales took care of everything for me. I was in and out within two hours and got exactly what I wanted. Love my new car.
I was shopping around several car dealers. Jack Daniels Volkswagen stayed through with me. No pushing, or game playing. Straightforward business like it should be. When the experience is pleasant customers know how to value that and will come back, as I will. They got me what I needed, Sami was of great assistance, Justin in finance as well, and few other managers that were in contact via email. Will update further as everything is finished, but I don't doubt the job will get done right.

First off I want to start by saying I was interested in an egolf and had asked for some pricing with the sales associate over the phone. I was told I can t receive pricing information over for security purposes. Ended up asking another VW dealership, and was helped with that immediately. Even though the price wasn t in my budget it seemed like this dealership was not interested in my business. I also took time to read other reviews and it seems like they have fake reviews all over this section. BEWARE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING!

Everyone knows that car buying can be a painful process. I spent a lot of time going from dealership to dealership dealing with difficult, pushy salesmen. However, here I was pleasantly surprised working with salesman Vernon. He was not pushy at all, gave me all the information I needed about the car, gave me time to think it over and answered all my questions. Best of all he worked with me to get a better price than any other dealership I went to without pressure tactics and endless haggling or those annoying countless follow up phone calls.

This is so bad experience with Jack Daniels Volkswagen. Honestly, My English is poor. But, I could communicate with anyone without misunderstanding. I surely told dealer many times that I wanted 4x4 White Tiguan S 2015 model for lease. He surely made a mistake. They told me, I wanted front wheel not 4x4, so prices had to be raise up.... He never told me, I am sorry.... Moreover, Financial Manager continued to bother my older sister and me for lease contract with call, voice mail. I think He had obsessive personality with contract. First of all, he complained and compared with another company Volkswagen. Oh my gosh!!!! This is so annoying!!!! They still did not know why they made a mistake. They did not respect customers with bad attitude. I REALLY DO NOT WANT RECOMMEND YOU ALL WITH JACK DANIELS VOLKSWAGEN. JACK DANIELS VOLKSWAGEN IS NOT GOOD!!!
Service is bad sales team is worse !! Bought a used Toureag from them back in November 2018, had some issues that revolved around bad tires initially that I replaced at my cost. The car still has vibration issues at speed and they refuse to call me back to discuss a possible vehicle exchange. Best part is we have been VW customers for over 15 years and have never been treated this way. I drove an hour to another VW service station to finally have the car's issues addressed just to avoid this place. Very frustrating and complete lack of follow up by the entire team From salesmen to management. VW should come in reintroduce them to the way customers should be treated. I wish i could give negative stars.
Had appointment for oil change! It took them 3.5 hours to just change the oil. Overpriced service. They tried charge $507 for changing front brake pad. Its $64.46 online. Ripoff!!!
I ve had Volkswagen for the past ten years, I ve always leased from them. This is my first time going here since I moved to a different state . Biggest mistake of my life. My dealer in Florida agreed to ship me a car and take care of everything , I decided to give these people a chance. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They set a deal with me, had me leave a check, then four days later and let me know that the deal can t happen because of my credit. So then I demanded my down payment back so I can go elsewhere. His response was the check was deposited monday ummm ok so you didn t think to let me know this Monday ?! When I asked to speak to the manager I said the same thing, he was being so condescending. His final response was you ain t getting your money back today I m in utter shock. I ended up at lyndhurst Volkswagen, I will pay the extra money on the payment just so these horrible people don t make their sale!!!!

After shopping around to find the right car for my wife and I, we visited Jack Daniels. Jason was our sales representative and right away he made us feel comfortable and welcome. He never came off as pushy or "salesy" like the other representatives we met earlier.
I'm not a fan in general of the sales process which can be grueling and redundant. However the entire team here made a conscious effort throughout the entire process to make it as painless as possible. They were also very genuine which is something I think is a key element to a positive experience.
Overall, I was very happy with the fair pricing we were given and happy to be back in my (not massed produced as other brands) VW Jetta!
It was time to finally get the wife a new car. Kids were getting bigger and there was one more that was on the way so essentially having a 2003 Audi A4 as a family car was not practical at all. Decided to give the new Volkswagen atlas a shot and that was when my wife and I met Kevin. He was our salesman and I have to admit, he s a pretty good one. Kevin was the complete opposite of that stereo typical salesman that everyone always talks about how you get ripped off and just basically tells you what you want to hear just to make a quick sale. From the first test drive till us signing papers, Kevin explained and went through every part of the car buying process step by step. My wife loves her new white atlas premium and loves to show it off to the neighbors. I recommend anyone who s in the market for a car to go see Kevin!
1. I made 4 appointments because they kept FORGETTING to order the parts. 2. It took 8 days to "fix" the problem because they didn't get the parts right away...and because they added on $2000 in other "repairs" that "needed" to be done. (They called me 3 different times with three different prices, than when I said ok I have it they say "oh I forgot to tell you the total with tax added) are you kidding me?! 3. When I got my car back... A. There is WHITE paint on the back bumper of my SILVER car and the silver is dented so they obviously got into a car accident! B. My breaks and gas are extremely loose, (I came in for a transition flush only) I just got my breaks and rotors and tires replaced two months ago from another place so there was nothing wrong with them when this place received my car. C. I received my car back from them and the check engine light instantly turned on! (The check engine light wasn't even on when I dropped off the car!) D. The clock is now wrong in my car (again, I took it in for a trani flush) E. I took my car in for a transmission flush because it was jolting forward when I hit the gas....it's still jolting forward after I got the car back and apparently the guy who test drove it said it "was driving better than before", when the fact is that now my car is WORSE than when I dropped it off.
I am taking my car to my regular mechanic and if I find out these con artists f***ed up my car I am going to sue. Plain and simple.
If you have a business you should not be scamming people because u want them to come back sooner, IF YOU TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT THEY WILL COME BACK, but since you don't know how to run a business NOW YOUR REPUTATION IS TRASH.

I just purchased a Volkswagen Jetta here on 10/7/2020. I worked with David who was the absolute BEST. I came in needing a car in the not most ideal situation and he really helped me and I truly felt that he wasn t taking advantage of me being a young woman like I have with other dealerships in the past. He explained everything clearly, always stated that I could ask any questions, and was not pushy like I ve experienced with other salesmen at other dealers. The finance department was also super helpful, explanatory and nice! They listened to what I could afford for monthly payments and a down payment and made it work. I m so pleased with my decision to come here. I went to three dealers before Jack Daniels while car shopping and have no regrets. I ll definitely be returning when I need another car and referring my friends and family.

So far a good experience. And after you get delivery of your vehicle, it's all downhill from there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst car buying experience of my life. Worst customer service ever, worst service department ever, the service department manager for Volkswagen is a liar, the man never kept his word. I bought a car from them the end of July last year, a week after delivery I noticed the car was smoking from the exhaust. To make a long story short, it took them five months to resolve that problem. There were other problems they didn't even address, so of course I'll have to fix them myself. The car has spent so much time in the shop, to date I've only put about 2500 miles on the vehicle since it was delivered to me. The car is currently in the shop for a check engine light that the mechanic believes is from the work that was performed at JACK DANIELS MOTORS SERVICES CENTER. And of course JACK DANIELS MANAGEMENT, will not help to resolve this issue. Again I will have to fix out of my own pocket. I am certainly having buyers remorse. If JACK DANIELS MOTORS was any good they could've made this right. At one point early on they were suggesting to give me a different vehicle, but when i agreed, they then changed their mind and decided to fix the vehicle they sold me. What a nightmare. I tried to report them to the better BBB, which I then found out that they have no accreditation with the BBB. the BBB did tell that in a two year span they had received 36 major complaints from customers against JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I would never buy another vehicle from JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I also would not recommend buying from JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I will tell everyone I can to stay away from JACK DANIELS MOTORS. I hope this information helps someone make a informed decision when buying their next vehicle.

I was a little nervous coming to the dealership since I thought it would be expensive, but the previous owner highly recommended this service center. So glad I listened, I was welcomed with quick service, and they gave my car an overall maintenance check up. I find comfort in knowing I'm driving in a safe car! Oh and was able to fix a recall for the airbags that I didn't know about! Glad to get everything done all in the same visit! Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Thank you

Great Service. Went in a saw a used car we test drove the car and loved everything about it. I met with Kevin Sai and Don Chittum who helped me and my wife through the process. We negotiated a little but I already new it was the best price out there. We took delivery the same day and could not be happier with the service i recieved
Went to the dealer to get my daughter's VW serviced and from the minute we walked in it was not a good experience. I recently called to let them know after fixing the "Start Stop" button my daughter's car would not start. DEAD!! Called and left numerous messages to Joe the service manager and still waiting for a call back. So disappointed of the lack of service. We paid our invoice in full to come to find out the part they put in was faulty. I just got it fixed at another mechanic shop. I would NEVER recommend this place.
Be careful buying a used car here. Make sure you take the car on a test drive, that is similar to your driving commute, make sure you drive the car at least 60 mph, to make sure the car doesn't shake or brake bad. I'm saying this, because that's what I'm going threw, now at the moment. Take a mechanic with you if your planning on buying a used car. Communication level is horrible as well, you have to keep on calling non stop until they finally get back to you. If you have warranty on the car and are going threw problems and they cant fix it , look into "Lemon Law"

I found my dream car at Jack Daniels Motors dealership after searching for months. Doug Bucci was so helpful, answering all my questions . Justin Pintin. was wonderful as well. Once we had the finances settled, I drove 4 and half hours from Maryland to New Jersey and I must say it was worth it. The great thing about this dealership is that when I arrived, they had more good news. Justin P. had found me a another lender with a better rate. The car was everything I hoped for and more. By the time I arrived they were closing and waited to finished my transaction. Doug Bucci was so nice to help me as I returned my rental car. By this time, it was way after closing time. Also my GPS was not working probably but Doug Bucci knew where the rental car company was located and I followed him there. Its not every day that you meet a sales person who goes above and beyond his job description. I really appreciated his assistance. Also I am grateful to Justin Pintin.
