Complete Women's Imaging Review

First time I had a pleasant experience at this location, I had mama gram, pelvic ultrasounds done. The only thing was a little long wait. A few months later, I am due for another ultrasound scan. I called to make appt. This time the receptionist said I cannot make appt so early because you have to call me on day 1 of your period that month. We only do Pelvic scan btw day 5-12 of your cycle for maxing hormone purposes. I was like I was here last time, nobody had told me this at all, and I did NOT have a scan btw day 5-12. I am a stay home mom with 2 kids, my availability is very limited. I am NOT able to wait till last minute to schedule my appt and have someone to watch my kids right away. I called Northwell Image, they do NOT require any highest hormone day for the scan. NOT returning to this location!

I arrived early, 11am for an 11:15 appointment. Three people came in after me. 11:15 came and went but all three people who came in after me, were called in first. I spoke with front desk. It appears their appointments were before mine but they all were late. I was penalized for being early and on time. 3 HOURS later I still didn t get my results and opted have them call me.
Seems like there s a need for new office management and/or new office policy for appointment management, because I would be stupid to race to get there on time ever again. Just come late and you re seen right away.

Would recommend highly. Always pleasant and curtious staff. Dr. Port is amazing. Gentle,sympathetic and always explains everything after exam. I have been coming here for years. The wait time is sometimes long, but, worth the wait.

I can t say enough about this incredible facility. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to medical issues and the staff here was kind and understanding. Dr. Port was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. I feel so lucky to have found this practice.

Waited in the waiting room for over an hour! My appointment was at 11:15. I got in at 10:50. Had the ultrasound at 12:20. Ridiculous! Very unorganized

Amazing staff from start to finish. Office is pleasant. Staff and doctor very warm and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Wont consider anywhere else after such a great experience.

Me and my mother highly recommend this office. We both had appointments here and had a great experience. The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Dr Autz gave us our results immediately and answered any questions that we had. He is thorough, kind and patient! Its exactly what you need when you have these important test done.

Dr. Port was amazing, very thorough and caring. He did the sonogram himself knowing that I was in the rush. I ll definitely recommend this facility to my friends and relatives.

Waiting 2 hours for a mammo and ultrasound is ridiculous

I have been going to Complete Women's Imaging for many years. I love this center and will continue to recommend it. I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Port with whom I met for the first time yesterday. After my mamo and sono he came into the exam room did another sono and double checked all the pictures. I was so impressed. I can't say enough about Complete Women's Imaging. Thank you Dr. Port.
