I had a GMPP LS327 installed in a 10 year old truck with 287,000 miles on it at Victory GMC. I also had them replace the 4L60E transmission. I bought the truck new in 2005, now it's good for another 300,000 miles. I love GM products

I had the best sales man Justin Garcia. If i could give a 50 rating I would. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUSTIN GARCIA. He was great. Lol my husband and I went in "just to look " we seen a truck and fell in love with it. Justin told us all about it. We asked a few questions and he made sure to answer all our questions. He did not push like most do when you hit a lot. We took it for a test drive ( of course my husband loved it lol ) Justin was nice, polite, professional and he has a sense of humor. Justin through his profession made something happen that was amazing. He knew the trucks original owner and was able to put us in contact with him. That is very rare..Being able to speak to the original owner made 100% difference. We told him what he wanted. He worked so hard and got us the best deal. The financial man was very nice. We travel with our work but wherever we are if we need another truck we will be going through Justin. We will not go through anyone else.

looking for a car was a good experience. My salesperson TJ was detailed about finding me a car. But once I financed my car, it has been hell going to this place and dealing with TJ. First of all. The detailing of my car. Should of been done before I left the dealership. But they were closed so TJ told me to come by the next day. And then that failed so then the next day after that. And so on, all this because TJ was never in sight and had made no attempt to let the service department know about anything. I went late to work many days hoping to get my car detailed and nothing. Needless to say, two weeks later and many run a rounds later, I got my car detailed. THEN!! I was supposed to get a remote for my car. I mean I only have a key on my 2016 car. That of which I spoke to TJ about a number of times. He ignored all my messages when I d ask when I d get them. He d only show face when I d come into the dealership. It s been one month since I bought my car. And nothing! TJ told me to come in today Friday to get it done. I asked for my day off of work to do it. And I texted TJ I was going. He didn t reply or anything. Surprise, surprise. So I go into the dealership and find out he wasn t even working. Are you freakin kidding me!! I lost money to get this done. He specifically told me that day. I ve been going around in circles for the past month about things I should of had when I bought the car in the first place. TJ is unprofessional. Worst experience. Never will I buy a car from here again and you have him to thank. He ignores all calls and messages and never follows through with anything. I mean why would he? He already got his commission from my purchase anyway.

I normally do not post reviews but I just wanted to say thanks to our sales professional Jake.. he was very knowledgable and courteous. Not one time did he ever make me feel pressured to buy, which is why I bought!! Thank you for providing great service and putting me in my new Yukon!!! You da man!!!

We were home for a family reunion and stranded because the air conditioner went out. Needless to say we did not want to travel back to Irving, TX without it. My son-in-law and daughter took the car in on Friday, and service was super nice. They had to order a part, so we had to have a rental. Fortunately the part arrived Monday afternoon, they repaired it quickly and we were ready to travel on Tuesday morning early. Everyone there was fantastic and we highly recommend them. I had called Port Lavaca first, and they were too busy to try and help us.

Not Happy about any part of this visit, they were very sneaky about agreeing with amounts but once your in the in finance area, that's when your screwed all of a sudden the numbers keep changing (shady )And no, I don't want anyone to call me cause I won't be back

Expensive parts, but good work in their service department, done right the first time. Before work is done they let you know what it entails, but don't tell you what the price of the parts will be. Maybe I should have asked.
