When I explained my problem on the website, Chad, the rep. for my area called the next day. I did not get back to him right away when I did he came by and was able to fix the window in about 5 minutes and explained to me how it could happen and how I could prevent it. The service was outstanding and the gentleman was extremely nice. Hope all viwinco staff are the same!
