Hello, I have recently been about 10 days in this hotel ... 5 stars ?? X I am worth 2 .. very very poor cleaning ... disgruntled staff and very detached from customers .. at the reception no one speaks Italian Every time the room was made .. on our return there was always something missing (toilet paper etc. etc ...) .. Furniture ruined or even broken ... for a "5-star" hotel there shouldn't be any! With us in Italy, in our 5 STAR HOTELS..the staff speaks almost all languages..cm it is right that it is .. My dear receptionists ... learn Italian..and also in a hurry ... anyway I conclude .. x the price we paid (without breakfast) is not worth it x nothing .. overall rating 4. GREETINGS ..
