I would give them 1 or none stars at all. For six years they haven't improve their services. Every time I want to change a contract or something else, I know there will be a problem. This company does not invest in their staff training. People working for them are not competent. Their system is rubbish. My husband bought online a new phone and went to the store to take it. They told him they did not have the phone. He cancelled the order but now his phone is not working because person who did the cancellation closed his line. Or the system decided to do so. It does not matter. The thing is he can use his phone. That happened after Christmas. They can't even find his account. what can I say! Some people live on billions we provide against their poor service and understanding how things should work. Shame!
