We were so very pleased with the helpfulness of Annette Christie in customer service! We have Viwinco windows in our home and one half of one double hung window developed condensation. Angela efficiently and pleasantly told us where to find the information she needed and explained what the warranty covered. She then made arrangements with a local supplier to replace our window. We love our windows and can tell you that the quality is backed by the manufacturer and customer service is excellent! Thank you Annette!
