The hotel does not match 4 stars. The room does not have a safe, air conditioning. The breakfasts are terrible, the dishes are old and worn out, the cutlery is not clean.
For a 4-star hotel, this is terrible. This may be a decent 3 star hotel, but not a 4 star hotel.
The only distinguishing feature is the spa. The spa is really good, perhaps even 5 stars, but do not be stingy to pay 20 euros per person for 18+ spa if you like to relax in seclusion. SPA 18+ has few people, all hydromassage jets are better. There are also more different rooms, a hammam, a bathhouse, etc. We were not in the water park.
