We went for a usual preemptive service, the car had nothing wrong with it. We do maintenance on time and always there. After we left the car had engine light and engine noise. They said it wasn't their fault and that'd they charge to bring it apart just to diagnose... We replied to their emails for feedback and they just became quiet and sent some generic emails. Poor customer service and accountability.

Friendly Sales and Service Departments. They worked hard to put me into a new truck that I could afford and met my needs, and that still had some "bells and whistles". I would definitely recommend going to Victory if your looking for a new vehicle.
was very impressed with the Victory Chevrolet sales process. I purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion SEL from Dennis, he was very professional and was very helpful with listing to my needs he was more than willing to take care of anything I asked for, as well as swapping damaged wheels for undamaged at no cost to me! Mike in the business office was equally as nice and helpful making sure my payment was were I wanted it to be in addition he had a very cool way of selling extended warranties and got me a great price on one and my car payment didn't go up but my $.50 per month. I still canceled the warranty the next day. My only complaint to management would be that when I asked for the interior to be wiped down and interior windows cleaned. they spent an hour and a half and the inside was not even touched at all. Please in the future, if the customer asks for a specific area of a vehicle new or preowned to be cleaned for deliver.. DO IT! ive worked in the auto industry for 4 years, its not hard to wipe down the interior with windex and a rag.
I call inquiring a cash price on a vehicle, they told me about a employee special price but I have to be in person, I call 30 minutes before I am in the way and they told me the car still available for me but surprise, once I got the the dealer miraculously the truck is sold....I think they just did it to made me come to the store to try to sell me a other vehicle.
Bad reviews are correct. I had contact with staff 4 times within 2 days. Each time I SPECIFICALLY asked about the particular vehicle, and was told it would be available. I was assured EACH time that the vehicle was there. I had read the reviews about vehicles not being available once a customer arrives. It is true. Believe the reviews. I drove an hour and 40 minutes (having spoken with staff as I was on the way, and once again being assured it was on the lot), only to be told once I arrived, that it was in the shop. The manager had been driving it and had an accident. I was there in the morning, and the salesman who was assisting me had no knowledge of the car not being there. He went to get the keys and they were not there. This leads me to believe the accident had not just occurred, or surely the salesmen would be aware their manager had been in an accident that morning! This vehicle was obviously not available, when I was assured it was, only an hour before arriving. I was also told it would be waiting out front for me when I arrived, and that it had been cleaned and ready. I was then given the excuse that I had been speaking with a call center out of Florida, and that they have no clue what is at the lot. #1-I had spoken also with people there in Charlotte, but even if not, the call center should NEVER be allowed to assure people a vehicle is available if they don t know the truth. This has obviously been an ongoing issue at this dealership according to all the bad reviews. Change the process. Very poor way to run a business. #2- They then proceeded to let me know they did have others similar on the lot I could look at. Again, the reviews mentioned bait and switch. Cannot say if that is the case, but did seem like they are doing this. I do have internet and am completely aware of what their inventory consisted of. If I had wanted to see the others, I would have inquired originally. I was ONLY interested in this particular vehicle. That is why I kept asking if this one was on the lot. I was then informed they could call me once the one I wanted was repaired! Ridiculous! I didn t drive that far, on a lie by no more than 4 different people, to then drive back another hour and 40 minutes one way, to see a car that had been wrecked and repaired! Very disappointing Chevrolet dealership. When a customer is going to spend upwards of $50,000 on a vehicle, one would assume the dealership would want the business.
The professionalism of the entire staff was superb. I could not be happier with the entire car buying experience that they offer. The price I got on my 2018 Cruze was more than fair. I will definitely be returning to buy my next vehicle.
I am pleased to say that purchasing a vehicle was a huge success at Victory Chevrolet & we owe it all to the wonderful employees.Every employee we met was kind & pleasant! They were helpful and understanding in meeting the needs for our son and his first car buying experience!! Shout out to Ronda and everyone that made it happen!!! Thanks again to all the kind people of Victory Chevrolet!
I recently visited Victory Chevrolet on two separate occasions and both times my experience did not feel welcoming. I am in the market for buying my first car and the salesmen I had (Joe Harrison) came off very dry and unapproachable. I came to the dealership twice, the first time was on 8/31/18 and the second time 9/4/18. The first time I came, the car I wanted had not arrived yet so Joe called me on 9/4 when the car came in. His approach was lacking basic customer service skills, if I am giving my money to a business I want to feel welcomed and educated on the purchase especially as a first time car buyer. During the test drive he did not explain any of the car features to me, when I asked him about some add ons for the car he replied to me as if I asked a ridiculous question. At the end of the visit after providing me with an OTD price I told him I wanted to sleep on it, he proceeds to bring out his manager who's customer service was at least existent but combined the two of them made me very uncomfortable and awkward. I was ready to purchase the car after the test drove but based off his customer service I am deciding to continue my car search elsewhere.
I was invited to come in a look at a vehicle. Sent an email prior to traveling. ..40 miles one way. Arrived at dealership and was told the vehicle could not be seen because it wasn't ready and had not passed inspection. Bad customer service
We bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado yesterday and couldn t have had a better experience. This place was extremely busy on a Saturday but Garrett Small was a wonderful salesman! He took great care of us and made sure we found a quality truck within our budget. Garrett was professional yet personable and we really appreciated him going above and beyond for us the entire time we were there. We highly recommend this dealership and also Garrett!
Professional, excellent service. Kip who finance my car got me a awesome price for me. JT who the manager is engaging and friendly person. Than Huge shout out to Corey who my salesman. The moment I walked to the door. Corey took care of everything for me and my family. Awesome Salesman and professional
I went to Victory Chevrolet this past Saturday to browse their used vehicles. Rob (Robert Dellinger) met me in the parking lot and quickly became a friend -- there to help me with my search. He was definitely not the typical car salesman; he was enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and he made me feel no pressure to buy. He took the time to get to know me and what I needed, rather than only focusing on his potential commission. He made me feel like a human being and made the process of purchasing my first car less intimidating. I ended up needing more time to research and Rob was very understanding. I would most definitely work with him again in the future so if you've read this far, go to Victory Chevrolet and ask for him!
We had a great experience with Barry. We knew what we wanted and needed. Barry showed us what they had that matched our needs. I loved the first one I test drove so he got straight to getting us some numbers. The whole process was about 3 hours! T.J. also helped us a ton and worked hard to get us the interest rate he could. Our expectations were exceeded and we will be recommending Victory Chevrolet to anyone we know looking to buy a vehicle.
Victory Chevrolet has again provided excellent customer service in getting my vehicle back on the road. On one of the hotter days of summer, the a/c compressor failed on my 2014 Chevy Silverado. I dropped it off at the dealership on a Saturday evening and it was repaired and ready for pickup the following Monday. I have had 3 trips to this dealer for warranty work in the last 6 months and each time they have resolved my concerns. I will continue to give them my business.
Bought my first car with Johnathan Hoover yesterday, he was a great guy to work with, made the process so easy. I was very unsure of what I wanted and I walked out with a car that I loved. Couldn t recommend going to see him enough!
I purchased a car from them and it was in a wreck. The carfax was clear. Brent Godfrey(Customer Experience Manager) told me to call carfax and the would handle it. I called carfax and thy do not cover that. after being patient and respectful they told me they could not help me. He told me it was because I waited so long to report the issue. Where the car was damaged cracked over time and got bigger and bigger. The bondo dried and cracked. So the first 6 months there was not issue. I also purchased the service agreement. I brought the car in for oil changes and tire rotations as recommended. They never rotated the tires(but told me they did) and I luckily noticed it because the steel was showing in both front tires. Brent helped me again. I paid for the tires at full price and they discounted the work. So because of them I had to give them more money! Brent did offer to help me trade in the car at Victory again. Since they took advantage of my twice I decided to not accept the opportunity. I would not recommend this dealership to my family or friends. Be careful and do not trust their words. Double check everything they say and do. My main mistake was trusting Victory Chevrolet.
I am curious to why the owner does not respond to all feedback good or bad? Atleast respond to all negative feedback.
In regards to the response from the owner. Nobody ever called. That can be a clear indicator of how business is done here.
From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I drove off the lot the process took 90 minutes. That included the test drive and me going to my bank to fill out papers for a loan and return with the check for the car. I have purchased 3 cars since February 1st and this was by far the best experience I have had.
Was the best experience of buying a car. The whole staff was great. Doug and Rhonda went the extra mile and stayed late to make sure my daughter got the car she wanted. Excellent Military discount also. If your looking for a car, this is the place to go
Garret Small was very kind and patient. He listened to what my needs are and was able to get me in the right car at a great price! Will definitely send my friends and family to him. Thanks for everything Garret!
Hello Victory Chevrolet!~~I got my 2013 Volt from Victory, and wanted to let you know you guys would be my first stop when I'm in the market again!~~I spoke well of you AND Harry about my buying experience
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. They have the worst customer service and they are LIARS!! I took my car in for service and was told I needed new tires. The details of the tires and the quote was provided to me in writing. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment to have the tires installed on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday, not only were my tires not in stock, I was told the quote provided to me was wrong. The service guy assisting me asked what did my service guy quote me on the tire. When I gave him the price he lies and tells me he has no notes of that price. When I told him that I had the information in writing, his whole demeanor changed. Spoke to what they call a manager, who had no care or concern, no apologies and acted if I was the problem. He didn't even try to resolve the issue, just told me my service advisor would call me on Monday, which he did not. He finally decided to call on a Tuesday still trying to lie about the price they quoted me, which again is in writing. When I asked what was going to be done, he tells me we can comp the tire alignment. No, what you can do is honor the price that you gave me on the tires. I absolutely hate this place and will never, ever do business with them again. They are making Chevrolet look really bad. Not good for business.
Bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, great price! Salesman talked me into buying an extended warranty even though I didn t feel like I needed it. Few weeks later after a trip to Florida, the bugs from the trip messed up the paint and couldn t be fixed . Called the extended warranty company who quickly set up to have the Jeep repainted at a dealership! Vehicle looks wonderful, warranty company was great, no hassle repair. Big THANK YOU to the salesman Joey Sronce who knew this warranty was great and was very worth the price! Now I have great newly painted vehicle and the comfort that I have a warranty company that stands by its product.
