Worst service department I've ever been to. Every ...

Worst service department I've ever been to. Every time I've interacted with this dealership I've been completely disappointed.

Three times my car has been returned to me in an unsatisfactory condition (for the same problem, mind you): grease marks and fingerprints in the interior from service technicians, wrappers/inserts from parts under my seats, etc. Each time my car hasn't been ready until closing time and I'm left with a choice of being without a car for another day or cleaning up after the dealership myself.

On a similar note, the communication is poor. I've been waiting over two months for "a part to come in" with no ETA and a false promise of someone contacting me when it's in. As I call in to check for an update myself I've found out that the part has been in stock. SIDE NOTE: I know to call and check because this has happened before and when I called after a month of waiting I was told they sold my part to someone else because it was on the shelf unused.

When I made my appointment again (because my original work order was closed/"not in the system") I got another call back within an hour asking for the date/time I was just given for service because it wasn't put in right and they "forgot what date and time" I was assigned.

This is not a reflection of Buick directly; I know the service and customer courtesy is superb in other locations (College Station, TX). I am, however, trapped by the Buick warranty to keep coming back to this dealership. If it were my choice, I would take it nearly anywhere else. As it is, I'm hoping that repeat factory warranty issues is a factor of poor workmanship and faulty installations, based on the service I've received, rather than poor quality parts from the manufacturer.

Bottom line: avoid this place like the plague. Purchase your vehicle elsewhere and save yourself many headaches. If you're stuck with service calls here based on warranty limitations be sure to thoroughly inspect your vehicle when it's returned, keep track of orders and maintenance yourself, and always keep your work order receipts.

On a positive note, the gentlemen in parts (inventory control) "Keith" and the newest addition to the service counter "Paul" are very helpful and courteous. These two have been the only saving grace concerning any interactions with the dealership. Thanks Keith and Paul.
