Complete di***s who will apply incorrect charges to your account, transfer you to the wrong people and rude and also can't even check my bill as they say billing profile is down on my account but they still want me to pay.

The customer service is the worest of the worest and it is rated worse then EE by Ofcom.

The idiots at head office won't help at all this isn't a good company to work for they don't care about their customers.
