The hotel is the most successful - the passage to the water park is through the hotel. Along with this, there is a huge children's room with a cafe and animals in the form of parrots, canaries, turtles, fish, gecko. You can order food from a restaurant there.
There is a spa - about 8 different saunas and several swimming pools. The visit is free for residents. There is a sports pool and children's pools. Recreation areas and bar. But the refrigerator did not work in the room, cleaning for a C grade. Parking is free, on weekends there are a lot of people, at 22 o'clock you can rearrange the car closer to the exit. Nearby are several shopping centers with supermarkets and shops. The spa on weekends is fully occupied from Friday. There are a lot of Russians. For economical meals, it is better to choose buffet dinners at the hotel for 15 euros per person, there is nothing decent in the area for this cost

The rooms are simple and small. The place where the hotell/spa is good it is close to the sea and the spa is clean and good looking.

Quiet. A child with a resounding place. Much to do for kids and the nursing will be organized.

If your home is not bothered with sauna and water storage then the spa will help.

Good beds and quiet hotel. Good exercise opportunities.

Awesome. My fisrt time in an Spa, maybe not the best fitted to vote. "+18" area includes more saunas and a brown goo, but is very expensive, doubles the price to access there.

Loved it! We ll also come and advise friends. The room has bathrobes, slippers, a safe. Large selection of saunas. This week you do not have to book in advance and costs 75 euros.

We went on vacation. 18+ spa very cozy, clean, quiet, private. Saunas are cozy and enjoyable. Fun sauna rituals. which we took part in and enjoyed. We had dinner in the pub .. very tasty food with nice live music. Very friendly and pleasant staff. In particular, Reyot, the waiter who served us, would be particularly grateful. Have a nice evening. A water park is overpopulated and Nazi dirty does not call back. Hotel rooms tired though all exist. The staff in the recipe drawings of the hotel and the spa are very unpleasant and incompetent. Such a thing as courtesy is completely non-existent . Our recommendation would be to train the hotel staff a little so that guests would still want to come back.

Parents do not follow the children, I had to pull out drowning children twice, it leaves a depressing impression.

Everything was nice, but I had to pay $ 1.70 for the "overtime" (17min) that the system showed, but that wasn't possible because I went in at the same time when my two acquaintances and they didn't ask for money and I looked at the clock we entered and came out a little earlier. The best dessert choice for breakfast - three types of ball ice cream, pancakes and DUMPERS !! Excellent service, friendly people. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. The locks in the wardrobes of the water center are very watery, their ease of use could be checked.

During the trip Lithuania - Latvia - Estonia it was the most expensive and at the same time the worst hotel. On the one hand, they offer a lot, because there is a spa and a water park, but on the other, the rooms are very run-down and generally blows a bit of climate from the previous era. The bathroom stunk like a public toilet, a fridge so terrible that we were afraid to use it. The center is rather far away, but there is a bus that goes often. From the pluses of this hotel, there is a good sushi on the ground floor.

Very nice hotel to stay. I can t say anything special about the number, the number, like the number. Most of all pleased with the spa area. A large sports pool for about 5-10 tracks (I don t remember exactly how many), many saunas, a small pool, which includes a jacuzzi and something like rain. There are several hot tubs next to it. From the spa you can get to the neighboring water park. There is also an 18+ spa. Breakfast is good, enough food)

The staff at the reception were rude and felt that they did not feel comfortable at work. Breakfast limited. The only plus is the cappucino and spa.

But in the morning before check-out (12 noon) we waited for H2o to open (it was written that at 10.00) the little children were waiting and waiting behind the door but the door was still locked. If you asked me why you didn't open, you were told up that you didn't know why you didn't open. Time went on and I went to ask myself why not open? The answer came - "We had an order in the morning to open at 12 noon."
I asked- "Why don't you put information on one then?"
The answer was, "Now I put it." In conclusion, it was a pity for the children who still wanted to roam there before leaving.
I'm not a big whiner type, but the information could still be on the door.
But the children's playroom is the largest and most powerful spa ever

The hotel is "basic" neat. There was nothing wrong with our room, the pressure in the shower and getting warm water took a moment. The most disturbing things were the voices that came from the corridors and the cleaners doing their job. Preparation and throwing of the doors awoke me and my uncle several days when we tried to rest. When we left, I asked the hotel to order us a taxi (about 2.5 hours before departure) and this was promised to be treated. When we handed over the keys and asked for a taxi, we were told that "just take what the taxi is in the yard," by accident there was one taxi in the yard, but it was not reserved for us. Fortunately, we were on the move in time and this did not affect our ability to get on board, but a bit of a missed feeling. Breakfast at most satisfactory, apple and orange juice awful, eggs were not available in eggs, although 4min eggs were well served. Spa side small and congested. Probably we will look at another option next time.

Beautiful hotel, SPA is excellent, there is a water park, from Mon to Thu - free for hotel guests who have SPA included in the price. At the same time, the water park is quite cozy, cozy, cheerful, there are 7 slides, like, or so. There is parking at the hotel, which is important - free. But by itself unguarded, albeit hung with cameras. Nearby there are shops, and another thing - a great Burger Kitchen! So I recommend the hotel, were the first time, but will definitely return again.

Born through Booking, which said it included a spa and a water park. What I was sure of right up to the doors of the spa, where it turned out that the water park had to be paid extra. There are almost no complaints about the spa and slides. There are many saunas for every taste. Handsomely. Funny slides. It is not clear why there was opaque water in the circular river. And the swimming pool water is too warm. The room does not match a 4-star hotel at all. We had the simplest one, you get windows for the parking at no extra charge. But why not put water in the refrigerator? Bathrobes and towels are slightly yellowish. There is no carpet on the floor. We came for breakfast an hour before closing and there were no cheese cakes and pancakes anymore, even after our visit they did not bring it. I would also like to note the unsmiling and unfriendly staff. At the reception, in the dining room. A separate story came out with the receptionist - I was never given a receipt for the payment of the room. I received the check only after a letter to the manager. Conclusion - as clients of the hotel they did not lose

The children enjoyed the water park, the spa complex is small but sufficient. The court shuts it down 30 minutes before closing to allow customers to leave the premises faster. Hotel visually ok but the room is VERY poor quality. We arrived, the room was not cleaned, we announced it at the reception, which we received an answer when only poor quality, but everything is clean. The towels are dirty, we take them down to show, still, claimed when everything was clean, only the towels happened. We brought down cushions, gave them new ones, but refused to change the bed linen. He refused to settle the dispute at the reception, offered to settle at 23.30 by returning the money and moving away with young children. When we insisted on cleaning the room and not going anywhere, suddenly someone from the cleaning staff showed up and cleaned it up within 20 minutes. 24.00 We were in the room to go to peace.

Floors are very slippery and didn't see any instructors around. Sauna selection is good, but few saunas didn't have any information.

Great hotel, comparable to world class 4* hotels. Rooms had a nice view, breakfast was very plentiful and free spa access made everything amazing. Probably the best value family weekend getaway you can find in Estonia

Been now to the regular spa and also spa 18+. Both places are great! Think there's a day ticket as well, but 3 hours is optimal to spend there. Lots of saunas and few different pools. In the 18+ area are honey and salt sauna and also natural mud room, where you can spread or massage yourself with the mud. Really love it, but the full price is quite a lot. Price for the regular spa area is very affordable:)

The rooms have very poor sound insulation. Just the voice coming from the neighboring rooms, not to mention the toilet facilities. Otherwise okay. The spa has nice warm water.

The hotel has been in the past, but this time at the children's playground, the children had to wait 50min on the first day (adult food was eaten before the children's food even came)! At first it was said that it would go up to a maximum of 25min. On the second day, the food came faster than expected. Treatments at least a sports massage is of high quality (firm grip, the only place in Tallinn, where I got a good massage). As a massage therapist, EM gold medalist + Olympic visitor. A versatile gym (a much bigger gym than many other hotels), loose weight can do eg busting, though. The corner is small. There are also belts in the hall. On the pool side, you can swim or take a swim in the various saunas. In my opinion, the water park is not suitable for the smallest of the family, at least 3 years. or below (high speed slides). Breakfast was slightly changed compared to the narrower half years ago started (much better than the breakfast, however, esim.Metropol hotel, but worse than the Radisson blu-hotels in Tallinn, Estonia). At least the air conditioning didn't work in the family room (hot).

Viimsi spa has a wide selection of saunas. Cold and hot water pools. A special 18+ spa area for people who want peace and queit. It's located just outside of the Tallinn city limits. It even has a swimming pool for doing laps when you want to train not just have fun. After wards you can go to the pub next door or movies upstairs.

Unfortunately, I wasn't happy. The standard room was full of hair from previous clients and the bedspreads were dirty, the room had a smell of smoke. Breakfast was dangerously raw, and the visit to the practice spa was very unpleasant.

Many people, we were at the "regular" spa (not 18+), and it was definitely not relaxing. Good sauna opportunities, but too little pools and too many people for our taste.

Rather expensive at full price for the provided value. otherwise it is a nice spa to relax, try to come during weekdays when it isn't that crowded.

Unfortunately, the walls of the hotel room changed and the sleep was very difficult. The water park was so cold.

You wouldn't believe a four-star hotel. The staff was quite dull, not customer service-minded at all (although this is the case all over Tallinn). Our 3-bed room was really hot (even outside below 10 degrees), some of the towels were already dirty, the bathrobe had a gaping hole. We asked for slippers, which in many hotels are included in the room rate, but had to be paid for separately. However, when we went to the spa, the customer service representative asked if we got free slippers from the resp ??
The K18 spa was really nice, although this time there was someone from a special party, where a ritual was held in the Hamam sauna, where there was a bit of a mess but I didn't mind. A handsome man with a saxophone played a good party in the area

Lovely place, comfy and fully equipped gym. Super clean and was almost empty on Saturday late morning. Pool is nice and clean and staff is super nice.
Unfortunately didn't have time to spend in Sauna center, where all the main spa treats are also situated, but looked great as we could see from the pool. If you are in Tallinn and fancy a bit of relaxation, get some time to travel to Viimsi area (15 min drive by car) and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Totally recommend.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, although well reduced. Minus the carpets in the health spa hotel. The range of treatments was wide and the treatments were of a high standard, especially the salt room. The spa was quite noisy and the spa staff quite dull, but the pool was nice, as were the numerous saunas. The K18 spa would have cost an extra 20 euros which was just too much.
In the hotel restaurant the breakfast was ok although a bit limited but the lunch and dinner buffets were poor compared to the general standard of the hotel. The same dishes and side dishes on many days and occasionally the food had cooled. A four-star hotel rating is too much, rather a three-star hotel.

A wonderful room and a great place to relax. Water in the park can explore the water and sliding hills go hard.

Spa was over crowded at first but later evening was all good and they have super Sauna Procedure.
It s like proper sauna must be, hot and with sauna touch. After 10 minutes to cold pool .... it s orgasmic

The attractions for children were all broken (except for the slides). And the smell of chlorine was very strong.

The hotel does not match 4 stars. The room does not have a safe, air conditioning. The breakfasts are terrible, the dishes are old and worn out, the cutlery is not clean.
For a 4-star hotel, this is terrible. This may be a decent 3 star hotel, but not a 4 star hotel.
The only distinguishing feature is the spa. The spa is really good, perhaps even 5 stars, but do not be stingy to pay 20 euros per person for 18+ spa if you like to relax in seclusion. SPA 18+ has few people, all hydromassage jets are better. There are also more different rooms, a hammam, a bathhouse, etc. We were not in the water park.

I had an excellent 3-hour spa session at Tallinn Viimsi Spa and I totally recommend the place. Super relaxing, thank you.

Five stars for the sauna center (not sure about the rest). There are tons of different sauna options, you gotta try them all! Especially the salt rub and cold water baths. The Finnish experience was intense, and memorable. Highly recommend as a Sunday afternoon activity. The kids mostly stay in the pool area so I don t think paying extra for the 18+ sauna is really worth it.

The location is remote from the old town and the parking space at the entrance is small.

Amazing place, best Spa in tallinn. I recommend the 18+ for a better experience. Mud and honey treatments are included. Bar can be enjoyed from the pool for 3 hours of relaxation. Definitely will come back.

Nice place to stay. There is also an 18+ spa if you want to relax in silence, without the cry of children. The choice of baths and steam rooms. Locker rooms are clean. Many tourists from Finland.

Stayed there for 1 night, overall super place for family break with kids- spa was good and waterpark with slides was fantastic- safe place for kid, nice slides. Interesting day for all of us. Hotel staff helpful, hotel room clean and big enough for 3 of us. Very good breakfast- starting from usual eggs, bacon and beans, finishing with 2 various of pancakes and ice cream.
Only minuses- no AC, very hot to sleep, but this is only problem in summer and loud music from pub ( our room was in front of entrance and loud music played until 1:40...... ).
Next time definitely will ask room in other side of hotel and try not to go in hot weather.
Recommend this place.

P.s. pub located in hotels serves nice food too and you can feel welcome there.

Lovely place, it was nice and peaceful. The pillows were very comfortable.

We have been here with children many times and have always liked it. Things work as they should. Service time typical of the local, that is, nothing special annoying, but quite relevant. The additional services that are available at the place make this hotel special. The pool pool at an affordable price with the water park side is our standard. We think the sushi bar is the best in the world! Big plus that you can take your dog
