In 2008 I purchased two Vitodens 300 boilers for the two-family house where we live. Starting from the third year, the boilers reported identical problems, a few weeks apart. Every year, in addition to normal maintenance (always done by Viessmann authorized assistance), we had to pay at least one intervention. We therefore had to pay for an intervention and its replacement every year, in addition to the inconvenience of staying a few days without heating and hot water. The last repair was carried out three months ago, cost 270. To date, the boiler is still blocked due to problems with the electronic board, repair cost 600. I therefore find myself forced to replace both boilers (installed in 2008 !!!) with boilers of another brand. Viessmann never replied to our reports.
