Not only was the salesperson and sales manager dishonest, but they lied. Although, they had exactly what I was looking for... I will not give my business and time to a dishonest dealership only concerned about their numbers and not their customers. They are happy to put you in a car... as any dealership is... with lying along the way. I did not feel comfortable with being pushed around and taken advantage of by the people that work here. Terrible experience and I will not be giving them my business nor any references. I would tell you to avoid this dealership if you don t want to have a headache and want to keep a smile on your face...

Joe Harrison was GREAT to work with! No pressure at all which is the way I prefer a salesman to be. It was also nice to talk with Obie Woods...he'll take good care of you. Now as for Mike the manager??? That's another story! Kidding...great staff. Think I'll have her painted like the shadows from a tree.

My daughter went in for an upgrade in her price range. Found a sticker price she was happy with and headed over. Then at closing was the kicker oh here are $1500 in options you can't opt out of we're adding on the car you didn't know of and can't deny. I understand docking fees but $1500 in additional options you HAVE to take doesn't seem like an option so put it in the price on the window. I like Chevy but WON'T go here to buy my next one.

This evening I Called Victory Chevrolet talked with a fine gentleman named frank. After letting him know I found a used car for my wife on his lot on line. He asked would you like to RSVP an appointment.?

This evening I called victory
What a mistake !
Frank told me my online find was there and was I ready to buy.
I said the price is listed on line as $ 5,484 dollars he confirmed. This to me as the selling price. I agreed to take my kids and come see this 2015 Dodge Dart 68k miles.
He said Doug would meet me then at 7:30pm
I got the two boys cleaned up and masked up to avoid any Covid 19 germs and drove an hour away to meet and buy my wife her new work vehicle.
Only to be told that the price on line was incorrect and I could have the vehicle for 7500 plus the Victory warranty $1,599
Plus tax and sur charges pushing the price to slightly under
$10,000 dollars hmmm
So tomorrow I m going to reach out to my attorney and call there GM of sales and question there moral fiber in these confusing times we life in.

I arrived at 3 o'clock and the salesman and his superior spent 5 hours trying to get me in a vehicle. They not only were successful, but we're also within my price range and specifications I was looking for. Not fond of the green lol, but very happy! The staff was amazing especially considering it was 95 degrees out and had a thunderstorm pop up. It didn't stop them. So very happy and satisfied.

So the service was good enough, I wanted to have oil change, tire rotation and 2 service recall, however they could not offer a loaner car and I did not have the ability to sit and wait 2 to 3 hours. Ended up just having service recall. Took 1 hour and everyone was pleasant. Was somewhat concerning to me that most if not all of the staff was not wearing face mask. There was plenty of room to spread out so that was a good thing. We be back

Never ever buy from Victory Chevrolet in Charlotte, North Carolina! Made an appointment to get the car, got my loan, drove 2 hours to get there and they sold the car I was going to buy. No one ask me for a deposit, only said it would be ready when I got there. The day before I talked with sales person and told her the loan was approve and we would be there at 2:45pm as the appointment time they had available for signing papers but no car when I got there. All they could say was "They were sorry". So please. Do not do business with this company.

We've bought 3 cars from them over the past 5 mont...

We've bought 3 cars from them over the past 5 months (all used but late models). Marcus has been great and has been our go to sales person. Everything has been seemless and very low pressure. Marcus has been grfound us what we needed everytime. Amazingly enough, when it's come time to go to the finance office, there hasn't been a lot of pressure to purchase extended warrenties. Once we said, "no, thank you", each finance officer has moved right on to the next step without making you feel guilty. No underhanded attempts to sell us gap insurance, which we didn't need and have seen other dealerships attempt to do. They also do sees to attempt to find the lowest interest rate you qualify for and my gut tells me they pad it very little, if at all. Finally, a couple of minor things on the vehicles that needed attending tp have been resolved promptly. We will definitely use them again in the future future.

Took my Suburban in for an A/C service (bought it second-hand through the dealer). It had a freon leak, which they quoted at ~$300 to fix (though they suspected there may be a warranty issue). Long story short, they fixed the issue (not warrantied) but found that the issue persisted and was caused by warranty after keeping overnight. The net charge ended up being simply $70. Love this place (and the weekend ice cream sandwiches for my kids too).

I have never been the type to post a bad review. However, I have never been so disappointed and livid with a car dealership. My husband purchased his truck from their and we had a bad experience with the service department. I let that go. They had a great deal on a Chevrolet Equinox for me and we purchased it back in February. I had a terrible experience with one of the finance managers hanging up on me and telling me he didn t have time to deal with me when I called needing something for my insurance company. I even got over that. I purchased the appearance package with my car, so I received a call to come in so they could put a coating of wax on the outside and wipe down the inside. When I picked my car up it had a huge gash in the plastic on the interior (it was NOT there when I dropped it off.) I walked back in and told them about it - a few minutes later the manager came out and the first words out of his mouth was accusing me of doing it. Of course I was furious and they ended up saying they would fix it. They didn t fix it. They just sanded down the plastic - which left it feeling like sand paper and when you wipe your hand over it, black residue comes off. If I had known they were going to half ass it, I would have taken it somewhere else! I have NEVER had this much trouble! You would think since I purchased the appearance package that they would fix it - no questions asked. I can t believe this is how they do business! I don t care how good of a deal they have and how much more I have to pay another dealership...they will never get my business again. And I will make sure I tell anyone looking for a vehicle NOT to go there!

Not only did they finance an impossible situation, they searched for a second lender without being asked to and got a lower rate for us. We went back a few months later to get our first oil change and I was able to wait comfortably and they had my truck ready quickly. That was some of the best service ever. And then...yep...and then...they sent a text to confirm i had a good experience AND sent me a hand written card, personalized, thanking me for using them. Tell me that isn't great service.

Victory Chevrolet Charlotte is truly an enjoyable place to service my vehicle. From the moment I arrive for my appointments professional attentive staff intake in minutes are direct you to a waiting a very comfortable waiting area that has cushioned seats, WiFi, and refreshments such as coffee, tea, ice cream, and snacks. And if you don't want to sit there, you can go into the eating area where there are tables and chairs. And if you want to take a walk, there's acres of new and used vehicles to view. I enjoy it each time. It must be, I drive 30 miles one way to get there! And by the way, I always know the condition of my car and what's recommended when leaving.

Was interested in 2 pre-own vehicles they had in stock.. Like most customers, I shot them an email.. Within minutes, Kimberly (some MGR) shot me an email saying the sales staff would be in touch. Well... no one reached out, I called the store.. No answer.. I shot Kimberly an email back saying I haven't heard anything. Kimberly says they are closed but will check Monday morning.. I get an email from Kimberly saying the vehicle sold (That was it, not even a suggestion... maybe on another car)I was going to inquire on the other, but.... no thanks.. If communication is this bad before you even go in, I couldn't imagine how bad it would be after the sale... Plenty of dealers out there..

BEWARE- Dealership wants to sell cars and WONT back any promises made. I bought a car there after waiting FOUR HOURS for them to locate a key! Arrived in the morning and left after they closed. Dealership waited nearly a month to issue my check for my old car they purchased from me. Was promised an extra set of keys to be mailed- NO keys have been mailed, and no one will help you when you call. I live 4 hours away so Im not able to walk in, or else I would have done so. Was also told I had 45 days to make first payment- received a bill thats due 30 days after. When I called, nothing could be done for me. Additionally, when you call even the GENERAL MANAGER- they wont answer.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HASSLE HERE- ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE!

They seem mostly trustworthy. I feel like the service department was much more proficient when Jon Fowlkes was at the booth back when the dealer was at the Mt. Holly location. They've made a few mistakes servicing my Cobalt but nothing that is devastatingly bad.

Took my GMC Yukon XL to these morons for service and I honestly believe they tried to break it. Then called and said I needed a new transmission. I picked up my truck called and asked for a manger left message to call me back and left message for the owner. I was nice just wanted to talk to someone, never called me back. I would never take my car or truck here for service.

They will break it to find a problem.

Great experience on this dealer. We drove from Fayetteville, NC (3 hours away one way) because they had a few deals we found online that we liked. The communication prior to get to the dealer was excellent and accurate. We were properly informed on the deals, prices and availability of the type of car we were looking for. Upon arrival we were helped by Tim Sims, who was great and really helpful. He made sure to work with us on a deal that could fit our needs and he made sure we drove away on a new vehicle. All the prices we saw online were exactly the same at the dealer. No hidden fees or anything shady. Highly recommended.

The sales guy was not pushy, that is a plus and they got me back into the factory warrenty. However, thats the only good think i have to say. It was great while buying my car. Then after that horrible. I had a cig burn in my car and signed the paper that it was they and they would fix it. The sales man said he would call me back and set up a time when the lady was at the dealership. Its been 2.5 months and still no word. Now i call about every two weeks trying to get the floor mats that went in my car, he said he would keep an eye out for them, or order me some new ones. I have called and called and called some more. Well today, He said "i never told you i would order them" yes you did. My husband heard you, as well as myself. Now i would be shelling out 132 dollars for floor mats from hyundia, lucky for me josh @ keith hawthorn felt sorry for me and is giving them to me for 100 bucks. I was so please with Victory Chevolet at the start and now i will not be a repeat coustmer. All the people i made sure to tell them about VC i will be doing likewise, execpt not to go there. After you have spent your money, they do not care one bit. Which, i consider a slap in the face.

I purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado on 7/23/20. In my past experience in purchasing a new vehicle, I have spent the whole day at a dealership. This was not the case at Victory Chevrolet. We were greeted by one of their salesman, Mr. Corey Carson. I can t say enough about how kind this young man was to my husband and I. All of the staff we came in contact with while we were there were so helpful and kind. They detailed our new vehicle while we were doing our necessary paperwork. Mr. Carson actually got in our vehicle with us and showed us how to use our Apple play, and our on star. If you re looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Victory Chevrolet.

I bought a new car from this dealership in Jan of this year. I have taken it back many times to have issues fixed on this car. I took this car back to this dealership where I purchased the car twice in regards to transmission issues both times they said nothing was wrong. So I took the car to Rick hendrick's on Independence to find out there was issues with my transmission at 20,000 miles. They kept my car for 20 days and now there is a noise in the motor. I called Victory to let them know that they sold me a lemon and that I need for them to help me out of this car, to this day they have done nothing but gave me the runaround saying that GM has to help me get out of this car that they can't do anything. Until they make this right I will not recommend them at all.

Went to buy a car, said we wanted a Nissan Pathfinder with a platinum package. My husband was on the way back with what he was told was a platinum package, when I get a phone call from my credit union telling me that this was not a platinum package. It was advertised on the internet as being platinum for $25,000. When we got there, it not only was not platinum, they upped the price to $26,000.

They also had my daughter sign my name to the sales contract, so when I threatened them with that they agreed to add the towing package and a dvd to the vehicle to upgrade it. I took the vehicle back and the Mike, the sales manager told another salesmen he was handling this "crap" deal. Then when they gave me a loner car, he told another salesman that I deserved to run out of gas.

I picked up the vehicle and the dvd player they installed did not work and rather than installing a towing package, they put a hitch on it. I would never do business with this dealership again. What a bunch of thieves!!!

I had no real issues with Victory Chevrolet. It is a no frills, blue-collar style environment which suited me fine. The only "negative" if you can call it, is that cars move so quickly in and out of the place that they have a hard time keeping their inventory lists updated, even for their own sales people. The first 3 car choices I found online were already sold, but still showing on their site and on their own sales people's list. I worked with Joey in sales on a car that was a little more that I originally wanted, but he got approval from a manager to make the deal a little more in my favor. The used car I bought (2015 Kia Soul) ended up being $1,000 less than Kelly Blue Book and they had it cleaned up very nice for me. My wife loves it. The financing paperwork does take some time, but that's pretty much everywhere. The better your credit score the easier it is. If you are expecting to walk in and benefit from all the promotional offerings you hear on the radio (no money down) with a 550 credit score, you will be disappointed. If it's 700+ you'll be fine. They also had free ice cream and drinks for my kids in a comfortable kids area while they waited. I'd return again for my next car.

Victory Chevrolet's service department went above ...

Victory Chevrolet's service department went above and beyond my expectations when I took my car in to have a transmission diagnostic performed. Their technician found a problem with a brake switch sticking that would cause the issues that I was having with my transmission. Transmission shops would have probably told me that I need to get my transmission rebuilt and then I would still have the same issues after the work was done and for a huge price tag. I will be returning to Victory Chevrolet because they are honest, trustworthy, friendly and helpful.

This is coming from a member of the automotive community. It s interesting to be on the other side of the desk. You re never sure what you will encounter, but this was easily one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Dimitrios is an amazing salesman. He will make an incredible manager. He was knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs while remaining relaxed and agreeable. I wish Ben could take him to every store he works with, but he says he really likes Victory Chevrolet, and it shows. Everything moved like clockwork. Luis was so personable and helpful and Jamie was very thorough and upfront in finance. It was everything we appreciate in the business and we have the car we really wanted at an amazing price. You guys do it right! I love your business model, and your customer service is the envy of the industry. Look for your car here first and I bet you won t have to look anywhere else.
