Despite having sent a request for assistance via the website to 2 local installers in the square of Verona (12/09), I have not received any contact or proposal for assistance. I am not absolutely satisfied with a company that does not provide any kind of assistance from its installers / technicians. Luckily I was able to fix it through the assistance of another plumber but if I had to wait for them I would have been left for over a week without hot water. Totally unacceptable.
