My family and I will never come to this sports club ever again. Worst customer service/management support I have ever experienced. I travel a lot in the military and so my time off with family is extremely valuable to me. My 3 children, who are all members as well, wanted to spend the day at the pool. I had a free pass so my Niece drove in from out of town to spend the day with us. When we got to the gym, they would not honor my 'free' BIRTHDAY pass that had no stipulations attached to it and told me I had to pay $38 for my 'Guest,' who drove from Fort Collins to see us. The pool was not crowded, my children had their hearts set on the pool and my Niece drove 2 hrs just to go to the pool! "Fill out a comment card" I was told. Did not even offer to get a manager involved, did not honor my FREE pass. They lost a family membership over $38. This was a hard life lesson for my three children to witness. This is NOT how you treat people. This is NOT customer service. This IS false advertisement. Don't give out a free pass if you are not going to stand by your word. To top it all off, when I went to cancel our family membership that very same day, I was told I would have to pay for an additional month because I didn't cancel by the 15th of the month. It was the 20th. Are you kidding me with this!? They treat me and my family like dirt and want me to pay for another month!? Don't go here.
