Pioneer Roofing is the best roofing company in South Florida! My house had two different leaks that no other roofing company could fix. Three other local companies tried and it kept leaking. Late last year a friend suggested that I call Pioneer Roofing and it was a great decision. it is now four months later the roof has not leaked a drop. I thought the price was more than fair and the service was great. They scheduled in advance and arrived on time. I would highly recommend them. There is no reason to call anyone else.

They charge $350 to come out and give you an Estimate for Repairs or Roof Replacement after Hurricane Irma...Really? Since when we have to pay for getting an estimate? That's Unheard of and Outrages to take advantage of people affected from this bad storm

I've known Pioneer Roofing for over 12 years. This is by far THE BEST roofing company in South Florida. I needed repairs and they came out gave me a fair estimate and I went with it because I wanted the job done right! Were their cheaper prices..yes but I didnt want to risk my roof repair to a company that I wouldn't be sure would be there in case I had problems. The job was done on time and my roof has been perfect for over ten years!! Ihave recommended Pioneer Roofing to friends and family and they too have been extremly satisfied withnthe fair price and expert workmanship! They are not professional, they tell you one in the beginning then when the work is done, they change the price. They also don t care they break anything . They don t want to fix it. They did not know which type
Of nails they need and changed me extra. That should not be the case If they are professional l. Very poor.

I have been in the construction industry 35 years and know something about building buildings.
I own an old house that was built in the mid 50's. My roof consisted of two flat roofs with different type roofing membranes and 1 tile section over the main house. Over the years none of the roofs were well maintained. Of all the roofers that came over to inspect, only Pioneer roofing and their expertise were able to correctly diagnose the required work. Drawing on my years of construction management and listening to Andrew Wharton describe the needed work I knew immediately I was hearing the right solution. I received Pioneer's quote the next day and hired them that week.
Pioneer showed up shortly after the building permit was pulled and did a fantastic job. When Mike showed up and we talked about roofing it only got better. Mike's ability to run his crew, all of which knew their jobs well, and his years of laying down roofing I knew then I would never have to worry about my roof again. I recommend Pioneer roofing for all your roofing needs in South Florida.

I decided to have my 2 houses in Pompano inspected for any needed repairs. From the time I emailed them, to the time work was completed was almost too fast for me, and a lot faster than I expected. Within 10 days, both roofs were inspected, estimated and contracts issued, repaired and painted. I never once had to chase them down or wait on answers. All employees are the utmost in professional, and I have seen roofers who are not. I found exactly 1 screw on the ground after they replaced all the screws on a metal roof which absolutely shows how courteous they are around your property. My last roofer left dozens od screws all over my grave drive, and also I had to pick up leftover materials and take them to the dump. Not one scrap of anything to even know Pioneer were there. They are an awesome company and I would tell anyone to use them.

I've always heard great things about this company from Jimmy Cefalo 610 am radio about Lani and his family, so I decided to get an estimate after the hurricane to have some broken roof tiles replaced. The girl had me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and told her that I heard about this company from 610 am radio. The girl said they charge $350 to come out for an estimate! I was shocked because other company's have not charged anything for a written estimate. Very disappointed how they treat people in our area st this time of need. I will never use them!

I kept hearing about this company on 610 WIOD so I called for an estimate since I need to replace my roof. The sales rep. Was polite and punctual. He promised that the estimate would be done by the end of the day and sure thing I received it. I was blown away by how much more expensive (thousands more) this company s pricing was compared to other reputable roofing companies. They offered less for a lot more. Shop around because they are definitely going to put a strain on your pocket.

I appreciate the professionalism of David as he researched paper records of my skylight installation from years ago. He located them so that I could complete my 4 point inspection in a timely manner. It would have been easy to dismiss my request with all of the other important jobs. Much appreciated the follow through for a former customer!

This company was recommended to me. They charge $350 just come an give you an estimate!!!!!!! After we signed documents, they sent me an invoice with an additional $1,000 charge. I understand the cost of permits, but they claim extra debris removal (Which was already included in the orginal contract) THEY ARE THIEVES !!!!! CON ARTISTS !!! I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN!!!!!
Make sure you read reviews of people that have hire them before you do any business with a company that claims professionalism but fails at the same. 1 START is way too much, but had no ZERO start to grated.

Well I feel that some comments are not right, that's why I'm writing this one. one of my neighbor did the roof , and I really like the job, the roof looks so nice then I asked them for an estimate (my neighbor said that you charge 300. or 400 but that you get it back when you do the roof with them)So I think and decide to call them anyway (even if I wasn't thinking to pay for an estimate) and guess what the girl in the phone NEVER told me that I have to pay for the estimate and the guy (nice person) did the estimate. and I don't pay a penny. So people just go ahead and call the company like I did. Miriam.

We interviewed tons of roofers to get a quote on our house and kept hearing conflicting opinions on whether we should repair or replace the roof. One company's "estimate" was literally a one line item and a huge price tag! On the recommendation of several friends we chose Pioneer, and I am so happy we did. They came out, throughly explained the job and although it was a little more money than other estimates, it was money well spent. They did a great job and I'm glad I finally made the investment so I won't have to worry about any issues coming up (which we've had in the past with other companies that don't make quality a focus). Thanks Pioneer - I appreciate the job well done. I will let all of my friends know how happy I am.
