We are grateful to outstanding efforts that Esfera project team made for supporting our initiative to serve more than what we expected any commercial firm will ever do . They helped us to create amazingly responsive user friendly websites. They were the 6 the company and probably last attempt for online presence. As everyone claimed that they can offer LMS websites with functionalities and features we wanted. But taking challenge over monetary gains as we were allocated funds which exhausted but their compassion is worth to mention to accept the project.

So company may have positive or negative but it is so outrageous to call it Fraud infact any company on which many livelihoods depends. How brazenly someone can abuse the rights he or she enjoy by calling a company a Fraud without any shame.

Bad director and poor management. They only try to get money from their clients and do not do the work as per the standard. They fire their employees so frequently that my work suffer due to this as i always have to keep on briefing regarding my requirement again and again.

Not an IT firm, but its a best political firm. Please join esfera soft if, you have best political and shoe licking skills. One who is perfect in licking shoes of Himanshu Gumber can grow well till the company doesn't get bankrupt. Management of esferasoft demands respect, don't knows how to earn respect. If you are coming on time and leaving on time, company will start pressurising you. According to them if you are sitting more than your working hours than you are a good employee. Nowdays all the development teams comes under Nipun Rajput new puppet of Himanshu Gumber. By designation he is a project manager, but know nothing regarding development but Nipun (pathetic person smokes all the time) knows how to put pressure on teams under him when working hours are about to over. Lots of fake "Local Guide" 5 star reviews in this list. Only 1 or 2 star reviews are realistic. If you join this company. Please be ready to prepare mentally with some important points.

1. Office timing is 9am to 10pm daily. (If you think you can go after 6.30pm. This company not for you).
9am is fix office timing. Your half day salary will cut if you come at 9.05am or 9.10am. No matter how much time you spend time in office after 6.30pm.

2. Nobody will understand your problem if you go after 6.30pm. No matter how much you talented or skillful. If you finish your work within regular office timing 9am to 6.30pm. Then they give you another extra task at 6.30pm. Pm and himanshu gumbar will target you on regular basis If you will not work after 6.30pm to 12am. They will terminate you without any info and notice.

3. There is no salary issue here. Salary will come on time every month.

4. Don't expect incentives and others extra benefits.

5. Office team members are very helpful,hardworking and supportive.

6. If you are master in office politics. Then you will get employee of the month award from Himanshu Gumbar's hand.

On the last week of March, I started my internship on Java and Android Development at Esferasoft Solutions pvt Ltd , which a leading offshore web development company, providing full-stack services - web development & web design & mobile (iOS & Android) app development where I got deeper knowledge of core Java and the implementation part of all the main concepts. I already had some basic knowledge of Android, but here I get to sharpen the knowledge of Android and learned about new concepts and implementation of Retrofit, Realm Database, loopJ, Firebase FCM etc which helped a lot in developing more responsive Android Application. Also get to know how to implement and integrate web services in Android Apps.

I hired Esferasoft Solutions through ODESK looking to partner up on website projects. The project and work seemed good, they were tolerant of design delays, work was done pretty fast and any technical/design issues were addressed, and Esfrasoft Solutions seemed to have a decent size technical team.

HOWEVER:

When the contractor made the site live, the site reported MALWARE within a couple of days. When visiting the site, a MALWARE alert page came up instead. The MALWARE reported by Google WebmasterTools stated the site was re-directed to another URL. We were not sure what was going on, learned MALWARE could affect other systems, pull information without users knowing, whatever. We tried to email, reach out to contractor for help but he/agency did not respond for awhile...2 weeks. We had communicated to the general agency email fine before this issue. 2 weeks of no response for help, we went elsewhere to find solution/fix during this time. Contractor/agencys' lack of response during this time made us very suspicious and alarmed!! Only after reaching out to ODESK customer support to complain and warn others was there contact back from contractor/agency. The contractor had the nerve to say he had communicated back to us. Since ODESK became aware, I've been talking though email with the director at Esferasoft and he's asking to have access to check NOW.

No way.

MALWARE is serious and I hope this was an isolated issue that does not happen to anyone else working with this agency. Please be careful and aware. We obviously will not recommend them.

VERY DISAPPOINTED, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

I started with this project with these contractors just over a year ago. The project was one that had been already partially completed and just need to be finished. The project was to finish a integrated Prestashop site. I with this contractor (Gaurav Sharma), he did not have the competence to finish the project.
He then passed the contract to another member of their team Himanshu Gumber, we went through the same process with him. Even promised the site/project was finished, we did stocktakes, etc to bring the site live. Ultimately that was a lie, the site wasn't ready or even working. After that I still continued with Himanshu trying to get the site finished, asking constantly to have all work done demonstrated. I could never be show all or all the functionality as clearly it wasn't finished. He ended up after again wasting a lot of my time then passed the project to another person on their team, Vinot.
Vinot took me through the same process of the previous 2 contractors, constantly telling me the site was finished and displayed all functionality that was part of the project. Again I constantly asked to be demonstrated a fully functional site as per the brief and the contract. He showed me parts of it, but the functionality was very poor and did not do as required or as per the brief. He then passed my work onto Mridulla Gupta

Mridulla told me she was the CTO of the company and would fix all the issues that hadn't been fixed over the last year this project has been with their company. A few weeks later, no further progress, just more promises without delivery.
The company ultimately is only interested in billable hours, and do not care what rubbish they deliver to you. They do not like to be held accountable for either delivering what they are contracted to do, nor the functionality of what they do. At any sign of trouble or challenging their performance they move you on to someone else in the company that can bill you more hours and deliver you just as little. Clearly the company is based on lying, dishonest and incompetence.
