We spent an hour waiting for lunch at the bar, and for some people the order was a mere sandwich. We organized a conference and the hotel catering leaves much to be desired. The rooms are air conditioned and the space is comfortable.

A great stay in Lisbon, we spent two nights in this hotel with a very nice spacious room and top bedding. Located 4-5 minutes from the subway and buses. Quiet area, and just opposite a bakery if you do not want the restaurant breakfast. I recommend this hotel because the staff is very friendly and at your service.

No a five stars, maybe a 4 stars. Needs updating, breakfast is awful, location is ok, not really near the Tourist areas. There is an excellent bakery right in front of the hotel, rooms are clean and spacious, but not very practical

poor hotel facilities. SPA and Pool is closed. Manager is not available and per hotel policy receptionists are not allowed to contact manager by phone. Air conditioning not working in the room and shower was leaking throughout the night.

I like it. The quality vs price ratio makes this hotel the best options in Lisbon, especially if we have car. Exelente garage and fair price (space, access, 5 *) breakfast almost perfect, lots of fresh fruit and quality. Lots of staff friendliness.

Spa not available for guests unless extra payment ! Gymnasium without WC facilities close by, no amenities or clean towels ! No newspaper at the room early morning , nothing at mini bar except 2 bottles of water 0,33l , no tea available ... !!
It will take great deal of good will to keep this magnificent hotel as a True Five stars !

Good common areas, bar open late, where they always serve small meals / snacks. It has swimming pool and parking lot.
Slightly dilapidated bathrooms .. comfortable rooms but hygiene did not seem to be the best.

The people at the reception are unhelpful and unwilling to help. The rooms are ok. Breakfast is good.

There is only 1 night table in the rooms, the toilets are very high and it is not convenient as they are uncomfortable.
The TV tries to program it to see them in Spanish and it was impossible, even though in its prigramacion it was indicated in Spanish.

Design bathroom but with poor functionality. Inadequate lights. Empty fridge. Only Portuguese television channels.

Again and following an European trend...these new 5 star hotels feel like 4 stars. ...and 3 stars if compared with south east asia or middle east.

Low price hotel. The location is very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool in the middle of July was abandoned. The spa is apart and we find it very expensive for the type of services.

To start, I ve been in many 4 stars hotels better than this. The bed is not good, there is no mini bar ( first time I m in a 5 stars hotel with no mini bar, what they think I m going to still? a beer?) and why, why the Gym in only open from 8 am ( sorry in high season from 7 am) to 9 pm. At 7 I want to leave the hotel and go to work. Honestly, I ve just check in but this is ( pushing really hard) a 4 stars not much customer centric.<br/>Just took out one more star. I have 4 hangers in the closet. My god . After sleeping one night here I decided to take 1 more star to my previous evaluation. You can hear noise all night in the room from the air-con and the pipes. To all. This is not the worse hotel I have ever been. But it s the worst 4/5 start I ve been. This is a nice IBIS at the triple of the price. Second night in the hotel and I can t sleep with the pipe watering noise. This never happened to me. This is the worst hotel ever. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from here.

nice mid level with higher standard hotel with soa access. The pool is during off season not accessible, the spa is operated by a third party but due to an agreement with the hotel, a limited access is allowed free of charge. Do not know why but the spa personal lies to us. We wanted to relax after the show and wanted to go to the sauna around 9 PM I believe. we called and were informed that " no open appointment' available we need to CV ome at 8 pm.
we rushed back, taking a taxi vs free bus and found nobody was in the spa area at all, giving g us the impression that someone wanted to go home early....not the service one expects who can define service....lol. Plus she had a snippy entitled attitude, once experiences from ensteanged entitled gate keepers. Otherwise, the hotel gave us some fresh fruits delivered to the room, feeling sorry for that person's attitude. We respected this, but unringung the bell is impossible, but we forget quickly, but we are here to inform and help to prepare for others to come here.

I have come to Lisbon for a relaxing holiday and ended up more stressed than when I arrived. Dealing with the rude members of staff (especially the reception) has been hard work!

Price scam! - I was given a certain price when I checked in that was apparently the cheapest option, then when i checked my phone I found a much cheaper version online (56 cheaper). Once showing them at reception they wouldn't refund me the 2 nights. After much arguing with the rude male receptionist for some time, he then decided he could refund the second night.

I wasn t going to stay in the hotel for the second night because I don't feel welcome and I felt poorly treated, but in ease of my belongings being in the room I decided to stay and use the gym facilities on my last day.

THE GYM IS LOCKED! Now after all this I was planning to use the facilities that were sold to me when I made the booking. But due to a holiday they have locked the gym as it belongs to a different company to the hotel. I wasn t made aware of this when checking in. If i had been made aware of this then I would of stayed round the corner in the holiday inn (which is actually a much cheaper hotel with great facilities).

I stay in hotels every weekend with my work, and this is the first time I have ever felt like I had to leave a review. The members of staff (Reception) talk to you as if your something you ve just scraped off your shoe. Disgusting and I hope this review sees some repercussions.

Facilities are good and service is okay. The water is good and the condition is okay, but the toilet which is a little inconvenient to us is a toilet facility, but the toilet is also the same, and the sink is also a little high. It's a little inconvenient.

The hair dryer in my room was blowing only cool air so I asked for another one. The staff came to check and he said This is normal for all our dryers. and refused to change it. I have long and thick hair and had to sleep with wet hair. I don t see why this is a 4+ hotel.

The hotel is modern in style and the common rooms are spacious. The decoration is a bit stressful but if you do not make life in the hotel it does not matter. The rooms a little small but well, clean and complete. The stuffed for my taste too hard and the bathtub gives grimace, too modern. The attention of the hotel people is very good.

It is a financial area but next to the metro and bus, we always took the subway that works very well. For breakfast there are places around (eye that the holidays are almost all closed).

Supposed to be 5 star!! The pool was not open in April!!! Small rooms, not friendly staff when we visited for 1 week during a Karate competition, was disappointed, having stayed in other Lisbon hotels
