The radio ads are extremely repetitive and overdone. I would not buy a vehicle from them based on their radio ads. Id rather go to the 100 other different Chevrolet dealers in the area.

It was a very hot day and they had ice cream while I was waiting for the chevy sonic.
Bryce Gandy & Ronda Ulrey were amazing during the Covid lockdown in my purchase of a 2019 Nissan Rogue! SUPER EASY, no hassle, transferred plates for me and literally had the car delivered within 2 days. I am high risk and this was an amazing experience, highly recommend!
Fast and easy service experience. Was able to drop vehicle off and return shortly. Will do business with Victory again.
I walked in looking to trade my 2010 Charger for a 2015 Malibu. BIG SUPER THANKS to Joey Sronce for helping me drive off the lot with a 2019 Malibu. I'm very pleased and over excited about my new car he will be my all time favorite salesman Thanks again Joey Big thanks to Ted Kipp as well for helping me with my Finance on the car
Get me and my wife car service there all the time great customer service, friendly environment, and the mechanics are great they do an awesome job ..
Stay away from Victory Chevrolet. I went there in April after my 1 1/2 year old son and I were in an accident which totaled my car. The other driver's insurance would only pay for a rental for me for 1 week, so between working full time and taking care of my son, that did not leave much time to look for a car. The salesman (Tim) took advantage of my situation and sold me a BAD car. He knew I didn't have much time and was scared from the crash and I was really looking for the safest car possible and he led me to believe I was getting the deal of a lifetime on this Volvo XC90. It only had 80,000 miles on it and he kept bringing up how the car was owned by the Dean of some University and how well he took care of the car. Well the problems started right away, but I unfortunately ignored the first two, thinking that I got the deal of a lifetime...We had written into the contract that my car would come with a full tank of gas, but when I turned it on it was on empty and I had to stop at the very first gas station I saw. Also, when I got home we realized that the passenger side rear door lock did not function at all. Tim had brainwashed me to think that I received such a good deal that I just ignored those two things. However, one week ago my car started making all sorts of noises so I took it into two separate mechanics and the news is terrible!
1. Two front brakes were completely non existent, to the point that the pads were cutting a hole into the rotors
2. There is a leak in the power steering rack
3. Both rear wheel bearings and hubs need to be replaced immediately
What bothers me the most is that Tim said one of the reasons I was getting such a great deal is because they replaced the brakes after inspection, so I was getting brand new brakes. This salesman directly lied to my face and put my family in danger just to make a couple of bucks. Both mechanics agreed that I never could have gotten the brakes to this point in 4 months and that this car should never have been allowed to leave the lot. I am contacting Victory Chevrolet today to see how they will remedy this situation and will update my review accordingly.
I have been lied to twice over the phone and went up there. Their specials are only good if you have great credit. If you are an average person struggling in these hard times I do not recommend this place!
Wasted an hour, just wanted a test drive. Sat there while the guy filed paper work and went through the trade we might do just to find out the car we came to see that was posted on their website as available did not pass their inspection and could not be sold. I even called ahead and scheduled the test drive.
Victory is the place to go if you want the best deal for your money
Beware! We went to this dealer to purchase a new traverse, and when I told the salesman what I wanted he proceeded to tell me I had to purchase an ltz model. I told him that what I want is available in an Lt model and he told me that was not true, I should have known from the start with the lack of product knowledge or the fact that he was trying to sale me more car than what I wanted. We found a car and went inside to work the deal in which it took this guy over an hour to appraise my trade and do a credit application. And my family and I had prior plans so I told the salesman who I found trying to work with 2 other customers to tell him we have to go to just give us a call when they get everything back from finance. He said ok so 3 hours I had heard nothing from the dealer I called to see what was going on. Taylor the salesman informed me that they got busy after I left and they couldn't get to my deal until Monday. I have never been pushed to the side in a way such as this they didn't care for my business and they will never get it again because I have previously purchase 2 vehicles from this dealer and recommend family how also purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer the lack of customer service and lack of product knowledge was something I have never seen.
Service department amazing but sales department horrible I need answers
Awesome experience. I was very reluctant about purchasing a new vehicle but thanks to your AWESOME TEAM for making the process easy and smooth. Garrett and Ted were AMAZING!
Great experience , all my questions were answered professionally and accurately.
Our salesperson Mark Upton was outstanding. Mark made the whole process very easy. I will tell everyone about Mark and Victory Chevrolet.
We had the best experience that we have ever had in buying a new vehicle. I highly recommend visiting Victory Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase.
Purchase and such was great and everything went well until I bought the protective coating. It was either put on incorrectly or mixed incorrectly. It left pockmarks and a strange texture as well as it looked like stuff stuck under clear coat. They blamed it on everything but either of the above and only after a big fuss they agreed to a buff which fixed it for a bit my paint and clear coat has now become brittle. They even buffed my windshield it now has swirls marks in it. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY HERE DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTIVE COATING. I need an entirely new paint job and need to get my windshield repaired.
Victory Chevrolet commercials are very misleading. I would never do business with this dealership.
Taylor has great costermer service, wait for oil change not very long
My 1st time there and it was great. Taylor Chanter was very professional and friendly. Kept me up to date. Quick in and quick out. Really a nice, clean, friendly atmosphere and waiting lounge and refreshments are super
I highly recommend seeing salesman Christian Hill. He s honest, very helpful. He made mine & my dad s car buying experience smooth & easy.
This is my 2nd vehicle I've gotten from Victory Chevrolet. My experience both times was Completely Satisfied!!
Excellet personnel and service at Victory. Since I purchashed my Corvette, they have been great to assist and meet my needs in a very timely manner. Keep up the great work !
Terrible Dealership, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't let the other reviews fool you, these people pretend like they care, but it is usually just a half assed job. Had to struggle for over three weeks just to get recall parts from them. DON'T GO HERE FOR SERVICE.
Joel Sronce worked with us and got us in a new Impala even though we were upside down in our old car. We were treated like old friends, not just as customers.
Check-in process was slow. Wasn't greeted, service guy just took my keys and went to my vehicle. He returned and told me to have a seat on the waiting area. I received a call 20 minutes prior to arriving offering to purchase my vehicle and give me the employee rate if I purchased a vehicle. I spoke to a salesman while waiting for my service. I told him I was not interested in trading my vehicle. He was very nice and gave me his card if I changed my mind. As soon as I returned home I received a call from someone still trying to pitch a deal fory car. I declined once again. Just saying no didn't work. I had to get a little firm. This whole experience was disturbing. I will continue to go there because it's only 5 minutes from my house.
First time buying a brand new car and Victory made a great experience!! The people there were so nice!! Thank you Moe and all the wonderful people there that made it happen!!
My Girlfriend and I came in looking for a car, and left extremely satisfied. Wade is particularly fantastic, and the same can be said for their representatives over the phone.
I set up an appointment the see a used car on their lot. Came to look at it. Car was very dirty and had a lot of scratches and overall was in poor condition aka not what the pictures showed. The salesman, after I told him I wasn t interested in the car argued with me about well, it s a used car, what do you expect? . I felt like I was just a number and the salesman was trying to rush me to submit my credit info. His line was commitment . Can t test drive it without a commitment and money down, etc. terrible terrible.
I tried to contact a manager about this and was ignored. So, wouldn t recommend.
Maybe it was my fault for looking for a non-Chevy at a Chevrolet dealership, but every Chevrolet dealership including this one have been absolutely terrible. I will never step foot in this particular dealership, nor any other Chevrolet dealerships.
Well,
After requesting a paint pen to fix some small scratches and dings I was told that they had priced the truck too low and couldn't give me one. I was fine with this, but they also refused to fill up the tank with gas (usually a nice gesture most dealerships do) so I drove away with less than a quarter of a tank of gas in a 2014 truck. It came with "Free" OnStar which turns out actually costs money.
The biggest problems came a week to two weeks later. I had been in contact with their finance office continually through the weeks following my purchase. They had never said anything about sending a receipt to get my tag. I payed my property taxes the day that I received the letter. Their accounting office messed up 4 times on my paperwork, and I didn't receive my permanent tag till 4 days after the temporary one expired.
Beware of the false advertising! My wife and I wasted 2 hours here this weekend looking at a vehicle that was advertised on the Victory website and, in fact, still in their internal systems with a price that we were willing to pay. When we got to the purchasing table, we were told that they were not going to sell the car as it was, and that they were going to put some upgrades on it and it would be more expensive. We were willing to purchase it on the spot, but were told that they were not willing to do that, even though it is clearly advertised that way. All I was trying to do is buy a vehicle, but apparently that's not their business model. We have reached out to the dealership multiple times to talk to someone about our experience, but have received zero response. Terrible.
They told me what the problems were with my car. A little bit to high in price for me to let them do it.
Took the car to dealership I c got it from and not even costing me a hundred bucks. They wanted 1800.00. Nope I don't think so.
Don t try to buy a car from this dealership. They won t sell you the car at the advertised price unless you buy their protective package. Stay away!!
I came to Victory Chevrolet with my friend after she saw an ad for a decently-priced Subaru XV Crosstrek. Pierce was awesome. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a car dealership.
My first time there. Everyone was friendly and professional.
Very slow service, shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for an oil change that you made an appointment for
I talked to Nano and he set up an appointment to view a car. My son drove an hour to get there and the car had sold earlier in the morning. Wasted 2 hours of my son s day and gas too. Tried to contact them and they blew me off. Don t waste your time.
Everyone was so supportive and willing to help us,the SUV that we wanted was my husband retirement wish, The payment was more than we had planned on everything else was great
I just bought a 2013 Chevrolet from Douglas Cordes in the sales department and I got it for a good deal. Doug was Very Professional, Kind and Courteous. Doug is a stand up guy and he will put you in the vehicle you want.
I enjoyed working with Taylor. I did not feel like I was pressured into anything. That is was sold me a car.
Beware of bad customer experience. I had a brief interaction with Sales Manager Dimitri Leodis when purchasing a car at Victory Chevrolet that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I explained to him my top dollar monthly payment amount for a loan. Dimitri came back with a proposed monthly payment of 7.5% more. I said that wouldn't work and explained again my top end amount. Dimitri gave me a very "uppity" and "snooty" attitude and seemed quite appalled that I could not afford a small increase in a monthly payment. After running the numbers again, he came back and replied with a condescending attitude that he was able to get my monthly payment I was targeting (even though it resulted in a longer loan term). It is important for your team to treat your customers with the upmost respect in all fashions. Respect people's budget and their current situation in life. Some people cannot afford an increase in payment for what Dimitri might think is a "small" amount. I felt extremely demeaned by his response and my brief interaction with him. I was also disappointed in the fact that I had specifically came to the dealership to look at two used cars listed on Victory's website. Upon arriving, I was told that these cars are not available or even on the lot. I was given a weird response by the sales representative that these cars were never on the lot and had been "wholesaled". Please make sure to call ahead and confirm that the car you see on the website is actually on the lot. Also beware of the $1600 Victory "Protection Plan" that is added to the car price you see online. This $1600 fee was non-negotiable from what I was told and was part of the cost of the car. The sales rep was very vague in what this "Protection Plan" included and I was told I would be given a pamphlet detailing what all is included in the plan. There is no explicit mention of this fee and what it includes listed on the Victory website. I have inquired multiple times through email to receive this information and have yet to receive it. I am not sure what is taking so long to receive this information from them, especially with the current "less than busy" time due to the virus. I hate that yet again, another dealership lives up to the stereotype and preconceived notions the majority of people associate car dealerships with. I will not be returning as a customer here and would not recommend Victory Chevrolet.
I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A MOMENT TO THANK EVERYONE AT VICTORY CHEVROLET FROM MY 5 STAR SALE-MAN JEFFREY LOEB TO THE 5 STAR FIANCE MANAGER TED KIPP AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN ..WHAT A GREAT TEAM THAT HELPED ME GET MY DREAM OF HAVING MY CHEVY COLORADO TRUCK ...THANK YOU ALL
When I called Victory Chevrolet the other day, I talked with Douglas Cordes - and he was so helpful, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable! As soon as I'm ready to buy, I'll be stopping by to see Douglas about buying my next car!
Upon purchasing a vehicle from Victory my sales person, Jimmy, offered to deliver the car to me in Charlotte which was very much appreciated but on the day the car was to be delivered he tried to back out. He did manage to get the vehicle to me on the day he promised but the car was delivered dirty, and what was promised to be done was either not done at all or done poorly. When my mother got in the car to drive home the battery was dead. It was very disappointing to have to give her the car dirty, with a poor paint "touch up" job, black tar on the side, that I was told would be cleaned off, and now a dead battery. I called the first time and talked to David who offered to reimburse me for the battery, which I appreciated but the check never came. Then I talked to Mike who again promised to send the check, still no check ever came. Finally after not receiving my tag ( Felicia told me the tag had been there since 4/11 and it is now 4/30, and the temp tag has now expired) I drove back to the dealership to get the tag, even though I had been told twice it was being mailed to me.I was then given the tag and the 130 dollars with NO apology for all the mistakes. As a matter of fact the manager, David did not utter a sound to me. Just walked down the hall with the sales guy, who then reappeared with my tag and 130 in cash. Obviously the check still had not been put in the mail.
Overall, I feel like I was told what I wanted to hear to buy the car then NO service at all after the papers were signed. It was a very disappointing experience for something I was very excited to do for my mother.
Had an appt, and spent 2 hours there without seeing a sales rep. Decided to go to City Chevrolet after that.
Very nice business... Nice waiting area... Very helpful and nice people
They have worked on my wife's GM Pontiac 4 several years & we're pleased with their work
Was completely honest about everything and sells rep said they could do something. They even went as far as to run credit and call back to make sure we came in that day. When we got there we got told the opposite by the financial guy whom I am sure didn't run anything. None of them knew what the others were working on and it ended up being a wasted trip.
Great service! Thanks for keeping my car running so well.
AS ALWAYS I RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE FROM FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGABLE PEOPLE.
BUT IU HAVE TO COMMENT ON MY SILVERADO PROBLEM I UNDERSTAND NOW
THAT WHEN GM HAS A PROBLEM AND HAS NOT DEVELOPED A FIX THEN WHATEVER THE ISSUE IT IS THEN BECOMES NORMAL AND SINCE THE TECHNICION HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN ACCESS TO THE FIX FOR THE PROBLEM
HIS ONLY ANSWER TO THE CUSTOMER IS THAT THE PROBLEM IS NORMAL SO
THE CUSTOMER HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO LIVE WITH THE ISSUE UNTIL TRADING
TIME THEN HE HAS THE ALTERNATIVE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM HIMSELF
THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR THE TECHS BUT A CHEV PROBLEM
I HAVE LEARNED NEVER TO EXPERIMENT WITH A NEWLY ISSUED IMPROVEMENT
THANKS FOR READING THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE THAT WILL BE THE END AND WILL GET NOWHERE HOWARD BRADY 11/02/2020
Friendly people on staff, didn't end up buying the car but they're weren't forceful or anything. Handling the COVID situation well.
My wife bought a 2013 impala it had 23000 miles and also purchased a extended warranty of 75000 miles or 72 months they told her that the warranty was not available and it had expired 9000 miles ago now why would you buy a car with extended warranty to be told the mileage that was on the car was included in the 75000 mile warranty she was told by Doug Cordes and Mike Smith the 23000 miles was included on the 75000 mile warranty that was a important part that should have been told when and if we decide to get a new car it will not be there you dont honor your car warranty from what I've read and have been told YOUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT GOOD
Recently I had the distinct pleasure of accompanying my dear neighbor to the Victory Chevrolet dealership .. After speaking to one "kind, very knowledgeable, happy salesman named Mr. Tim Sims,
We arrived and test drove a metallic grey 2018 Chevrolet Impala which, of course we two middle aged older adults fell so in love with.. That was it ! SOLD My neighbor signed the papers. We giggled because I told Mr. Sims it was his "easiest sale ever" since my neighbor had brought
his preapproval letter from his Credit Union..lol We both knew firsthand how great Impalas are because I am a current owner of a 2005 Impala as well which I so love. We will certainly return on another Saturday to change the oil in our car and enjoy another complimentary lunch. On behalf of all Victory Chevrolet customers: We thank you all for the Saturday lunch. We both truly had a wonderfulexperience at Victory Chevrolet from start to finish and we certainly look forward to referring our family members and friends to Mr. Tim Sims to receive $100.00 when they purchase a vehicle.
in his letter from the Credit Union stating You are pre wualified for any vehicle up to $20,000.
i bought a fairly new Benz from this place. I told them to clean the car before they gave it to me and they left GUM in the car. They did not clean it and sold us to it dirty. Loved my car, but do not suggest this place.
I took my truck in for warranty work, received a loaner car and settled in for what I thought was going to be a couple days. I received a call about 6 hours later and my truck was ready!! Great staff and great service!!. My wife has bought 3 cars here and all her service is performed here. I don't trust dealers but this one has earned my business. Shout out to Sal.
Talked to Doug Cordes about several different cars and what options might be best for me. He gave me some ideas that I hadn't considered. I plan to return to Victory when I am ready to buy.
Absolutely incredible service!! I will only be buying cars from this dealership from now on! Jonathan Hoover was so personable and genuinely cared about me as an individual not just the sale he could potentially make. This was my first car purchase and he was so patient and gave such great advice.
I am redacting my initial review after a bad experience with their accounting office. So in fairness I will state that I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have always had a great experience with the sales, service and finance departments. Accounting department needs a some attention on the "Customer Service" aspect of the business insofar as returning calls and follow up communication. Thank you, Kimberly, for finally addressing my issue and resolving it quickly.
So let me start by saying to Avoid ! this place and it's shady sales people and do your self a favor and drive the extra miles to a reputable dealership , I have purchase many vehicles over the years and never been treated so unprofessional !! Came in with my son to look at a Camaro SS and to possibly trade in my vehicle, from the start I told the salesperson I would be financing with my credit union so financing was not need and pointed out some safety issues with the vehicle he presented and if they would be addressed before we started to negotiations as to my trade and there vehicle, went on to give the salesman some basic information and he stepped away to ask management about my original concerns with the Certified Vehicle!! that had front tires showing 1/32 tread depth !!
then unannounced other salesmen that looks like he just got out from jail sits down and starts talking about financing and doesn't even have my name correct furthermore want's my social security # !!! And when I refused and stated I'm not in need of financing all I need is numbers and what's going to be done about the safety issues with the Camaro he promptly got up and left shortly after another jailed tattooed convict looking gentlemen shows up no name or introduction sits down key's away on the computer and then states I need to answer five questions to proceed with this deal and once more asked for my social security number, once more I explained and refused and he promptly left as well later the salesman showed up clueless and gave me the key's to my trade and was lost for words as to what had just transpired, I then promptly Ran out the door never to come again to this establishment keep in mind I'm a established customer that bought a vehicle in past from them and tried a second time early this year to purchase a vehicle for my son that I ended up buying at Hendricks... When in need of a Vehicle go to the professionals like Hendricks or any other dealer but this one
Sal is by far the best to work with at any dealership I have ever been to. His personality, professionalism, and honesty is unmatched. Dealership did a phenomenal job handling my service. I will 110% be back.
Has provided excellence in every encounter I have experienced with their sales staff, supervisor, and maintenance staff. They are a model of how dealerships should treat their customers. They cater to every request. They are the most customer focused people I have encountered.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Truly wanted to make customers happy.
Great experience, we went back twice in 1 week! 1 business van, 1 "toy" truck for my husband! I would highly recommend!
At first I was a little skeptical of buying from Victory Chevrolet again! Had some issues with one of the sales representative. One of the owners stepped in and made it right. I appreciated that! He made the difference! Service is quick and done right every time. I'm always offered water and ice cream! I would buy form Victory again.
I had a great experience here. Moe was my sales guy and he did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable with the car I was choosing. Him and Stephen also helped me leave in it the same day. I would definitely recommend victory
Their sales lie to you on the phone, just to bring you in!!!
Great service. I drive all the way from rock hill (despite a Chevy dealer being in Rock Hill). Their prices are normally cheaper for me and they haven't told me any ridiculous problems with my car.
Great experience during sale and have been going back for vehicle service for over a year. Mark Newton was terrific.
Our experience was quite pleasurable. Our sales representative was Tim. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and over all a joy to work with. I would recommend this car lot to anyone and I would recommend that you go in and ask for Tim. He was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!
Got a great vehicle and deal. Thanks to Randy, Michael & Joe for our new ride.
Charge to much for service and having to take it back for the same problem
Craig at Victory Chevrolet was the best in helping me find a used car! He showed me exactly what I was looking for and was so nice and understanding. Then in finance I had the pleasure of working with Ted and just the overall buying experience was awesome. Thanks to everyone at Victory Chevrolet!!
Sal Borgogna and the team at Victory make servicing my vehicle easy and convenient. Special kudos to Sal as he keeps me well informed of the needs, and also does a great job meeting tight schedules or deadlines with the service. Keep up the good work!
Very easy to work with. Great selection of new and used vehicles
Great customer service, great environment and fast service
Went with my sister-in-law to get her car serviced. The staff are friendly and efficient. They let her know about two recalls that were on her car. They took care of the problems and serviced her car in no time at all.
Left this dealership scratching my head. No information given as to why a deal could not be made. Just a "I can't make it work" definetley not very customer service driven
I've purchased a car here in the past. Great people to deal with. Just didn't have what I was looking for this go around.
Was promised floor mats for my used kia forte. Sales person promised to get them and call me when available. That sales person left and I did not have in writing they owed me floor mats. So I purchased them online for 80 bucks. They were very nice before the car was sold to me but not as helpful afterwards. Make sure you get everything in writing because they do not honor their word.
Staff is very friendly and service is pretty good. Just make sure you get topped off when you have your oil changed and your tire sensors are accurate...
Christian was the Salesman who assisted us...he was VERY professional, patient and knowledgeable. Will Definitely recommend him to others...if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.... check this place out and be sure to ask for Christian!
I called before going and an answering service answered the call. They couldn t tell me anything. So I decided to drive it there. I was 2&1/2 hrs from home. Definitely worth it. My salesman Garett Smalls was fabulous. I couldn t have been more pleased. Take the time and drive out there. I know that s where I will go when I need another vehicle!!!!!!
I was actually a walk in appointment and they were very busy but they took the time to get me in within an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and they topped off my fluids and tire pressure without even asking! Always a very welcoming staff as well.
Sale people where very nice. Explained all I needed to know.
Car shopping alone is do stressing and overwhelming. I was car shopping are 'Buy Here Pay Here' places because in my mind, my credit is horrible I will not get approved for a new car. I remember hearing $19 down at victory Chevrolet so I reached out. Garrett got in touched with me. I was VERY VERY hesitant to go sit down and speak with him in person but I did. I took a chance. It was a good day!!! I am so glad i took the chance! Garrett is more than just a sales man. He cares more about helping his clients out than the numbers. That's what he did for me!! Thank You Garrett!! If you're in the market for a new car, this is the place to go and ask for Garrett!!
If you are in the market, please go see Garrett Small, great to work with.
Wayne is a great Salesman...see him when shopping for New or Used Car
I have never seen such nice people that work at victory, they make you feel so at home. The service is awesome, I will always take my car to them to be service because they care about their customers. This is my second car that I have purchased with victory, and they just give you peace of mind when purchasing or getting service because they are all so friendly and personable. Thank you for being so nice and I appreciate all that all of you do .......God bless all of you!!!
