An amazing gym, with great trainers. Up to date equipment and always striving to keep quality services available wether that's through the spa or extra activities.

Love it very nice. Pools are very warm nice staff. The staff checks in every month to make sure we like it. I highly recommend this place. Also a great indoor pool with 24 ft water slides. Summer ever ends here.

I had a terrible experience at this gym. The staff here are not friendly to their guest. I still can't believe the way they treat guest.

Visited as guest but thoroughly impressed with the facilities, equipment and staff. Would join if I lived here.

this place was like a second home for my family until the whole incident in the daycare facility . Completely mishandled, no accountability, no apologies and no means to make sure it doesn t happen again. I loved the facility now I can t leave my children here with a clear conscience. So disappointing

HORRIBLE!!!!! I would rate it -5 if I could!!!! The worst customer service I have every experienced!!! They will steal your money and they don't care about you at all!!! They gave me wrong information regarding pricing, and when I called to sort it out, the pretty much just said too bad, the money is ours now. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

$50 dollars per person for a day pass to the pool without being with a member! What a joke! 0 stars

A friend said there was a great deal / special here so I called , I was told the special for free registration just ended but because we are military we get 50% off. I asked to speak to a manager and was told No. I asked if they knew when there would be Another special and she said no. I asked if she could call me when the special came up and she took my info. She was very court so I ended the call I had to call back because I was never told how much the 50% off registration is, I told the next girl that I left my name & # to get advised when the special came around ( I may not be in country) and have to work something out, she stated," we do not do that"!. So I guess Villa sport does not want us as customers not our family's monthly payments.

Very nice Athletic Club & Spa. Quite Pricey considering their hours of operation when compared to their competitor which is only a couple minutes away and offers 24hrs. Villa Sport closes at 10pm on Fridays & Saturdays and 11pm on weekdays.

I absolutely LOVE Villa. Everything is very clean and the staff is super friendly. It is a little pricey initially but great deal for a family that wants something to do together. But I feel so good going here I would prioritize a pricier membership here even if it was just for me. Newer equipment, nice pool/ hottub as well as a steam room and sauna. I haven't taken a class yet but am looking forward to it - they have a wide variety of classes, almost all of which are included with your membership. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Stop sending out giant books as wasteful ads. Ive asked to be removed multiple times. They are huge, wasteful and completely unnecessary.

I had a custom facial with Sharon F. She is a miracle worker with magic hands. I look and feel younger. Best facial!

My absolute favorite healthclub. Les Mills classes galore! There are so many classes that you can always fit them into your schedule. The decor is amazing and the people are friendly. The spa is luxurious and they do a fantastic job. Very family centered so if your looking for a date, you probably won't easily find one here.

Been a member at Villa for about three years and recently dropped our family membership for an individual one at $92/mo. as the wife and kids just don't go enough to get value...and paying $170/month was super-expensive!

I primarily use the free-weights and enjoy the club-like atmosphere. The staff is friendly and they take good care of their equipment with recent updates to flooring and in the locker rooms.

Join in February when they offer their zero fee to join promo and since they have no agreements, canceling is pretty easy (although cancel after a certain point in the month and you're on the hook for an extra month).

My family and I will never come to this sports club ever again. Worst customer service/management support I have ever experienced. I travel a lot in the military and so my time off with family is extremely valuable to me. My 3 children, who are all members as well, wanted to spend the day at the pool. I had a free pass so my Niece drove in from out of town to spend the day with us. When we got to the gym, they would not honor my 'free' BIRTHDAY pass that had no stipulations attached to it and told me I had to pay $38 for my 'Guest,' who drove from Fort Collins to see us. The pool was not crowded, my children had their hearts set on the pool and my Niece drove 2 hrs just to go to the pool! "Fill out a comment card" I was told. Did not even offer to get a manager involved, did not honor my FREE pass. They lost a family membership over $38. This was a hard life lesson for my three children to witness. This is NOT how you treat people. This is NOT customer service. This IS false advertisement. Don't give out a free pass if you are not going to stand by your word. To top it all off, when I went to cancel our family membership that very same day, I was told I would have to pay for an additional month because I didn't cancel by the 15th of the month. It was the 20th. Are you kidding me with this!? They treat me and my family like dirt and want me to pay for another month!? Don't go here.

Love this place! Been a member for 2 years now and the gym is great, class instructors and other staff are very polite and professional, everything is clean and equipment in good condition. But best of all, my child absolutely loves VillaKids and that is more important than everything else. Toured alot of other gyms before becoming a member and no other gym had a daycare like this one.

Very disappointed. Villa promised more than they provided.

So you pay all this money and they only have one pool. I can use for my therapy. And it's not always open for therapy for me. And then if you want to do any kind of family function that they hold their. After you spend thousands of dollars a year they're going to charge you for those things too.

Extremely clean, very friendly staff and they Supply you with towels, shampoo conditioner, body wash. I cannot stress how overly price this place is! A gym should not cost you more than 50 bucks a month and that's a really high-end nice gym. If you disagree with the statements because you're probably ripping people off. Most people can't afford 50 bucks, let alone 150. 400 sine - up fee if you don't do it at the right time. Summer is not the right time! And if you only sign up for yourself it's less than 150. Still overpriced!

First class child care services while getting a work out. I was find the staff friendly and available. No classes yet but looking forward to them in the near future. There also activities to partake in and the overall feel is community-like.

I have been going to Villa for two years and have really enjoyed everything about Villa to include the Villakids (my kids love it there), personal training, group classes, swimming lessons, and culture. However, Villa has recently hired a new director that has been removing a good chunk of the culture from the gym. I am extremely disappointed with how business every decision is at this gym now and the extreme lack of customer service that is being demonstrated by the director. I am now out money (which is partly my fault); however, I spend $500/month at the gym and to have the director not even try to work with me. I find that very discerning. I am currently thinking about finding a new gym, which is hard because I absolutely love my trainer.

I had been a member for two years, lately they changed my ability to manage the account, bouncing my family from using instalation and probably the worst trying to address the GM, left a message in his phone 4 days ago and no answer back, I'm dissapointed, so sorry a good place not managed properly.

Enjoyed the father and daughter dance there. My daughter enjoyed it as well

So for the longest time I was a proud supporter of Villa Sports, but recently I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from staff there. They blew me off and did not give me the time or day to gain or keep me as a member. I was so motivated and determined at the villa but they ended up putting a very very bitter taste in my mouth with the company and nobody wanted to help and the staff member that was helping me bashed the new front desk people which was not professional or team like at all. Said I was going to another gym and checked out Lifetime up the street, very friendly helping and the prices are so so much better like extremely, and of course also 24 hour fitness. So I won't be referring or boasting great things about Villa Sport anymore, I will drive an extra five minutes for cheaper prices and better customer service.

Great atmosphere, many great classes offered and an amazing pool!

Just joined... Vinny was awesome !!! Be sure to ask for him (although every staff member was great) love all the options for kids in the kids area... To the people complaining that if you use the kids center entrance as a shortcut that the staff questions you... GOOD !!! If your little one was in there and someone came in without verifying who they are or even if they are a member ... That's just taking care of the kids and preventing a bad person from trying to get in the kids area ... Think it through and stop being lazy, main entrance... Check in... It's simple

Only have one basketball court and is always being used on weekends don t go here if you re a basketball player. Lifetime has 2 counts and is a lot nicer

Best pool around. Best child care area as well. My kids enjoy going. Clean. Adult pool and hot tub. Locker rooms have eucalyptus steam room and sauna. Spa is nice. Pool bar is nicer.

They have removed the option to cancel the membership online! Why!!? Why do you make us now make cancelation request via "certified letter"??! Bye bye

Complete trash. Treated me like absolute garbage after I had a significant spinal injury and had an issue catching my bill up. Then two or three years later shut down a new membership because they say I had a balance owed after I didn't even use the membership after I was injured. Unsympathetic money hungry and condescending at best. Money is best spent at a facility that has a more human approach.

I love how clean this facility is! We have tried multiple YMCAs yet they just couldn't even compare with how well kept and clean Villa sport is! We haven't used Villa Kids but it looks like a lot of fun, there are many classes included in membership including classes for kids! Love the water slides and water playground area - it's what we have the membership for and its worth it!! Wish it was open more than just 10am-noon & 3:30 pm on. We would visit daily if family swim was open noon-3 pm. Highly recommend for moms, families and individuals - love the spa! But it is over priced... Even at membership rates.

Staff is very nice and the atmosphere is great. All around best place to go especially if you have kids. Villa kids gives you 2.5 hours and they are very attentive.

I have only used this club for the kids programs. However, having been inside, it is very nice, spacious, clean and offers many amenities. The kids club is phenomenal due to the camps, programs, drop off while exercising and he staff. There are many employees in there at all times and they are helpful, courteous and always have a quick answer. We live over an hour away where programs like the Villa aren't offered and it is worth the drive! We are particularly happy with the Equestrian camp offered through the Villa by the Iron Horse Christian Youth Camp.

Clean, no stink men's locker room, family-friendly environment & great professional trainers

Kady has been super helpful. I am just moving to town and wanted to try out gyms before I signed up. Unfortunately that doesnt seem to be a thing at alot of gyms, but Kady made it happen. They have an awesome facility, pretty much anything you want to do is here.

Great gym!!! Never very crowded. Don't feel judged by anyone. Staff is always smiling and happy. Beats the big chains by a mile!!!!

Might be fine if you just want a fancy gym but to work for them you would see how employees are left to fend for themselves during"training" if they are even given a schedule. Very poor employee/ supervisor communication.

Mortified to hear that not only in the children s room that kids were being touched by a sex offender but NO PARENT was even notified by the gym itself, and will still not comment on the situation today. MONEY HUNGRY AND NOT SAFE!!!! Stay away

Lovely facilities, the friendliest and most helpful staff of any gun/pool I have ever encountered. Great place for kids and adults alike (with separate adults only pools and locker roons of you prefer to not be surrounded by excitable children!)

If you haven t heard about the child sex assault thing you should look into it before taking your kids. They covered it up for 4+ months. Completely lost my trust. I will not go back.

By far THE best health club we have ever joined. Staff is extremely professional and helpful. Locker rooms and equipment are kept impeccable at all times and the Kids club is phenomenal

Great outdoor and indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, spa, cardio, weights, etc. Plus 2 hours free childcare per day... really nice place

Very high Quality and high standards for not only a gym but also a spa

Last year my husband and I toured several clubs before making a decision. We actually liked Villa Sport the best though we ended up at a different club because they had a climbing wall and offered tennis. We didn't last 4 months over there.

Villa Sport offers such a better club.
Some of the reasons why:
The towels in the locker room are of a way better quality. There are no signs shaming you for using more than one.
The pools are much nicer. I am in love with the therapy pool.
I love the fact that the pool schedules are easily found online and that the schedule is enforced by employees.
I have never felt uncomfortable in the hot tubs at villa Sport because there were kids horsing around or couples doing a lot of heavy petting.
I appreciate that anyone with children under the age of 12 are required to use the family locker room.
I have been all over the club and at all different times of the day. I have never had to wait for a machine.
The one time there was an issue with a machine my husband finished his work out ahead of me and stopped at the desk and let them know. They had someone there to look at it before I finished up 5 minutes later.
The only classes I have taken are water ones but the fact that have them through out the day is great for me as my schedule varies often. They have early morning, mid day, and evening classes. I have looked at the other classes and see the same thing though I haven't tried any of them.
The staff has always been extremely friendly and welcoming and I have even had staff help me when off shift and go above and beyond on answering questions about possible allergens in the cafe offerings.

Great amenities and equipment but a little crowded for my liking.

This review is based on the fact that I go late at night, and mainly use the hot tub, sauna & steam room. Colin, Courtney and Wendell are outstanding people who make it a truly enjoyable experience for me. It's a great place overall, but the experiences do change based on the time of day you go, and what you're going to be doing. VillaSplash and Villa Kids are amazing for my daughter who is 6. She's always excited to go. We have a family membership.

Great facilities. Plenty of cardio equipment. They have enough strength training equipment, unless it's just after New Year's. I don't really use the pool, but that's probably a plus for some people.

I love Villasport. From the workout classes to the pools, Villa is the best. Staff is great and I think they've done a great job handling reopening amidst this pandemic. I'm happy to be going back regularly in some capacity

I love the club itself. Great equipment, classes, and trainers. I'm not a fan of the prices being randomly hiked up with almost no warning. Almost $100 a month seems really excessive. I cancelled because we moved but I probably would have anyway just on the price hike alone.

Friendly staff.. polite and helpful.. locker room is very clean and lockers are in great shape.. a lot of scheduled activities.. pleanty of cardio equipment and enough free and machine weights to go around.. membership is not inexpensive, But well worth the cost.

Allegations of sexual assault in child care area which appear to have been hidden from parents by gym management cancelled our membership today.

This place is right by my house and I love to go there with my friends its a good way to kick off the summer

In my experience . . . . . . the group classes are packed, especially the morning / mid-morning classes. Don't even think about going to a class on a Saturday. The atmosphere in the classes is not welcoming to new people, not due to the instructors but due to the class participants. Clearly there is a contingent of individuals who have been there doing classes for a long time and think they have a reserved spot in the classroom. I actually had one tell me that I was standing in "his" space (never mind that I entered the classroom before him!). My experience has been that you have to get there very early (20-30 minutes before class starts) wait in line to get into the classroom, and then there is a chance that some person who has been a member for a long time (and has nothing to do all day other than group classes and hanging out at the pool) will tell you to move out of "their" spot. Other facilities are nice, although the pool is prone to suffering from the same demand and exclusive atmosphere as the group classes.

Fantastic place to workout. The facilities are nice and the amenities are wonderful.

I was so excited to get my toes done here before my vacation. My experience while I was there was mediocre; they were friendly, but I have been places with better customer service. I am very disappointed in the way my polish has lasted. I understand that polish doesn't stay on for very long, but I decided to pay for the shellac because I have found that it lasts much longer. My toes started chipping within five days. Every other place I have ever been the shellac lasts a few weeks before I noticed much chipping. For paying as much as I did to have the gel put on, I am extremely disappointed. The paint job in general wasn't done very well either -- there were spots where she didn't get full coverage on my toes.I wouldn't advise anyone going here.

Love this place! Great classes and childcare. But the absurd price makes me give it 4 stars.

Great facilities and staff is helpful and friendly. Good for a workout or going for yoga or a swim. I loved the membership. It's pricy by comparison to other gyms, but you get what you pay for.

Nice pools and slides Great gym, a little crowded. Too strict about height requirements on the slides, little kids should be allowed to slide on the bigger slides with mom or dad. Gpod gym equipment. Prompt service with a smile. Seems like all employees really do care.

I enjoyed their swimming pool in the summer. It's amazing.

Prices are 100% worth it. Friendly staff, clean gym and locker rooms. Splash pad was always great. Food is good. Environment villa offers is unlike other gyms. Summers by the pool are fun. Les Mills classes and teachers are phenomenal. The spa is beautiful. I didn't care for my manicure, everything else is 100% worth it. We moved and I will miss this place so much.

Ok. I love this gym. I barely use it for classes, but all the instructors I've had (5 different kinds of classes) have all been very friendly. I love the hot tub and steam room in the locker room. There's also a sauna, but I can't handle more dryness out here in Colorado Springs, so I don't use that.

The outside pool is awesome. I love the water slides. I know I'm an adult, but it's also great exercise climbing those stairs. Go when the kids are in school and there's no line! (So, pretty much all of August is great).

This place makes you feel like you're at a resort. Well, the locker rooms are also very resorty like. Love that! If you are poolside, get their burger. It's a bit pricey, but it is all grass fed and very high quality. So a treat now and then is nice.

Clean, friendly staff, adequate equipment and classes. Polls are really clean and well maintained.

Such a great, family-friendly gym. Hot tub inside each locker room as well as outside; great full basketball court, plenty of weights and machines and classes.

Best gym for a family ever!! We switched from the YMCA to Villasport in January and we couldn't be happier. We are there almost every day! We love the level of professionalism that every staff member has. They really do value customer service and it's nice to see a business that still cares about the customer. It is always clean, and the amenities in the locker rooms are always full. They staff is helpful and eager to answer any question you may have.

Villakids puts all other childcare at other gyms to shame. My girls are so excited to go there and I love how they keep the kids busy and active and they also engage with the kids. You never see a staff member sitting there too busy chatting to play with the kids.

I will always recommend this gym to my friends!
