Hi my name is Nicola and I also have a problem with the Vitodens 100 boiler. It has always had a defect, it switches itself off showing the F4 error, but the authorized company has found a business in my house .. every time it was money that collected without repair. Written the email to viessmann after a few days they told me to contact another specialized center. I am sure that this defect in my boiler is a factory defect, but I will also write to the producers in Germany explaining what happened to me, to make our fellow citizens understand how professional they are.
