Nautilus Diner Restaurant Review

Bacon not warm. Too hard twice. This was not the first time either. It did not matter that the manager came over and asked how things were and when we tried to tell him. He walked away. We will not go there again

Good food, nice wait staff. Try the chicken terryacki with vegetables, really liked it a lot.

Service was fast. Eggs and bacon were good. Potatoes were lukewarm.

I love it here. The staff are so nice, it's a clean and calm and relaxing place. I love to go here and get breakfast food. You never have to wait to be seated. And their bathrooms are incredibly clean.

Eaten here twice and enjoyed it, particularly the 'All-the-way' bagel.
Lots of choices on the menu - it would be close to impossible not to find something for even the finickiest eaters. Large servings, so there's no chance you'll go away hungry. Parking is in a lot behind the restaurant and walk around the building to the front.

Breakfast is on point. Fast service. Friendly atmosphere.

I got the 2 crabcake dinner! They were COLOSSAL! Every bite was perfection. Denise is the best waitress EVER!!! She made great recommendations and attended to my family's every need!!!

Cool late night spot to get some breakfast food or sandwiches after a night of drinking and needing something to soak up the alcohol. Wait staff is cool and service is pretty spectacular! Didn't care for the turkey sausage but other food was okay. Parking is abundant and the prices are reasonable.

Wait staff is friendly. Food selection and quality is excellent. Environment is comfortable and appealing. Overall excellent experience.

Great atmosphere, nice service, everyone appeared to be happy. The restaurant and bathroom was clean.
The food was absolutely delicious. I had shrimp fettuccine with asparagus and for dessert, I had strawberry cheesecake. Both dishes were fantastic.

Good food. Clean establishment. More of a close knit community place to eat. Great looking desserts.

Beautiful place and friendly staff, but food was bland. Potatoes had an off taste like old oil or something. Friend had used butter foil in his cracker packet for his soup. Soup tasted like it was homemade.

edit: Friends dragged me back after the bars closed since it was the only place open late night. French dip au jus was WAY too salty!

We got the turkey dinners and pumpkin pie. It was really yummy!

Get their version of a grand slam breakfast, you won't be able to finish

Was a very nice place to eat. Not from md. But think if we where in the area we would go back.

The food was great. The service was wonderful. The prices was outstanding and the food was worth it. The portions were excellent for the prices. I give them two thumbs up. They exercised social distancing and safety.

Good quality diner food, plus if you work 3rd shift and need something stiffer than a coffee they got you covered.

Pricey for the cromulant food served. Wait staff was absent, I had to ask three times for enough flatware at the table for three people sitting there. The bathroom was a mass when I was there. I am sure it was just an off day.

Food is ok, not great. Potato salad was weird and sort of bland, hard to tell what it was. Hamburger was ok, not the best. The dessert case always looks so tempting but when we take desserts home turns out they look better than they taste!

The was was a little over prices for the quality. The staff is not very friendly but I wouldn't say rude. Made me feel like i was an incovienece.

My meal was fine, however my partners meal was wrong. Atmosphere was dinner like. Seats were not the most comfortable. Temperature was fine and the taste of my meal was wonderful, but having to send back a meal really was a pain.

Had a great dinner after spending the weekend at the Dog agility trial at the Fairgrounds. This oreo milkshake was a special treat to celebrate.

The Nautilus Diner is always dependable for good food and service. It is a great neighborhood establishment.

Food is expensive for the quality and portions. The WiFi was a huge issue to figure out and the staff was too busy to tell me which of the four networks it was or give the proper passcode.. The coffee is super thin. Go to FirstWatch instead.

Fun surroundings, good waitstaff. Brunch was tasty and the kids had a good time. Can't wait to try more desserts the next time we visit!

The breakfast food here is phenomenal! I've been going to the Nautilus since I was very little. The staff is very kind and their menu has all categories of food and if they don't have it, they make sure that you have a good guest experience. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in or out if the area.

Service was adequate, at best. Waiter was rude and unprofessional. Very curt in his answers, noticeable in his negative conduct.

The place looks great, unfortunately I can't say the same for the breakfast staff. The waiter we had was unfriendly, when I went to the cashier counter to pay the two ladies there just continued their conversation in Greek, no hello or how was your breakfast....she rang up my ticket while still conversing in Greek with her partner....not even a thank you after spending $32.00 for breakfast. Due to the unfriendly waiter and the complete action of ignoring me while taking my money.....I did not leave a tip.....it has been over 20 years since I have never left a tip....such a shame. I own my own restaurant and quality of service is so very very important. I normally tip 25% because I know how hard it is to work in the restaurant business. As my Mom and I were leaving.....no goodbye or thank you from the two chatty ladies manning the front door.

An endless menu of possibilities, and their soups are always awesome.

The food is fantastic. Leave room for dessert because they have a great selection. My favorite is the Napoleon.

Classic dinner, all food ordered by our group of a dozen people was very good.

We had delicious "Spinach Salad Bowls" and pumpernickel rolls for lunch today. Friendly hostess and server.

Had never been to this location before. We were seated right away- unfortunately, they sent several servers on break and I had to walk back up front and ask for someone to come to table and take our order! Manager did apologize and our food was very good. I had the fish and fries basket and my son had Chicken Cordon Blue Panini with fries. Our server was also very nice. Might come back...

Good pancakes, fine pie and a damn good cup of coffee

We went as a large group, and were seated rather quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and professional. Food was simple fare, but very good.

Came here with some friends and the staff was very accommodating. The diner is absolutely spotless and they recently added glass dividers to each booth to ensure social distancing. Hand sanitizer is at every corner for staff and customers to use. This is the perfect place to go if you want to go out to eat but are worried about coronavirus- they have taken every step to make sure everything And everyone is safe. MASKS REQUIRED when entering and walking around the diner!

For those who love diners this is one of the best. Creative dishes with plenty to box and take home.

Just plain incredible in every respect! Any person who could be disappointed by this place is out of his or her mind and should seek professional help. This diner is 100% perfection!!!!!

Great food and excellent service. Always look forward to eating here. Generous portions and enough to take home. Nautilus Diner has a large menu and marvelous desserts. They do take out too.

Great diner with fair prices and fast service. Our waiter was very nice and was very attentive to our table despite it being packed. We got our food in a very reasonable time and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Food is okay, portion size is small for the prices. Prices are high. We very rarely go here but since the BelLoc Diner closed we need to find a new diner. The search continues...

Really hit or miss. You really need to know what to order.

Breakfast is great and have had some really solid lunches, but the dinner entrees have never been to my liking. Always have had something not quite right.

Great place to catch up with a friend or have a breakfast meeting but for dinner I'd personally go down york road a little further to Towson Diner.

The parking lot indicated the restaurant was packed--in fact it was. However, we were seated in less than 5 minutes. The service was excellent and the meals were very good. Their desserts without a doubt, are outstanding.
