I have been going to Villa for two years and have really enjoyed everything about Villa to include the Villakids (my kids love it there), personal training, group classes, swimming lessons, and culture. However, Villa has recently hired a new director that has been removing a good chunk of the culture from the gym. I am extremely disappointed with how business every decision is at this gym now and the extreme lack of customer service that is being demonstrated by the director. I am now out money (which is partly my fault); however, I spend $500/month at the gym and to have the director not even try to work with me. I find that very discerning. I am currently thinking about finding a new gym, which is hard because I absolutely love my trainer.
