This is the second VIESSMANN condensing boiler that I install in my home and I have always been very happy with the product, but the technical assistance is different (at least the one recommended and to which I contacted IDROTEK in Via Coazze in Giaveno - TO)
Maybe they will be technically prepared but from the point of customer management it is not mentioned.
Contact us in person 15 days ago to extend the warranty on the Viessmann VITODENS 222F boiler, installed in June 2018 and to solve a technical problem with the boiler inherent to the outside temperature.
To date, after sending 2 emails, 1 PEC, making a phone call, I have not received any feedback.
I am amazed that a company like Viessmann uses a service network with this poor customer focus.
Given the non-seriousness of my problems, I did not ask for assistance in real time, but at least a sign of having understood my needs and instead "nothing".
I have already involved the Viessmann office in Turin and will continue with the parent company, with a duly translated letter.
Too bad !!!!!!!
