First time doing a spin class. The Pack Leader took my limits into consideration and talked me through how I can modify the moves. I had so much fun and absolutely loved the atmosphere of the class. Great location, great staff, and a great experience.

Ride Bikes, Make Friends - could not have picked a more truthful motto for this amazing studio. When you ride at Verticity, these people will become your family. We celebrate milestones together and ride through the tough times together. If you re looking for a killer workout for not only your body but your mind and spirit, look no further. This studio has more heart in its walls than any other spin studio I ve been to. Love verticity!

I had my first ride at Verticity in East Nash on Saturday, and it was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The girls that worked there helped me get set up on the bike, and the girl who rode next to me helped me throughout the entire ride. I had the best experience, and I've already signed up for several more classes. I would highly recommend Verticity to anyone! The music gets you PUMPED too! :)

I was a first timer this past weekend, and I can not say enough about the amazing staff and group leaders. The registration is easy, and the staff made reserving a bike and shoes very simple. Your first ride and show rentals are free, so I just walked in with my workout clothes and hopped on a bike. But that's where my problems started, I didn't know how to set up my bike or clip in! But thankfully, my group leader Allee walked right over, introduced herself, and helped me setup my bike and clip in! Later, she noticed how that I made a super rookie move by not bringing water, and mid-session came over and gave me one of her water bottles. The environment was so welcoming and very supportive, and Allee did an amazing job of pushing everyone while keeping us all motivated and engaged.

If you are looking for a way to treat yourself and want a fun, engaging, healthy atmosphere, I would strongly recommend Verticity. You're gonna love it!

Finally, a workout class that is actually, truly, irresistibly fun. You ride to the beat of poppy, pumping tunes in unison with the class - the desire to stay in sync in what becomes almost like a dance is a powerful motivation to keep up. I've never sweat so much in my life - and keep going back!

I am obsessed with this spin studio, it's like a dance party on a bike. I've taken class from a good hand full of their "pack leaders" and all of them are great, however Julia is my favorite. I really like that they incorporate arms/weights into the class so you really get a full body work out.

Super fun and energetic atmosphere! They have an option for your first week free which is a great way to try it out. I ve been attending Edwin s classes and he is very encouraging and inspirational! My only complaint is I wish they had more class times! A 4:00 pm on weekdays would be amazing.

No review I write here will sufficiently convey how amazing Verticity is. I hope I can convey the magic of this place in a few sentences as earnestly and fully as any recommendation has, but honestly, nothing will compare to the experience of actually just going and trying for yourself. The first class is ~free~ so you've got nothing to lose.

Verticity is an incredible, body positive cycling studio anchored in the motto "Ride Bikes, Make Friends." Whereas many boutique fitness studios are competitive or can be unwelcoming, Verticity accepts anyone and everyone with open arms. Irrespective of your current fitness level, everyone is welcome.

Vericity is also one of the few places where the prevailing mindset is that we exercise because we love our bodies, not because we hate them. There is no room for bad juju here.

The studio itself is painted black and much of the ride is done in darkness which helps support the non-competitive atmosphere. It can definitely be intimidating the first few times you go, but after you get the basic moves down, you'll feel like a pro in no time.

The music is always fun and energizing, and the 45 minutes will fly by.

The classes are definitely pricey, but I think it's worth the investment. I've paid less for other gyms that I went to much more infrequently, so if you think about cost per time you go, it's actually a steal.

If it's your first time, I would recommend you go to one of Allee's, KOH's, or LB's classes. They give clear directions and are exceptionally warm and welcoming.

What an amazing atmosphere! From walk up this place is amazing. The dedication and hard work of the owners is obvious. These people love what they do and they are amazing at it. If I lived in the area I would definitely join this pack! I went to Nashville for the day and had an amazing ride. Lindsay was my instructor but I want to call her my motivator instead because that s what she did. I pushed myself harder than I imagined I could because she made me believe that I could do it and I did. I couldn t help but smile through this exciting class!

Fun class to try for friend's birthday. It was extremely tight (I got kicked by the person next to me, whom was trying to their cycle shoes and self off the bike) in the room and hot. It was definitely a workout. I definitely felt the results of sitting on the cycle bike for free class for the next two weeks but the class was entertaining and had great music.

Not a good experience. Arrived at 6:30 as I was stuck in traffic - they were just walking out from shutting the door and I explained the situation with being from out of town etc- and they refused to let me cycle zero compassion

I tried a bunch of other workouts over the years & it wasn't until I found Verticity did I truly find something I loved. It is a great space to go when you are having a rough day & need 45 minutes to clear your head all while sweating it out. All of the staff is extremely welcoming & treat you like have been coming since their doors open even during your first time.
