I have a VW Califonia for rent since Jul / 20. The van shuts down completely while in gear. He is left without brakes and without direction. The workshop is not able to find the fault and VFS does not take care of anything. They continue to charge as if nothing but they do not give me any solution.
In short I am renting a van that is always in the workshop and I do not enjoy any service and not even a decent response.

I claimed the environmental badge on several occasions (first contact in December 2018) for my vehicle in a renting situation and not only did they not send it to me or they answered me, but it became mandatory to be able to drive through the city where I live and have to I paid for it myself (we talked about 5 sad euros ...) I claimed the amount since the vehicle is their property and they have refused to pay me claiming that "they do not pay for the stickers that individuals buy and if I have requested that they send me theirs, that they are very sorry for the inconvenience caused ". It really is not the 5, it is the ugly gesture they have had with a client who could have re-contracted with them but thanks to their "customer service" department and their "company policy" it is not going to do it again

- Telephone assistance (91 427 99 03) is not there nor is it expected. Nobody attends you. It always skips the recording indicating that they are saturated.
- They do not comply with the indicated hours (9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). I tried calling once around 4:50 p.m., and I missed a recording indicating that it was after hours.
- The customer service by email, just as painful. Emails pack them with evidence and they answer you with evasion, reluctance and without any solution. Of course, emails with only 5 lines, they will be tired of how much they work ...

In summary. Non-existent and totally inoperative attention. Regrettable. We clients do not deserve the terrible customer service received by these poor professionals.

In my case, I paid for the car in full six months ago and now they claim an unpaid fee (which is not the case), due to a terrible management of yours that I have nothing to do with, instead of explaining or calling in advance they send me sms and email giving me a deadline with late payment and threatening to get involved in a collection company, when I can prove that my vehicle is 100% paid within the indicated period and the total amount indicated.
If they are wrong, do not expect them to assume it and apologize, they are going to threaten you without any meaning whatsoever ... you also ask someone responsible to take care of the matter personally and they say that it is not possible.
In short, it is NOT recommended for anyone. On top of getting involved in financing, you also have to bother and worry if they do their job well or not.

After 5 years of the contract, I decided to cancel it and after having notified them of the cancellation, they spent almost a month picking up the vehicle, having to pay for a parking space until it was removed.
After the delivery of the vehicle, we received a charge of more than 700 without prior notification. After receiving this charge, we requested that they tell us what it was due to and their response was an email with an invoice indicating, cleaning the vehicle 150, replacement of the gear lever due to wear 153.32, Trunk carrier scratch 50, side trim 100, dirt on glove box lid 50, parts installations 90. A REAL SHAME and some JETAS, after 5 years of Contract in which the daily wear of the vehicle can be appreciated.
