Whoever hires a renting with these TYPES, does not really know where he is getting into.
Terrible service. They breach the contract and when you ask them to explain it to you, they treat you in very bad manners, very reluctantly, and finally they hang up leaving you with the word in your mouth.
You have to spend months (yes, I said well: MONTHS) calling for someone to pick up the phone. They take fortnights to answer the emails.
So much so, that the Renting car that I had with them, and that I was thinking of buying at the end of the period, I have returned it, paying the corresponding penalty (it has cost me a triumph that they send me the settlement to pay).
Every day happier to have lost sight of them. I'll never buy a volkswagen again
