Dr. Madeb is ok, HOWEVER, his reception staff are very young and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is my follow up visit and the same young woman who was cursing in the office during my first appointment, called another staff young lady stupid. I will not be coming back.

You have to really love this doctor to wait for him! The waiting room is at least a 4 hour wait.
Come on grab a number and chat to the others. There is a HUGE screen TV, a fish tank that is amazing, The staff is super friendly and after 3 years, they all know how impatient I am and joke around with me.
If the upstairs is too crowded there are couches and some other doctor offices downstairs. This is where I take my nap.
If you need a urologist--he's recommended.
Horrific service really. and It is getting worse and worse. Always overcrowded, even in time of covid pandemic, And after hours of waiting, the doctor doesn't even talk or explain to you anything. He spends about 10 seconds with you and at the same time talk to other 4 people, his staff, telephone, and so on. All his biopsies referrals, he sends to his son to perform, there is something unethical in this arrangement, you figure yourself. But even at the biopsy procedure ii is overbooked, I was 12 hours after the last meal when I came for 9.30 am appointment, after waiting for 3 1/2 hours, getting a bad headache from not eating, I was told, I would have to wait another 4 hours. I couldn't, I left, now I am searching for another doctor, but they would release my medical records, How do you like that? All that happened to me, personally. You better go to another place.
Staff were good but prepare for at least a 2-4 hour wait. On what was supposed to be my last visit, they did more unnecessary tests during my 3-hour wait to see the doctor (so they could still charge me) and wanted me to keep waiting with about than 5 other patients ahead of me. Absurd. A lot of their patients seem to be past retirement age so maybe you'll have the time to spare but you'll end up spending half of what's left in that waiting room. Not going back to find out my results because I can't trust people who treat patients like that.
I WOULD NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone! There is no reason why a doctor should show up to his office OVER FIVE hours pass open time and assume it would be okay to give a soppy "good afternoon, I'm sorry." The wait time eclipsed 4 hours for a 5min visit. Don't get me started on the front desk staff who had the nerve to be rude and get agitated when people questioned where the doctor was. Don't ever go to this office!
The office service is the worst service that I had receive before.
The worst stuff I have ever experienced in my life , they are so disrespectful especially to Elderly. Go there and you will notice it the first minute you walk in . They are so unprofessional. It's not doctors office environment.

Dr Madeb very good doctor but 31st of 2019 would be the last I will be going there had wait 4 hours end up being last person there and a person came and still went in front of me very sad the staff need more customer training

Horrible unprofessional staff. Wait over two hours. Unorganized staff. Like a zoo. Over 40 people to see one doctor. Assistant puts chart in door at office and skips over patients and calls people who come in after. Horrible every time definitely will look for new doc. Front desk very loud and unprofessional
Dr. Ralph is an excellent doctor. He treats each patient with professionalism and kindness. Dr Isaac and his son Ralph are very special. This is a beautiful father and son practice.
Disgusting! Lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. If you want to be aggravated by hoodrats then this is the place for you!
He's a great doctor, but the wait time just to see him, feels like you at the DMV, that's the only bad thing
My husband's life was saved by Dr. Ralph Medeb. He's the best urologist we know. He is funny, caring, he is serious and to the point. But best of all, HE'S A GREAT UROLOGIST. He does his thing and you leave his office with a clear head. He explains things. He doesn't brush you off like other doctors. He did a TURP on my husband. Best thing he ever had done. He was fainting all the time because he was on Flomax. Thank god, Dr. Medeb performed the TURP, shaved his prostate and now my husband is good to go. A good office experience. Any doctor who can do that is worth the long wait in the waiting room.
And he likes my Radish Sprouts. lol
Wait time 4,5 hours for 2 min results..
Too many tests done every time, and still don t know what its the cause of my pain..

Worst doctor I ever went to in my life. The receptionists openly talked about patients, the office was in disrepair and packed to the gills, the doctor was a fearmonger and only saw $$$. Avoid at ALL COSTS.
