The headquarters of Vodafone has been in Paddington for many years. There is also a shop in the building. To be able to buy something here, you have to register as a customer at the reception. The vendors and front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Otherwise there is no customer traffic here. Visitors also do not come to the floors, as security is very important here, as in other companies. The surrounding area is quite interesting and invites you to relax. Anyone who is in Paddington, should extend his walk. I can only recommend.

Vodafone his continuously committing crime against us, on 2 occasions they cancelled our scheduled our connection date without our permission and this time on 3rd sept 2018 they have disconnected our broadband and scheduled a connection date after speaking 3 hours but later i learnt from Mr Andrew Mann that our re connection is been cancelled again. He promised to call me after 5 as i was working before it and even promised that he will call till i receive, rather he called around 4 twice and he schedule call back after two days without my consent. He sent a text on 13th around 19.17 pm that he will call and never called. Vodafone sent a router but sent to wrong address and i get a text that your parcel is been received by Lucy!!!!so who is lucy? Vodafone has breached contract by disconnecting broadband, if we had done this than they would have forced us to pay us early termination fee. They breached our privacy by disconnection broadband without informing us and very funny thing is vodafone is sending us email at 11.46 am on 3rd Sept 2018 that they are sorry that we are leaving them only after speaking for almost 2-3 hours from 8.20 to 10.30 that our connection is disconnected . Again their agent called me 15th sept saying that my connect date will be 29th sept not 18th which their agent gave on the 3rd. This is the fourth time they are cancelling our connection date, 2 times before connection and 2 times after disconnection. To make clear, on 25th feb2018 we receive 22nd march 2018 through email as confirming date of connection and activation which was cancelled, booked 12 april and even that was cancel. on 3rd sept 2018 they gave 18sept as reconnection date which cancelled now and booked 29th as connection date and this time their representative even said that this date can change.
I requested on 3rd to gives some alternative for internat and i even sugested mobile wifi which our whole family could you use, but they said they cant give that and i have to buy that. so they forced us to use our phone as hotspot and gave 50 gb data on two device but our other family members could not use wifi without us. Since we have to keep our phones charged continuesly as hotspot consumes power that led to damage our two new phones as our phones are been over heated. As i use my internet to work from home, sudden disconnection of internet caused me financially.
I have filled a case and i hope i filled it properly. I wish that i win against this harassment. God knows when our household will be able to living like normal household with broadband which is the new way to connect with the fast changing world. Vodafone is good network, may have good buildings but i am sure there no good employee as mistake happens once or twice but with us its fourth time and they don't care.

I was a happy airtel customer. But my friend suggested getting the number ported in Vodafone.
My airtel number has been disconnected because it has been ported in Vodafone. But from last 3 hours, my Vodafone number has not been activated. I am missing some of my important phone calls. The worst part is that there is no one to help me out. I made the call on 2 numbers available on google. But I m very sorry to say that I didn't get any good response from either of them. First one was ok , but the second one was the horrible.
At least on the very first day, you guys should make some good impression on the customer who is coming from Airtel which is number one service provider in India.
I asked him, in fact, begged him for help, but he simply refused to help me, saying that nothing can be done. The only work done by your call centre foolish employees is to redirect customers from one number to another. The agent name was ShahAlam, who made me in a situation to write this complaint in midnight.
Being such a big brand, please take care of customer service department. On the very first day of using your services, I was totally unhappy with the behaviour of the fellow sitting there.
A strict action should be taken against these guys.

I have two contracts with them that I took out in September 2016. At some point THEY CHANGED THE EXPIRY DATE ON EACH from September 2018 to September 2020!! - meaning I was locked into my plans for an extra 2 years.
I pointed this out to them when I noticed it recently, but they cannot explain why they were changed and refuse to fully compensate me for the amounts that I have overpaid, as I would either have gone to a sim only deal or taken a new phone on the normal expiry date.

I've got the head of customer services telling me it was successfully cancelled yet I'm still receiving threatening emails regarding an unpaid bill covering the period since cancellation. Spent 11 years with 3 which admittedly was not good to begin with but I left 3 when the network went down for 2 week in my area and they did not want to compensate me for this . So when I see Vodafone braggin on TV how good their coverage was I swapped over. That was the worst thing I ever done, I rarely had reception where I live and when I did get reception the length of time I waited to be connected to the other number was ridiculous.

I have been using vodafone for years but since last 6 months i have been facing a lot of network issues inspite of so many complaints and mail i have got no resolution all the company is doing is befooling me and from last two days they have even restricted my services and asking me to pay even if i am not able to use any services . Pathetic services and staff too . They think the customer is fool and 1 person cannot do anything. I have made 100 of calls to the customer care have mailed to all the departments in the company but they dont even revert they are simply ignoring now . Made a complaint about a rude CST who made my ill wife cry, put a complaint in, get told I need to supply a copy of passport via an undecured HTTP website with that information.
So wrote the complaint and sent it to customer services, they phone my ill wife with heavily compressed VOIP and they just hung up on her when it clear that the compression was too high.
No wonder the CST's are as rude as they are as they know nothing will happen as getting a complaint started is next to impossible.

I went to this amazing place for a mentor meeting and what can I say . It s amazing and so beautiful and inspiring . First when you walk in you re greeted by a beautiful view and then as you go to the visitors check in test there is some amazing inspiring paintings of black female astronauts that really represent the protected characteristics which is important in this working day when working for gender and just general equality. Then the offices are always so clean and it s just an amazing well looked after healthy working environment. I had a mentor meeting here which Vodafone sponsored which btw is amazing that they re Doing their bit to help and inspire youth and specifically young girls in such a male dominated workforce !! Also went into a talk about 5G and I just think it s amazing what these company s are doing that s really just going to change the world as we know it ! Vodafone its time for u to start checking people reviews online for better service for your customer Vodafone have very slippery shoulders and I for one hope the regulator does force all of the providers to share their services where coverage for other networks you are using is absent. That way consumers can make use of Vodafone technology/service where no other provider has coverage without having to sign into a contract with a faceless company who, once the 14 days are up, don't give a monkeys about their customers, or your experience.

Apple have checked my device and in my iPhone and also used a store iPhone and incurred the same problem!!! Go to Vodafone and they say it's Apple despite two different phones reporting the same fault with the Network. The weekend girl couldn't simply be arsed. Great customer service. Stay away
