The childcare alone makes this place worth every penny!

The staff is super friendly. The equipment is in good condition, with the exception of the occasional breakdown which is bound to happen. They seem to get stuff fixed fast. Also they have pickle ball. I dunno what it is, but they have it.

Member for 7 years. Great clean gym. Free weight section awesome, pool is wonderful.

Great staff and amenities throughout the entire facility. The locker rooms are large with everything you need, and the outdoor pool is top notch.

The facility is always clean, organized, and has plenty of equipment and amenities. The staff are friendly, classes have talented instructors, and the aquatics area has fun for everyone. The best gym I've ever been to!

It's really over priced and can get very crowded around certain times especially in the summer.

Went here for a birthday party. Our kids had a great time playing in the kid area. The climbing wall was a big hit. They also loved the pool kid area. We spent hours going down the slides together.

I agree - the people running this place both locally and on the corporate level don't understand people or business.

Denying passes that have no restrictions on them is incredibly unethical, and very bad business. I think eventually the current business goes bankrupt and a different management will take over - hopefully sooner than later.

I tried to use a pass that their salesman gave me and told me it was worth $100 and was denied, but they didn't tell me they wouldn't take it until AFTER I entered my personal information in their system - a typical bait and switch tactic! The reasoning they gave was to "protect membership," But all I would have had to have done is to pay them a fee to get in. So I know they were lying. They just wanted a fee or to pressure me into joining!

I was actually planning to join after using my pass if I liked the facility and even do a training package, but once they treated me and my children the way they did, I went up the street and joined Lifetime!

I encourage everyone to also complain to the BBB and the FTC and give this management team a wake up call. If you are a member - quit. Lifetime is cheaper and just 5 minutes up the street. If you're not a member, don't waste your time!

Best child care for 2.5 hours. Great staff and facilities

Sexual assault and child grooming was covered up. How dare they ignore and endanger more children? Parents and families go there for their well-being. Villa sport you endangered young people.

My husband recently got a membership there with our daughter to help her with basketball. It seems like the basketball courts are NEVER available. They have way too many programs and not enough space. We ve played on the court twice in the last month before getting kicked off cause of adult volleyball or jujitsu. We ve always been fans of Lifetime Fitness and we gave Villa a try because it s closer but it s not working out.

Very clean and good selection of equipment. Staff is friendly and there are a variety of fitness classes available.

The facility is great! My husband and I love the pool and the locker rooms. The workout equipment is nice too. However, they waved our enrollment fee if we spent $400 to by a 6 massage package. This was great, except we went to book our first massage and were told that the only one who can use the massages is the one we selected as primary on our account. We signed up together at the same time, but only one of us can use the massages and we were not told this at the time. Overall, our experience has been fine, but we were not impressed that they didn t tell us this upfront.

Not at all sure that Jamie's remarks are reliable. I have not been hounded behind any door and god forbid a facility watch over the kids area. Definitely haven't seen any Nazis and not sure Jamie knows what a Nazi is, period. If you don't believe that the world revolves around your nipple or believe that a special room should be built for you to breast feed in, which apparently lifetime fitness does for you, then VillaSpa is not that bad of a place! Never had any problems, tons of room to workout, great locker rooms, and I'll continue to go here for my workouts. I'm actually thrilled that a person like Jamie doesn't go to VillaSpa anymore, it's a better place without people like you!

Gym time worth every penny with classes, extended hours, kids care, pools and cafe. Locker rooms are above and beyond with towels, stocked showers, steam room , sauna and hot tub.

Our family loves this place lots to do and great staff my daughter gets to play on water slides she is four years old she absolutely loves this plce

I know they are really trying here post COVID19 , they did mess my billing up and said they would take out money on a specific day then did not and a week later they did causing me issues with my bank. I think if they were able to communicate better, get more people answering the phones and fix their website issues with making appointments it would be so much better but again I understand the challenges here and give them a C+ for effort.

Update: They messed up my billing twice and did not have very good customer service over over draft fees that were both times caused by there lack of communication. They ended up booking daycare out two weeks and making it next to impossible to book daycare for my child and they would not listen to parents concerns over this very big issue. So I cancelled my membership and went to Lifetime.

Love my gym! Friendly, helpful staff and clean locker rooms. Wish there were more class option after noon on weekends. I've gone to other gyms to save a few bucks...not worth it. I always come back to Villa!

I had Krista as an instructor for a class (I do lots of classes here) and when I was leaving I told my friend, "I've had lots of classes with her and I don't know why, but Krista is my favorite instructor!" My friend said, "I feel the same way!" Then we listed things about how great Krista is: She makes you forget that you are in class, normally I am looking at the clock 20 minutes into class wanting it to be over, with her I don't even notice when we are halfway, she does a great job of not being too peppy like a cheerleader, but still encourages you to do your best, she make me bump up weight in body pump, I wish she taught every day!

This place is the NerverLand Of Colorado Springs. Do NOT take your kids there.

Amazing gym. Extremely clean with great equipment and lots of pools. While a tille pricey I highly recommend it if you can swing the membership.

We've had a small issue with the VillaKids, but they were quick to resolve our concerns to our satisfaction.

Club is always clean, the kids club is second to none. My kids have been there since they were 6 weeks old, always had great care and friendly staff.

Spa service was amazing. Had a great massage (prices pretty standard for a spa). Atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Loved relaxing and enjoying wine after my massage. There was no rush to get out it was a great relaxing and stress/pressure free environment. Everything was clean. Staff was super nice. Visited the pool and sauna staff there were friendly and amazing too.

Great place to get a good work out . Spa Treatment , Swimming, Basketball. Sauna, Steam Rooms , Hot Tube, and Day care for the Kids !

Great child care and great facilities. Been to many gyms in the Springs and none of them compare.

VS is great except we need longer warm pool hours for kids. It's often empty during adult hours.

Love Villa s atmosphere for the gym and spa def recommend Sharon for a facial!!! But the equipment layout is not the best and it s not open 24/7, which is super inconvenient with my work schedule.

Villa is my home away from home. We have been members for 4 years and it has been worth every penny. I ESPECIALLY love the outdoor adult only pool and bar! Where else can you work out in the morning and enjoy the afternoon POOLSIDE with a margarita- while VillaKids watches and entertains your kids! They have thought this place through in every detail. Perfect for singles, empty nesters and FAMILIES! A bit pricey- but as I mentioned- worth it.

With all the drama they've had recently with their kids club, we put our membership on hold and are taking a wait and see approach. Still not sure if we'll go back with 7 & 9 year old daughters.

Great place to workout and hot tub. Can get packed sometimes but I always find a way to get a complete workout.

I've never actually been inside but I live next door. And all I can say is they need to learn to turn their damn music down. I work overnights and starting at 9am their pool is loud as hell.

I love the atmosphere. Lots of things for kids to do. And plenty of amenities. Worth what im paying per month.

We just joined and are really excited to be members! They offer great child care that lets you work our worry free!

What a great gym!! I have been a part of many gyms at this price point in other cities... none can even come close. Great staff, great classes, great equipment and most impressive, great lockers which are not just clean, but pristine. I wish there was another location near me now.

I gave them 5 starts when I first started going here after my son was born. They were always so kind to me and great my son. Unfortunately, I ve had to take it down a couple of stars. They re have been a couple of times where I ve been asked to change in midst of a workout. It s one thing if I would have been walking around barely clothed, but that wasn t the case. I m almost 6ft tall! It s rather annoying. The second time they approached me, the little reception girl walked up with another reception girl, and tapped me on the shoulder DURING my reps. Could she not wait until I had finished? And did she have to have her friend with her? So very unprofessional. The first time, the lady was very professional and She had no problem when I switched from a sports bra to a Crop top, but the little girl did not allow me to wear the crop top and it was all I had, so I had to stop my workout and my son was in villa kids, so I wasn t able to go home and come back. They re supposed to be a family facility, but failed to see me as someone with a family? Inconvenience me because...why? I m a single mother? I ve also had to stand around waiting for someone to unlock my locker and I can understand waiting for 2 minutes or maybe even 5! But 15 mins had gone by and I had to walk out in a towel to ask again! Other than that, they are the best gym in Springs for child care. Villa kids is amazing! They re sooo great with my son! You can watch the kiddos from any room or pool ect. The people that workout there are always friendly and the pools are great as well!!! The food can get a little pricy, especially for what it is, but we re definitely happy going there. Hopefully they can focus more on training their staff on basic ediiquette, tho. That s all I d change.

They have so many options on how you want to do .The gym is amazing and the children area and babysitting center is amazing.

2 months in a row our account gets charged for food from the Villa in OR. We live in CO and now we have to contact Villa to have these charges taken off.

I have been a member at villa for a while now and for the most part enjoy it. I spend many hours of my day at villa training and relaxing. As we all know it takes a pretty large staff to keep a place like villa up and running. For the most part the villa staff is helpful and polite. The one part of the villa staff that is absolutely terrible is the personal trainers. Unless you are paying them money to train you, they sit back and judge you on what you do on your own. I just had a personal experience with a trainer who called me vulgar names behind my back and that I have no idea what I'm doing, thinking that I would not find out about what he said. The villa personal training staff acts as if it's their way or the highway. For as long as I've been at villa I have only had one good experience with a trainer, other than that they have been completely rude. If your looking for a personal trainer I would look into other gyms.

Crowded, overpriced, very rude mgmt, basically a daycare as young children run free through out gym even in adult only areas.

Equipment is outdated and in need of servicing. Showers are dirty and full of hair, etc. Hot tubs and saunas are similar.

I have numerous other complaints that I will fill in when I have time. Basically don't waste your money...it's a gym for kids and families. Singles who are there to work out and not socialize don't/won't fit in!

My kids love the kidsville staff. They are lots of fun. We like the place and friendly staff. Worth every penny.

I can't say enough good things about Villa! The childcare is amazing! I was nervous about leaving my five month old for the first time, but the workers in villa kids are so great with him! I had a membership at the YMCA and lifetime fitness before I got my membership at Villa And never felt comfortable leaving my child at daycare either place . Some don't change diapers and the hours are horrible! Villa child care is open all day and they change diapers and feed my son. He is always smiling when I pick him up and all the girls and guys are very friendly! Kristin ( who gave me a tour of the gym) was very informative and very sweet. She never made me feel pressured into joining the gym and she followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. The gym itself and the pool areas are always very clean . The women's locker room and showers are wonderful! There's always a locker or a shower open when needed. I highly recommend villa!

Personally not a fan. I feel like the gym is crowded, the weights are always taken, and in my opinion it's overpriced. I gave it 2 stars because I feel it's a good option for parents with children as the childcare is worth it. The place is clean but for the price it is very crowded.

Update to 1 star: After the cover-up Villa Sport made I take my review back about this place being a good option for families to take their children. This is not acceptable and I do NOT agree with what they did. Look up the recent NEWS. This is VERY unprofessional and I do NOT SUPPORT this business.

This is a large and elaborate establishment for working out. I love coming here absolutely every time. They have a sauna and steam room and provide lots of ammenities. Their cafe is definitely one of the best even if you arent working out. However, I have used my phone over whole relaxing in the outdoor hot tub with head phones in and a staff member marched outside to tell me I could not use my phonecoutside in the pool area. I find it acceptable when its a locker room, but the pool area is absurd. Especially when I am not actively using my phone.
