The worst customer service ever. My bad experience with them is not simply a one-time occurrence. They weren't just having a bad day. It's in the foundation of their values that they do not value the customer, but only think in terms of profit. These are amateur video guys that consider themselves professionals, but they do not conduct themselves professionally. I've done business with them for decades because I don't know where else to go for DVD duplication. Unfortunately, they are one of the only games in town when you need tape-to-DVD transfers or DVD duplication. More often than not, it has been an unsatisfactory experience. They take forever. They communicate poorly with the customer. And the customer's opinion is not valued. Rather, your opinion is an annoyance to them and they won't think twice about telling you that you're not welcome there should you give them any direct negative feedback on their performance. This is truly a last resort to do with business with Video Revolution.
