I just signup with then by the end of November, my plan supposes to kicks in on January 1st, and it did, but by January 10 I rechecked l received an invoice from for 23.80 as monthly installments that I suppose to pay, problem is that they never told me about it, and, in my ten years as a Medicare recipient, I have never paid any extra money to any of my previous insurers. When I called them looking for answers about this they told that's the way their plan works. I asked then to cancel poliza, I want no business with them, and I would'nt recommend them either

Reliable insurance could be part of Medicare or Medicaid Plan.

I love it, not just because I work here but it's a non profit with a caring and professional staff and good benefits for the community !

I didn't see or spoke to anyone from elderplan I had canceled the appointment
