The room had everything you would need and was very comfortable. The problem was it was a hot day and there was no air con. I also couldn't open the windows as they were doing building works outside from half 7 which was a nice alarm for the morning. Finally the shower was blocked and nearly flooded every time I had a shower

WOW! Who made this place? We recently went with some friends and we started of going to the soft play. It was OK, but I liked it. We went for a walk along the river but my shoes gut mucky, they were my new shoes. We went back and saw weird stuff like a dog on a boat. My friends dad showed us the den. It was amazing. There was air hockey, table tennis, pool and more. My friends sister stupidly shoved the air hockey pucks down the goals. It took 20 minutes to get one out. The other goal works. This place is AMOOOOOOOOOOOOOZING

Little bit off a bumpy start when we arrived with the rooms but have to say Abdull and his manager Prabhu pulled out all the stops and soon sorted us a lovely room. Thank you so much for our lovely stay Abdull and Prabhu you are both true professionals.

Visited for a spa day. Currently undergoing renovations of the gym area so this is why 4* as gym separated into an outside temporary space at the time of visit. Overall great food, lovely changing rooms, good sauna and steam room but lacking in space for loungers/sun beds to relax on near the pool.

I stayed in Ascot house, a separate building to the main hotel which was unfortunately next to a building site (not the Lensbury's fault obviously). The room was a nice size for one person but would have been a bit of a squeeze for two. The food and drinks services were excellent. I would happily stay again

Dined in the Dunbar restaurant. Chose the set menu and had a lovely meal. Spiced scallops and then belly pork. Very nicely presented. The reduction that came with the pork had such depth and flavour. I also recommend the sticky toffee pud, hmm yummy and satisfying. Staff friendly and accommodating as usual.

The rooms were comfortable enough. But we had to fix the shower door. We were then woken up at 8am by a huge building site directly outside our window. In the information pack in the room it says breakfast was included in the room tarrif but we still had to pay 16 pounds each.
Where we stayed which was the ascot building was too expensive for what the rooms are and basically staying in a building site

Very good! Everything was well-arranged, the room was more than good enough, the facilities were fantastic (especially the gym/pool) and the corona-measures were well managed.

Only slight minus-point, the breakfast was a little basic and tired but otherwise, happy to recommend.

Special shout-out to Noel on reception who couldn't have been more helpful and charming! :)

I can remember staying at the Lensbury Hotel when I was young a few times and had good memories. I came to stay again after maybe 10 years and it felt like nothing had changed, the style of the room seemed the same as back then and old looking furniture. The eating areas were fine but a lot of crumbs on the carpet around the eating area (extension area before you go outside). The food was great and the location is it's best selling point. Calming and quiet with a great outside place to walk. Many activities to do also. I feel the rooms need a serious upgrade to make it feel 4 or even push it to 5 star and at that point it will be worth paying for. It has a nice historical element also. Saying that though I'd be more than happy to stay again and I hope to see the hotel upgrade in the near future.

Happened to stay here 4 the hottest week in the UK ever (I'm exaggerating a little) and my room and some of my co-workers rooms did not have air conditioning. I also somehow got a bug bite while sleeping. Has some cool recreational things to do like kayaking.

Room could do with a refresh but it was clean and comfortable. Use of spa was nice, we managed to get a quick dip in the pool and visit to the steam room. We managed a nice walk around the grounds too.

Wedding venue for my daughter's reception, cannot speak highly enough of how brilliant the day went. Her wedding coordinator certainly did make the room look fabulous. The venue room overlooked the back towards the Thames. Food was magnificent.

Excellent facilities and customer service. Single room, space maximised & most importantly the mirrors and electrical sockets positioned correctly.
My personal preference would be not to have a shower head directly from the ceiling.

This is my second visit to your hotel this year and was pleased and impressed to be recognised at reception and made to feel very welcome. It's a large impressive hotel and my room is well equipped, complimentary biscuits with the hot drinks always a nice touch, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a pool spa and leisure complex. The bar and restaurant provides good service, drinks and food.
