My surprise today is that a girl cares for me and explains that I was informed wrongly that to pay without penalty of any kind I have to wait until July 9. I've been trying to pay for it for over a year, what surprise awaits me in July? What should I have warned in advance that I did not want to continue financing and pay it off at once?
