The Chateau Motel Review

It is otherwise good to stay. Sorry to say, the wifi is really bad, takes unexpectedly long to open even a simple site.

Great staff always cleaning good coffee great location as well.

For being a cheap old motel everything worked and was clean. Can't complain

Fantastic motel! The family that runs the place are friendly and helpful. The rooms were renovated with new carpet and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!!!

We been here for almost 12 yrs. First off. Management is great very friendly. They have children as well. We have a daughter. The motel side the rooms are very nice an theres a little store for some of of ur needs. Come see us. This place feels like home. We love it. Pet friendly. No drama. Peaceful. Richie

With all the changes and renovations going on in the area, it's nice to see that business owners are also taking advantage of this renaissance. The owner's daughter-in-law, who also helps manage the motel along with her husband segued the opportunity to give the motel a little facelift. They are considering installing stone on the entry and side face of the office. Given it that curb appeal.

Very nice owners. Very roomy accommodations and affordable. Will be returning at some point.

A lot more expensive than it's worth. Crap coffee, no breakfast, hard beds, and a bad neighborhood.

Never knew this place existed until today...! Love the rooms.. They are huge and clean.. Staff is friendly and helpful... Check-in was a breeze... Two thumbs up...! If I had more thumbs I'd give more... Lol

They're a pretty private place n dont bother u unless its to clean your room so that's always a plus. Extremely cheap monthly rates even a bigger plus....they're rmonthly rates are what almost every other motels is per week.....awsome!!!

Nice room Family owned they work every day 3 generations all work from kids to grand parents friendly and helpfully staff as well

I stay here all the time when I travel, at least one or two nights every week. The couple that runs the place are very nice and it's kind of family-oriented. I feel safe, it's quiet, unlimited hot water, fridge, and cable with wifi. It's been renovated and for the price, I don't think you can find a better value.

Best extended stay in the area. The exterior looks ghetto, but the rooms are spacious and clean, and the price is unbeatable. The staff is also very friendly.

Not in the best of areas, but the rooms were clean, ac blows cold, and the dog in the lobby is super nice.

We were looking for a cheap place to crash in Colorado Springs and stumbled upon Chateau Motel. I was so impressed! Our non-smoking room was clean and large and didn't have any remnant cigarette smell. The bathroom was also large with a full bathtub and shower. The owner and her family live above the office and they are so sweet. And all this for $65 a night! I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place from day one. Actually checked this out before my official "day one". I had a really long trip so I was just ready to "rest." I'm definitely enjoying the stay but I NEED HELP WITH THIS SLEEP APNEA A.S.A.P. It's destroying my health & my life.

Large comfortable rooms. Old but clean. Excellent service. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but once on the property we felt totally safe. The beds were soft and the rooms were the cheapest we've found. The only real complaint we had was that the Wi-Fi reception was terrible in our room. Highly recommend.

Inexpensive and clean enough to stay in for a night.

The bath was clean and spacious. I was paying 59 for a bed in a four-bed dorm at a Vancouver hostel, so 75 for a single room with a private bath is a good deal in comparison.

Getting tire fixed at business next door and let my dogs get out of my hot truck and was told by the cleaning staff they didnt allow dogs on the property. Then they had a dog! Double standard!

This is our second stay at Chateau and both times the check-in was fast and easy and the rooms are nice and clean. Its a nice family owned motel, the owner is very nice and welcoming.

Went for job related reason in the area, snow got my team & I stuck to stay at this hotel. But was very lovely.

Not the most appealing look from the outside, but inside is very clean and the staff is very nice if you are looking for a cheap nice place to stay go here!

I have to admit that when I booked this hotel, I was somewhat trepidatious. Though I've only just checked in, I'm already very pleasantly surprised. The lobby is nice and clean, and more importantly so are the rooms. They certainly are no frills but are welcoming and HUGE! a/c already works well, TV is somewhat updated and all in all very comfy. Great value for your buck!
