I know they are really trying here post COVID19 , they did mess my billing up and said they would take out money on a specific day then did not and a week later they did causing me issues with my bank. I think if they were able to communicate better, get more people answering the phones and fix their website issues with making appointments it would be so much better but again I understand the challenges here and give them a C+ for effort.

Update: They messed up my billing twice and did not have very good customer service over over draft fees that were both times caused by there lack of communication. They ended up booking daycare out two weeks and making it next to impossible to book daycare for my child and they would not listen to parents concerns over this very big issue. So I cancelled my membership and went to Lifetime.
