Our Viwinco windows have been great. When we encountered an issue with one window (completely expected as windows go), both Maria and Ian were exceptionally responsive. Ian never hesitated to make things right, going out of his way to accommodate our schedule and ensure we were 100% satisfied. A company shows you their commitment to customer satisfaction when issues arise and Viwinco stood behind their product in a situation where a lesser company would have left us without a resolution. We built our home a little over 5 years ago and love our Viwinco vinyl windows. They are beautifully made, so easy to clean and still look brand new! This past week I noticed that the upper sash of the window in the laundry room look a bit foggy so I contacted Viwinco through their website to ask about a replacement sash and much to my surprise I received a phone call from Tammy the next day asking for a picture of the warranty information and the window. She responded to my email within minutes of receipt to let me know a new sash would arrive in two weeks! Honestly I planned to pay to replace the sash. I recently took a tour of the plant, I was impressed with the windows before seeing how they were built, I walked away from this tour with an even better impression than before. The quality and workmanship is above any Vinyl window on the market!

Our family is in the process of renovating our shore home and the main goal was to capture as much natural light as possible and let the seashore air come in on those breezy days and nights. Needless to say, we have installed A LOT of windows! I have previously installed Viwinco windows in my house and I wanted to use their product again. Viwinco has surpassed our expectations in the design as well as quality. Our construction has taken place during prime vacation time at the beach and our family has engaged countless visitors to the area, neighbors and passersby that are immediately drawn to the beauty of the windows and how they make our house stand out from all the rest. We needed to replace some older windows that had formed leaks and Viwinco was recommended to us by a friend. We researched it and decided to replace the windows before hurricane season started again. We were so very pleased with the helpfulness of Annette Christie in customer service! We have Viwinco windows in our home and one half of one double hung window developed condensation. Angela efficiently and pleasantly told us where to find the information she needed and explained what the warranty covered. She then made arrangements with a local supplier to replace our window. When I explained my problem on the website, Chad, the rep. for my area called the next day. I did not get back to him right away when I did he came by and was able to fix the window in about 5 minutes and explained to me how it could happen and how I could prevent it. The service was outstanding and the gentleman was extremely nice. Hope all viwinco staff are the same!

I would like to report on the customer service that was provided by Chad Dansby. I purchased Viwinco windows and patio doors for the first time on a small construction Bldg and after installation I noticed a few small problems with them. I purchased them several months earlier and at the end of the construction they were ready to be installed. Call the local lumber company where I purchased them and they put me in contact with Chad the local representative. Not only did he help me but he stopped by and helped me adjust the doors and also assisted in the other issues as well. By the time he left everything was as working beautifully. The timing could not have been more perfect. I had a function two days after that and I needed everything to work properly. I look forward to working with Chad again, I can t speak as of now about the windows and door, it s only been a few weeks. But if it s anything like the customers service that Chad provides, I m sure I will be more then pleased here in the near future.

I was looking at replacing our Windows and Patio Doors and a gentleman by the name of Colin Baker came out to give us a estimate and he had a Great Attitude and great personality which is what most businesses are lacking today. Colin was very knowledgeable and courteous to our needs.

AWESOME company that stands behind their work. From the salesperson (Tammy) to the mechanic (Jim Rauch) everything was better than expected. Highly recommend this company.

2. a glass installed on a new construction home less than 5 years old cracked from extreme cold. company declined to cover under warranty despite there being a "20 yr or lifetime warranty".

Colin made a special visit to install the lock and hardware on my beautiful new sliding glass door. Great quality product and great customer service.

Mansa provided excellent customer service during a recent telephone call. She listened effectively to my request, acted professionally and was courteous throughout our conversation. She was able to resolve my concern and followed through on processing my request. She is a good company representative.

We experienced excellent customer service from sales representative Jonathon Saeger! He went above and beyond our expectations. A newly installed window failed and he had it replaced quickly. He not only handled ordering the window but personally came out and installed it so we would have it done in time for Thanksgiving. Jonathan was very professional in ever aspect.

Ordered 4 new custom size Ocean View single hung windows at a reasonable price for our new detached garage. The insulated impact glass was a must-have for here in Florida near the coast. Was surprised at how quickly they were delivered through our local dealer. Had a minor issue with a couple sash balances that were reversed somehow and minor damage to a screen, but the area rep for Viwinco, Colin Baker, came by and promptly rectified the issues. I just replace my windows with Viwinco, ,I think they should be some tint on them I got the oceanwiew series
One needs a new part, it been a month or longer and still no repair ,don't think that is a good sign. If things were better I would give more stars

Ordered 27 windows with outside trim. Installer, Mike George, did a great job! Windows are high quality with easy function. Area Rep., Tammy Groft, was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns. Less expensive than name brands such as Anderson and Pella but same quality. We are very pleased and highly recommend Viwinco windows.

Jonathan Saeger has been very helpful in assisting with window maintenance and repair. Always the professional, courteous & caring. We've been very happy with our windows!

After using the Viwinco product for the past 10 years, their windows and sliding doors has stood up nicely year after year. Most recently, Viwinco really proved the quality of their name when I had to replace a few window transoms and sliding door tracks. One of their sales reps Mr. Brad Hogan did an outstanding job with helping me find a replacement which happened to be under warranty. Brad knew exactly what I was looking for and even found the matching hardware only available at one supplier. Their employees go above and beyond! I chose Viwinco because of their product and standards and they proved once again that their product and warranty is an industry leader. Months ago a tinting flaw was discovered in all windows in my home for sale. I called Marvic Supply and they connected me with Ian. From there, Ian accommodated my inspection time frame, viewed every window, and recommended replacing every sash according to warranty. He explained how the process worked, was very professional, possessed an excellent attitude, and responded promptly to my phone requests! Viwinco is fortunate to have Ian as their representative, and my settlement went through without incident. Ian is a PROBLEM SOLVER!

We built a new house with 44 windows and used ViWinco. We have been very happy with the windows. In addition, the service provided by the local representative Colin Baker has been outstanding. We highly recommend ViWinco.

My husband and I replaced all of our windows with Viwinco impact glass windows. We've already noticed a difference in them providing better insulation and sound proofing. We had an issue with getting a few of our windows to close all the way to lock right after we had them installed, but Colin Baker (a Viwinco sales rep) responded quickly to our issue and came out to inspect the problem explaining why it does that sometimes when the windows are brand new. He showed us how to open/close them while they were being "broken in" and also lubricated the windows for easy opening/closing. Great customer service and great quality windows. I would definitely recommend these windows.

We needed a service call where other companies ignore or choose not to rectify. The staff immediately responded to our issue which was resolved professionally with EXCEPTIONAL courtesy.

We love these windows and doors. During a hurricane we heard nothing, so quiet thanks to the windows. Neighbors dogs bark and now we hear nothing! Also, we feel so safe knowing they are impact resistant so criminals stay out!

Bought two patio doors including one about ten feet wide with four panels. The assembly instructions were a little lacking, but between videos online and the instructions included, we managed pretty well. Not a beginner s project.

The initial quality is quite good and these are pretty good doors overall and a good value.

I would recommend Viwinco patio doors but would suggest professional installation.

We purchased Viwinco replacement windows for our whole house and have been extremely happy with them. This past week I was washing them and had a problem with pushing one back up into place. I immediately called our local rep Tammy Groft. She came out the very next day and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. She was very professional and efficient. We love the service and our windows.

If you are looking for a company that gives not only a 5 star product, but also 5 star service, ViWinco is your company. We were completely impressed with the attention to detail and personal service we were given by Jonathan Saeger. He is extremely knowledgable of the product and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are completely satisfied. After finishing an entire home renovation, using ViWinco windows we were very pleased except for one thing; not all the windows would lock.
We call the company and Mike Poly, the local rep, made an appointment and inspected every window and made adjustments and now all the windows lock.
He is a great ambassador of the company & wanted you to know!

We have been dealing with an issue with an out of warranty window. Our sales rep, Ian McKenzie, has been amazing to work with. He is responsive, prompt, pleasant and goes the extra mile to try to make his customers happy. He is a great representative for Viwinco Windows. The windows themselves are great too.

This is a great window company. They definitely give you a fantastic value for the price compared to larger window manufacturers who are EXTREMELY overpriced such as Pella and Anderson. Compare the warranty on these windows to those other windows and you will find they offer you a lot more than their competitors. The lifetime warranty is for parts and glass only and doesn't include labor after one year as it states in their literature. So if you expected more you were lied to by your contractor. I have noticed that most of the complaints and bad reviews come from improperly installed products. Glass seal failure is a fairly common occurrence within the window industry. All companies deal with it and most WILL NOT give you glass for free nor cover the labor. I would definitely recommend Viwinco to anyone who wants a great window or door!

Built our house 3 yrs ago and have made numerous complaints to the builder, Viwinco rep and business that sold them. Very drafty windows. Lets the cold air in so much I have to put plastic on them in the winter. Rep from Viwinco says there is nothing they can do about it. We are out in the open and was never told the windows are only rated for 30mph or less winds. Also the screens are so cheap the insects are chewing holes right through them. Would never recommend these windows.

Installed Viwinco Edgemont series double hung Windows last year. Excellent quality, easy to use, and decreased heating bill by 30%. I highly recommend Viwinco!

Excellent customer service recently from Colin Baker and Viwinco.

We researched a lot of windows looking for a quality window and a good value. Viwinco is a local manufacturer in Morgantown PA. Like the fact that the windows were made local. They have a nice lock system and the build quality seems to be substantial . Local, Value & quality sold us on Viwinco. We used an authorized installer, Madison Kelly contractors in Plymouth meeting PA. The install was extremely professional and the custom windows fit perfectly .

These windows are great! My local lumber yard recommended them to my contractor so I paid more money to upgrade to the Cambridge and boy was it worth it! I had a lot of questions that my contractor couldn't answer so he had the Viwinco sales rep, Jonathon, contact me to help before I ordered. He was very knowledgable and steered me towards the style of windows that would work best! I now have them all installed and they look great. So thankful that he took the time to help me out, I love my new windows and I love that they're a local company that really cares! Will not hesitate to buy again

I never realized how the old windows allowed noise to penetrate until after experiencing the new Viwinco windows. Not only do they look great and modern, their performance regarding noise reduction is amazing. The sales representative was also excellent! He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products (and his competitors) which allowed him to clearly outline advantages vs cost against other competitors. He was also very helpful during the installation by effectively communicating the process and ensuring everything went as planned. Exceptional service and product!

We just built a new home that we decided to go as energy efficient as possible. The winters in Ohio can be very cold and windy. When we researched various window companies Viwinco came up and we decided on the OceanView product. Not only are they built well, once they were installed the sound deadening quality was wonderful, especially living close to train tracks. The representatives we worked with in our area were great and very helpful. As we are getting older we also decided on the OceanView line for security purposes as well as energy efficiency, and we feel it was well worth the extra cost in the long run. We just can't say enough good things about this "Made in the USA" product and highly recommend them to others who are considering new or replacement windows. It is also worth your time to watch the videos that they have on their website to get a better idea on how these windows are made and tested.
