Costa Coffee

I understand that we have difficult times because of covid19 and that all of us trying our best to fallow government rules but I'm 7 months pregnant and today I was refused to use toilet in that Costa wen I really need it. Very disappointing. I'm happy that Starbucks is next door.

Friendly but don't do well under pressure. Lose track of the order of coffees purchased.

Dreadful service and awful service Please avoid!

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Coffee shops The issue that I have experienced was: Unfortunately overheard the staff slating their regular customers whilst on my visit here. Also on the 2nd occasions I came was served by the same person very rude female staff member ( name Laura ) with a great deal of attitude . When I asked for my drink ( double macchiato ) to be add a bit more milk on it if Possible she wasn t happy with that , as it s show on here face ..not even speak to me , Later she gave me my drink in a rude way ...I ask here if I can speak with the manager unfortunately the manager was not there...I was expecting apologise , but she not . definitely require extra training. Am a great Costa fan but this store is not great. It occurred on: 27/09/2020 This meant that It s made me feel unwelcome and frustrated on the very bad way . Unpleasant experience . training employees for better customer Service .

Coffee taste like the machine is dirty and has limescale

Good location of the shop, wheelchair people are welcome too.

Mid size Costa with good decor and a mixed seating arrangement. A good amount of natural light from the floor to ceiling front windows. Prompt service.

getting my morning coffee here every day. sometimes queue is annoying.

Best chain out there. Recommend OPS coffee beans. At back of store there is a petting zoo and birds of pray centre you can visit for free.

Great atmosphere to have friends for meeting over coffee+ snacks, close to the tube station/bus stop, nice coffee and helpful and excellent hard working staff

This branch in particular is not up to costs standard, unclean chairs, carpet, and has a very bad smell especially at winter time

Initially I found this a helpful resource whilst waiting for my train, one barista let me use the loo before I purchased anything which made me purchase something. I didn't catch her name but she was a helpful, friendly and smiley (the best kind of person) lady. Unfortunitly on the flip side there was an unfriendly, miserable looking creature who initially I thought had a tired disposition. I helped her whilst she was busy making coffee whilst another customer kept inturupting her with milk questions, she was short with him but then SNAPPED at me! When I kindly said Im just helping you she shot a look at me that would chastise the most naughtiest of children and didn't even apologize. I won't be returning to this branch again and I think I might stop using the brand altogether.

Not been here before but just outside Ealing Common tube. Nice size with plenty of seating. As always mention with Costa tea and toast, seat, WiFi and power can't go wrong. Great service so well worth a visit

Nothing beats having a large hot chocolate with chocolate sprinkle, marshmallow and whip cream with a raspberry and almond bake.

Cosy. Clean. Good location and view. Not noisy as much as others. Outside seating. Lots of electricity sockets for laptop holders. Easy to park in front of Double Tree hotel (2 time slots restricted). I like it.

I went here today and ordered ice latte. After I ordered she started making normal hot latte. No hospitality

Popped in on a very wet day for sandwiches & coffee. When it came to pay we were told our Northern Irish sterling was not accepted at this store & even the post office would not take it according to the gentleman behind the till. Would like costa to confirm that they do not accept Northern Irish sterling please. Staff could do with some customer training as this guy was down right ignorant.

It's a coffee shop, my preferred high street place for my caffeine fix.

The lady with face painting is rude and made 2 mistakes no apology or nothing no thanks or bye.

Friendly staff, and a better experience than the Starbucks next door.

As usual being a chain where everyone visits to meet as well as to hunt!!! I enjoyed the coffee but it seems that although the staff is pleasant, there is a tendency to serve as a zombie so u can pass for next one. Indeed it is difficult to have people change their attitude because of the chain offering you rewards, and there not being ahomely place to get together

I love to come here and the service is good. There are just two things that I have to mention.: 1- This place is freezing cold 2 - There are not many sockets which makes difficult fos us to work from here sometimes.

Usual coffee choices,a bit hectic when I got there, cakes are two sizes too small for their price

Poor service, stale egg mayo sandwich and utter confusion behind the counter. To be fair it was busy and they only had 2 staff members. It was only 11am, but the place was a mess. Dirty coffee cups and trays on tables. Low stock on sandwiches. Shambolic!

Had to wait a while to be attended to because the Barista was having a chat with another customer. I am no morning person, and being on a schedule means I don't really have time for idle chat. To top it all off, crappy coffee. 10/10 would not return.

Warm and cost coffee shop and nicer atmosphere than Starbucks next door.

Was pleasant, but they got my order wrong, completely. Asked for a small hot chocolate, received something with coffee- was not pleased especially beings I am allergic. My boyfriend enjoyed the extra drink tho.
