Service here is excellent. We booked on hotel tonight and got it for an affordable deal. But it gave us one bed and we had 3 people. We were able to get an upgrade for reasonable price and it was the last 2 bed room too! It is very centrally located and close to times square and rockefeller center. The downside is the lounge was really small. Would stay here again.

Very well located in Midtown, pretty appartements and facilities. I recommend a stay there for a couple of days, but anything longer than that will not be comfortable. The client service is very poor, and you will wait for weeks before any of your minor issues in the apartment are fixed (and there are a lot).

Good hotel in a great central location - only a block away from Times Square. Bed is super comfortable and the sheets very soft, though the double bed is really quite small. Room & bathroom very clean with a great shower. Our room was right next to the lift which I thought was going to be noisy, but in fact was super quiet and didn t hear a thing all night.

The front desk workers were very friendly and hospitably. We booked on hotel tonight and it was very affordable and convenient. It is only a short walk from times square so very convenient if you are headed to a show. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the city for a show, there are some things to do around the hotel but the metro is only a few blocks away.

Stayed here for about 4 days for my girlfriends birthday and had the best experience imaginable! Service gets a 5, cleanliness gets a 5, spaciousness of the rooms gets a 5, room service gets a 5, friendliness of staff including doormen and location gets a 5. Will definitely book here every trip back to NY!

Stayed here for my wifes 50th, great position for a start, local to lots of great places as well as the subway, room was pleasant and the bathroom was large, modern and very clean.
The best thing about the hotel though is some of the best staff you could imagine, from the extremely helpful front desk to coming back to our beds and other things done each day.

Could not fault this hotel and would definitely stay again, thank you

Fantastic location, really nice rooms, and of course the view is pretty good if you're looking out over the street and the pocket park between 45th and 46th. The shower in our room was great, good pressure and a removable shower wand. Big props to Cassa for being eco-friendly and using hand pumps instead of individual packaging for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
A few things to note:
-parking, described on the website as self-parking off-premises, is located at the SP+ on 46th (between 5th & 6th, a short walk through the park across the street), they have an agreement with Cassa, so if that lot is full and you park elsewhere, you'll need to pay full price because that's the only lot they have an agreement with
-some rooms noted as sleeping up to 3 only have a king bed, no sleeper sofa, and you'll need to pay more for a rollaway (we had issues with this and parking, but management made good by comping us a rollaway, so they're at least accommodating)
Rated 4 starts because we did like the place, but were a little frustrated with being a bit misled about parking and sleeping accommodations. The SP+ lot was full and we wasted a solid hour and a half finding parking elsewhere, and had to pay full price of $67 for the day. And the Executive King room descriptions may, in the same paragraph, say they sleep 3 but also say max guests of 2. Be aware that this probably means an extra cost for a rollaway bed. Again, management did make up for this by comping the cost of the rollaway bed, else I probably would have given a lower rating.
All this said, I do recommend staying here for great access to Times Square. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the room was nice, cozy, and comfortable.

The rooms are comfortably appointed with good beds, USB charging points, and a generously sized bathroom (an area often compromised on in hotel rooms in Manhattan). For what you get, and the central location, the value for money is high. Being so close to Times Square may be seen as a detracting factor by some as the neighbourhood is a bit of a tourist trap but it does locate you centrally for various daily activities and there is a Wholefoods nearby.

When you make a reservation with this hotel, be sure to confirm the bed arrangement. I booked through a web site, and the hotel said it did not allow certain rooms to be booked online. The web site researched it, and I had booked it correctly. The rooms are ok; beds too soft. There is no room service and there are no ice or vending machines for late hours. You have to go back on the street to a vendor. The good things about this hotel are its location and the bell boys who are very courteous and helpful in finding places to eat.

Check in is at three, they let us leave our bags earlier which was great. Room was clean and nice. Not a super large room but exactly what we expected from pictures. Staff was consistently friendly and they had free decent coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable enough. Not overly big at 12 x 16 or so, but comfortable. The windows to the room were dirty. The bathroom worked well.

The gym was on the 10th floor and had two treadmills, two elliptical with well-worn foot pads, and a bike. Not enough for the hotel size in my opinion. All machines faced a wall, not a TV. However, there was a balcony outside the gym where you could hang out after your workout. Better, at 830am the market on the street below started cooking barbecue and it made the fitness center smell good.

Hotel is hery conveniently located between fifth and sixth, only a few blocks from Rockefeller Center and Times Square. There are plenty of vendors and little restaurants in the area. Try the pizza place across the street.

We would stay there again.

Friendly staff. GREAT price for the accommodations and location! No resort fees since it's not a resort...a boutique hotel. So close to Times Square, and other things we wanted to see/do. Updated room/bathroom with comfortable bed/sheets/pillows! Would totally stay again and recommend!

Celebrating our 25th. Stayed in room 1904. Overall not a bad stay, it's quiet and a little out of the tourist area. My main concern is that the privacy glass in the shower has had areas scratched off. This allows a clear view from the building directly across from us. I brought it up to the front desk, no resolution. I emailed the hotel, no response. Very poor way to keep ensure guests privacy. We used our luggage stickers as a solution. I would have expected more from the Cassa.
While I appreciate the response from Cassa, it would have been nice if the problem was addressed when I reported it. Waiting 3 days for resolution is unacceptable.

Great central location, five minutes to Times Square! The rooms are very nice, but the air conditioning could be a bit quieter. We did not have breakfast, but right next door is a Pret a Manger, where you can get a delicious. For a NYC trip the Cassa Hotel is absolutely ideal!

Your hotel does not have a direct phone # to the hotel in NYC?

they did not understand the English
language. Awful way to do business.

Just wasn't impressed by this hotel, especially being in Times Square. Seemed like the closet and bedroom door were designed wrong, they hit each other if you weren't careful, Ice maker didn't work and just no "extras". Great view from our room.

It is the worst. Don't go. Actually, I get another 230 dollars (about 300,000 won) on site. No deposit. And the payment was cheap, but when I went there, I paid a deposit of + A, so I paid $ 230 more for the total stay. No matter how much I send an email, I pretend I don't know and don't give me a deposit. I don't have a Casa Hotel conscience.

Good hotel with a great location. From here out you're in walking distance from Broadway and Times Square. Also centrally located in case you want to go uptown or go for a stroll towards Wall Street.

Rooms are big enough (we are a party of 2 and a baby), bathrooms is really nice and spacious! Bed could have been a bit bigger. I'm a little over 6 feet, so my feet are cold ;)
The rooms were very quiet. No noise from outside.

The big downside was the elevator. 1 of them was out of order during our stay and we literally had to wait for 10+ minutes at times. And this wasn't just once. They should've fixed this sooner, especially since it's a 45 (?) floor building and then just 1 elevator including the staff that's using it a lot...

During our previous stay in NYC we stayed in the Empire hotel closer to Central Park. Even though it was a lot more expensive, I'd rather pick the Cassa hotel next time again!
