Vodafone his continuously committing crime against us, on 2 occasions they cancelled our scheduled our connection date without our permission and this time on 3rd sept 2018 they have disconnected our broadband and scheduled a connection date after speaking 3 hours but later i learnt from Mr Andrew Mann that our re connection is been cancelled again. He promised to call me after 5 as i was working before it and even promised that he will call till i receive, rather he called around 4 twice and he schedule call back after two days without my consent. He sent a text on 13th around 19.17 pm that he will call and never called. Vodafone sent a router but sent to wrong address and i get a text that your parcel is been received by Lucy!!!!so who is lucy? Vodafone has breached contract by disconnecting broadband, if we had done this than they would have forced us to pay us early termination fee. They breached our privacy by disconnection broadband without informing us and very funny thing is vodafone is sending us email at 11.46 am on 3rd Sept 2018 that they are sorry that we are leaving them only after speaking for almost 2-3 hours from 8.20 to 10.30 that our connection is disconnected . Again their agent called me 15th sept saying that my connect date will be 29th sept not 18th which their agent gave on the 3rd. This is the fourth time they are cancelling our connection date, 2 times before connection and 2 times after disconnection. To make clear, on 25th feb2018 we receive 22nd march 2018 through email as confirming date of connection and activation which was cancelled, booked 12 april and even that was cancel. on 3rd sept 2018 they gave 18sept as reconnection date which cancelled now and booked 29th as connection date and this time their representative even said that this date can change.

I requested on 3rd to gives some alternative for internat and i even sugested mobile wifi which our whole family could you use, but they said they cant give that and i have to buy that. so they forced us to use our phone as hotspot and gave 50 gb data on two device but our other family members could not use wifi without us. Since we have to keep our phones charged continuesly as hotspot consumes power that led to damage our two new phones as our phones are been over heated. As i use my internet to work from home, sudden disconnection of internet caused me financially.

I have filled a case and i hope i filled it properly. I wish that i win against this harassment. God knows when our household will be able to living like normal household with broadband which is the new way to connect with the fast changing world. Vodafone is good network, may have good buildings but i am sure there no good employee as mistake happens once or twice but with us its fourth time and they don't care.
