Everything from check in to check out is very smooth. Housekeeping services is very exceptional wanted to thanks mr.gaurav from housekeeping for providing good view room as well as there is no defects in the room. Buffet breakfast items are limited can be increased. Also wanted to thanks Mr Deepak from IRD for speedy service of the food.

Great place to stay. Restricted plot area hence no lavish lawns. Food is good.

Excellent experience befitting Taj, nothing less was expected anyways. Customer centricity at every step of the way. Everyone from the guard at the gate to the person at reception was eager to help and was really courteous and professional.
Beautiful and comfortable rooms and facilities.
Prices weren't bad either, real value for money.

The food is awesome here. The prawn chips are delicious. Rice noodles can only make you wonder how on earth i never ate such a thing before. Lights are perfect. Service is also worth compliment. Just an advice, if you are not a ginger lover, dont order anything that has ganlagal. Dim sum's sheath can melt in your mouth and you can assume it never existed. It is the best dim sums i have ever eaten till date.

It's a very nice place but what struck me the most is that they offer pepsi when you ask for coke......this is not acceptable. The management should look into the matter. Otherwise it's great.

Five stars for a truly five star hotel! The location isn't great, but if you're doing business somewhere nearby it's convenient. I wouldn't call "Leisure Valley Park" a great place to run (or a true park), but if you want to get outside a little bit, it's better than most other places in Gurugram. You can run there from the hotel, if you're an adventerous soul.

It is one of the best hotel centrally located in Gurgaon, at a walking distance from HUDA citi centre. It's a good place for corporate events,business meetings.

Was at Taj to attend a professional event. The ballroom where the event was hosted was spacious, and well managed. The projector and sound system suited our needs well. The food was also pretty good. Overall, a good experience.

Quite often clubs like Algebra club hosts talks here. It's upscale, and it's very well maintained.

It's a lovely property even as the location next to a throbbing metro station is weird.
